This is a great hotel! Huge, clean and modern room! Large, clean and well maintained territory! The restaurant has a huge selection of dishes, everything is very tasty! The freshest salmon for breakfast is my love! And also, what can be highlighted is the most delicious freshly squeezed juices from strawberries and mangoes! The warm pool is heated like fresh milk, which is important in December. But the most important thing is the sea, a very beautiful reef, the sea is like a tear, the purest! Convenient accesses through pantone. There are plenty of free sun beds on the beach, even if you come at lunch. High-quality alcohol. Very tasty local wine. Friendly staff. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the new year. Live music was played several times at the dinner.
I removed one star for the fact that there is absolutely no animation. At least 40 minutes of some kind of show in the evening would not hurt. I understand that there is a Soho nearby, but apparently all the activity there starts closer to midnight. How many times we walked in the evening, except for the male juggler, we didn't see anyone else. It's a bit boring at the hotel in the evening. And it gets boring to walk around Soho for the third time.

A great hotel with a large territory, lots of restaurants, delicious food, and a small but modern gym. It is located right on Soho Square, a large tourist recreation area with lots of shops and restaurants of various levels. Everything is included in the hotel at a good level - cocktails, fruits, food almost around the clock. The only negative that catches your eye is a slight fatigue of the furniture, you can see that the hotel is not new, but after a couple of days you stop paying attention to it and enjoy your vacation.
I really liked the hotel. We've been there several times. The rooms are nice with a rain shower and a large terrace with upholstered sofas. We went to breakfast so that the child could eat, but you don't have to go because there is food all day somewhere. Although the breakfasts are very tasty. Guests can enjoy a la carte meals or lunch at the pool bar. The bar by the sea has delicious burgers that are prepared as you order them. We went to dinner a couple of times delicious. And so we went to alyakart, I liked Italian and fish. The territory is clean and well maintained . If you are too lazy to walk to the sea, then you will be taken by car directly to the beach. There are always free sun beds on the beach. The entrance to the sea is from a pontoon, but children can splash around the shore. The reef is awesome, which is why we go there. There is practically no wind in this bay, so we come here in late autumn and spring. The hotel is quiet, the whole party is in Soho, on weekends there is a disco in the building where the reception is. The colosseum-style room is filled with music that sounds really cool. But the hotel guests can't hear her. In general, the hotel is cool. Now at the end of April we will go here again. I recommend. What is missing here is a water slide for children.
We celebrated the New Year 2025 in this hotel. This is not the first time in Egypt, there is something to compare it with.
1. Number. Spacious and bright, very large balcony/terrace. If you don't look into the details, it leaves a pleasant impression. But the condition still leaves much to be desired. The plumbing is in poor condition (the switch in the shower is not working, the hygienic shower is leaking, the faucet above the sink is spinning), you can't look at the bathtub without tears – the enamel is swollen, the perimeter is cracked. I really miss the shower head, just the shower from the wall. The ingrained stains are very visible on the light tiles. The air conditioner did not work for heating, but the craftsmen repaired it very quickly (20 minutes passed from the moment of the request to the elimination). I didn't really like the mattresses, by morning some part of the body was certainly numb. The room had a sea view, but on the second floor in a three–story building - there was a formal sea view, but we expected more. In fact, you're looking at the neighboring building and garden, and above them is a narrow strip of sea. We would like to pay special attention to the compartment doors that separate the room and the balcony. It would seem that there could be such a thing, but they are very loud. They can be heard from every neighbor (from above, from below, from the side), some just rumble, some additionally whistle, they cannot be ignored. There's nothing terrible about this in general, only if you don't have such strange neighbors like us, who opened/closed these doors 30 times late at night.
2. The territory. The buildings look nice, the surroundings are green, everything is clean. At first, it was difficult to navigate, because the buildings are located on different levels, and they are connected by a system of stairs / tunnels. Pleasant lighting in the evening. In general, there are no complaints, but if we compare it with another Egyptian hotel where we rested (I don't specify the name so that the review is not blocked, but the price range is the same), then the territory there was richer / more interesting both in terms of vegetation and architecture, here it is not impressive.
3. The beach. Umbrellas / deck chairs are not located adjacent to each other, there is an opportunity to relax in relative privacy. The deck chairs themselves are uncomfortable, you can only lie on them, you won't be able to read, because the backrest is short and the tilt is not adjustable. There is no entrance to the sea from the beach, only to wet your feet, to dive only from the pontoon. I liked the reef, the underwater world is rich.
4. Swimming pool. The heated pool is not particularly heated, it's downright invigorating. The water in the sea was really warmer. But the pool is not small, there is enough space, and there is a bar nearby.
