I recently visited a Vietnamese cafe and was very pleased. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the large portions — even the hungriest will find it difficult to leave here hungry.
I especially want to mention the delicious tom yam. The soup was rich, with a bright taste and a variety of ingredients, perfectly balanced between sharpness and aroma. Charan also made a good impression: fresh vegetables, juicy meat and fragrant seasonings made this dish a real gastronomic pleasure.
An unexpected but pleasant surprise was the presence of Olivier salad on the menu. This traditional Russian dish was cooked with a Vietnamese accent, which added an interesting taste and originality to it.
The only downside that I can point out is the slightly inflated prices. However, given the quality and size of the portions, this is not so critical.
In general, I give this cafe 4 out of 5 and recommend it to all lovers of delicious and hearty food.

One of the best in the city. Delicious, a lot, inexpensive. The menu does not need recommendations.
Strong alcohol, beer, drinks and juices are available for sale. So there is something to wet the neck during the meal and after.
In the warmer months, you can eat outdoors.

Horror. I love and know Vietnamese cuisine and especially trust it when the establishment is run by the Vietnamese themselves. But this is an unfortunate exception.
Mud. There are cockroaches everywhere, including in one of the Pho Bo soups we took. The soup was taken with beef, but we got boiled liver in a broth of unknown origin, which, when cooked, curled into hard-chewing snails.
The breaded wings are clearly from expired products. Both by smell and taste, it is not a fresh bird.
The only advantage is not expensive alcohol. A spoiled mood. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Delicious food, fast service. Shawarma is especially tasty and juicy. The disadvantage is that it's very stuffy and it won't be pleasant to eat inside, but everything is fine.

I loved this place so much for the delicious and really high-quality food.It's a shock how they've gone bad , the noodles don't have as many vegetables and shrimps as they used to ,the signature buns are now with mushrooms instead of beef , the dish for the child with potatoes , I won't say anything at all butter in butter , horror , there's a scanty salad ((((

I came in a couple of times and ordered chicken fillet with mashed potatoes. I really like the taste. Two pieces of fillet, almost an entire plate, and you have to mashed potatoes with salad, pick out from under the fillet. It's a bit like a canteen, but they bring you food) The prices at the moment are not expensive.

A few years ago, this particular cafe and the best Phobo soup in Minsk were recommended.
I go to lunch regularly, a huge portion for reasonable money and very tasty. It is an excellent indicator that local Chinese and Vietnamese come to this cafe and it is almost always full of people. I recommend trying at least half of their dishes!

Pho-bo is delicious. That's where the + ends. In 2 photos, French fries for 5 rubles. They don't look right, they taste disgusting even with ketchup. Shawarma for 3 - ketchup, cabbage, carrot and chicken. Just to fill your stomach, not to eat delicious food. Waiting in Saigon is much better

As a lover of Vietnamese cuisine, I visited almost all restaurants/cafes in Minsk, and those that I could find in other cities of the Republic of Belarus. And in my opinion, this cafe is the best in terms of cuisine! For many years they have been keeping the brand and giving out the top product. I'm not too lazy to drive half the city to eat here. We arrived with my wife last Monday for pilaf, and forgot that it was Monday)
Went to look for other snack options. Well, pilaf has a day off, let's go to these. We bought a shawarma and caught a fierce liquid stool in sync. I live in Zhdanovichi and have a rough idea of what Saigons are. I rarely wear them. I have an apartment on Chicherina, so I stopped by. This shawarma is not made from chicken, but at least from a Vietnamese rooster!!!!

The best tom yam in Minsk! A lot of king prawns and mussels, squid. Insanely delicious broth, perfect rice. If after such a killer portion you will have room in your stomach, then I recommend taking a bun bao, the filling is very juicy: glass noodles, minced meat and egg. You will leave the most well-fed and happy. There is also a large selection of overseas energy drinks and various drinks, you can try something new. The service is fast, the dishes are not broken, all the appliances are clean

I liked everything about the food. They took fo bo for 13p. It is in lavash 5p. and a drink in a jar with mango flavor 4p. There is a toilet. About 15 tables inside. Soup can be divided into two if not hungry. Compared to the cafe on Victory Square, there are more soy sprouts here, they brought more carrots and gave a bowl of spicy dressing, added a teaspoon was already a little too much. But the beef was not as tender as there. There is no smoking in the establishment, but smokers can attract smoke from the street. Choose a place away from the doors they are on 2 sides. By the way, there is another cafe nearby, but the prices are lower there! Phobo 12p., drink with mango 3.5p. Next time we'll go there!!

The place is iconic in its own way. Anyone who has been to Southeast Asia will understand. Taking into account the Russian/ Belarusian flavor, these guys fully correspond to the title of Asian catering. There are such establishments in Bangkok, Hanoi, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, where food is for everyone, where both the homeless and the top manager sit at neighboring tables and do what they came here for - eat.
Saigon Viet is another of the many decorations of Minsk and Belarus. After the beautiful girls and the draniki, of course.

We went to Saigon with my sister. Vietnamese cuisine is just a cannon! On Kulman 5 B, they served super, gave a number while they sat down, quickly brought the order, the portions were huge, everything was so delicious, they were just delighted. I visit this cafe from time to time. Yesterday I decided to take an ordinary dranik with meat without experimentation. I was so surprised when they brought it. They mixed the meat with the potatoes. It turned out to be such a "lazy" dranik. In the photo, he is in the section. I do not encourage such experiments. Although, what I wanted from a dranik in a Vietnamese cafe.