5. Food. Our first big disappointment. There is definitely something wrong with its preparation, because after eating, there is always a strong heaviness in the stomach. One day, my stomach got very upset, and I spent the whole evening and half the night in the bathroom. We have no digestive problems, we consistently overeat three times a day in another hotel, and we did not experience any problems. They immediately tried to choose the simplest possible foods, often skipping one of the meals. The variety is generally fine, but the taste of the dishes is not up to par, you need to choose. There is a lot of oil in soups. But very tasty pastries and bread, many different types, always fresh.
6. Service. Our second big disappointment. Russian tourists are definitely not in high esteem at this hotel. No, no one is rude to you or anything like that, but no one particularly expresses hospitality/interest. The attitude towards Europeans immediately catches the eye, this is a completely different level. Tips don't affect anything at all.
7. Soho Square. The square was well decorated, it's nice to take a walk in the evening. It is better to look at sculptures during the day, but only if you live in the Savoy Hotel, there is no point in traveling for this. If I had paid for a taxi to Soho, I would probably have been upset, the square is like a square, full of convenience stores and cafes. But just going out on a prominence from the hotel for a change will do. There is a grocery supermarket on the square. The prices, alas, do not write, but they turned out to be not high (the goods that we took were comparable in price to those in Moscow).
8. New Year's Eve dinner. Participate in the general banquet (also known as the gala dinner) we didn't want to (there's a dress code, mind you). Since the main restaurant in the hotel was closed for dinner on 31.12, we were given a voucher for dinner at the restaurant on Soho Square. We didn't pay much attention to this, we thought it would be a regular walk-through dinner. But it turned out to be very cool in the end. It was a good restaurant (steakhouse) There is a whole set of dishes with a special New Year's menu. It was quiet, cozy, beautiful and delicious. And it was the best service for the whole vacation.
What angered/didn't like:
1. When we arrived at the hotel and provided the documents, we were offered to go for breakfast while the room was being prepared. The practice is standard. We found the main restaurant and had a bite to eat. And voila, the waiter comes up to us after the meal and informs us that we only have check-in from 14.00, so breakfast is not allowed and you need to pay. Breakfast + fees = $18 for two. We're already upset. We've vacationed everywhere (Europe, Asia, and far from all inclusive), but this is the first time we've encountered this practice, and guests have always been served breakfast from the road. We turned to the reception with our perplexity, and fortunately they were also surprised by the situation. But there is an inconsistency between the restaurant management and the reception, because they dealt with each other for half an hour, and we were loitering like the restless. The money was eventually returned, thanks a lot to the reception staff, whose name I'm sorry, I forgot. But as they say, "the spoons were found, but the sediment remained."
2. A festive New Year's Eve program is provided for the guests, i.e. the hotel staff knows perfectly well that most (I won't speak for all) walk until late. Explain why renovation work began abruptly throughout the hotel on January 1? At 9 a.m., under the window, the gardener began hammering with a hammer, first on some kind of stone base, then began hammering on a piece of iron with a characteristic ringing "all over Ivanovskaya." And in the garden on the opposite side of the building, another employee began hammering on something (perfectly audible through the front door). And so on until lunch. We didn't drink too much alcohol, and thank God we didn't have headaches. But nevertheless, I couldn't just get enough sleep and rest in the room. I'm very sympathetic to people with a hangover.
3. The system with cards instead of bracelets is the last century. There are also wooden cards! You need to have them with you at all times, but here is a resort, a beach, constant contact with water. The extra bureaucracy is depressing, you sign at the restaurant, you sign at the bar, you sign for a towel.
The verdict. We won't come a second time for sure, and I'm unlikely to recommend it to anyone either - there are more comfortable hotels for the same money.
Great hotel. It is more suitable for holidays without children. There are a lot of Ala carte restaurants themed around the cuisines of the world. A great opportunity to expand your taste preferences. I would advise you to order the S - class type of food right away when making a travel package. It gives a lot of privileges.
I also note that the hotel has its own beautiful coral reef. There is a very wide variety of fish and corals. The territory of the hotel is undergoing renovation in 2024.

We were on the new year 2025. Overall, everything is fine. The main restaurant is good, you won't stay hungry, but the best a la carte restaurant is Italian Rosemarino. Viva mar's Greek tapas bar sucks a lot! I got the impression that they want to get rid of you faster. They brought everything at once, and there are French fries in each dish. The guys on the beach are great, they offer sun beds, they help with everything. The staff everywhere does not require tips like in Turkey, they stand and wait. In the main restaurant, the waiters are responsive and attentive, they quickly clean and pour! The territory is large and well maintained, order is constantly maintained. There is a large SOHO shopping and entertainment area next to the hotel, which belongs to the hotel. Lots of evening lighting, clean and beautiful. There was also a large Christmas tree and a separate concert hall where they celebrated the New Year. There was a lot of varied food, but there were also about 1,000 people. Dancing, live music, not bad.

The number of rooms. Of course, the beauty initially catches your eye, but you go out onto the terrace (the room was taken on the ground floor) everything is surrounded by blooming bougainvillea and you don't really look at these disadvantages anymore.

A great hotel for adults without children. We had a vacation with a friend in early October, there were almost no children living in middle and older age. Lots of restaurants, beautiful grounds.
