A hotel that would be beautiful and wonderful if it was watched. We arrived here on 03/09.25.
We did not expect anything unusual from the hotel, we knew that it was budget-friendly. In 2014 and 2022, our relatives vacationed here. I've seen photos of the hotel. And everything was fine.
The hotel was very dirty. All the chairs in the restaurant area are covered in bird droppings, and the tables are wobbly. The dishes are dirty and broken in places. The toilets don't look like they've been cleaned for a week, and there's no toilet paper. Half of the water taps don't work at all. Most importantly, according to the residents, there has been no hot water in the rooms for two days. The sun beds are gouged, the mattresses are torn. Only the frame remains of many umbrellas. We were counting on a tennis court, which turned out to be unusable. Its concrete surface has a lot of cracks and pits. It doesn't cost anything to get injured and break on such a court.
There was a feeling that the hotel was stupidly abandoned.
People are walking around the hotel unhappy, and you can only hear from all sides what an ass this is!
We didn't spoil our vacation and moved to a nearby hotel.

We have a rest in March. We won't even advise the enemy. The hotel is listed as 4 stars, in fact, it would not have been 1. It's hard to call the restaurant a restaurant, Soviet catering, complete unsanitary conditions. Crows and sparrows are flying, everything is being dragged off the plates, chairs are covered in bird droppings, stained, broken, floors are not being cleaned. The hotel is 30 years old, there has never been a renovation, meat is given out in pieces (100 grams). Alcohol is diluted, one glass in hand, wine is hardly wine.
Beach chairs and umbrellas a la the 70s, wooden, broken. There is only one exit to the sea, and the steps to the pontoon are covered with carpets. The pontoon is overgrown with corals, it is dangerous to swim next to it, it can get sucked under it. The sea is fenced off so that the "legushatnik" would not sail far away.

The food is varied, meat for lunch and dinner is made on the veranda.
The cocktails are delicious.
The reef is incredible.
The rooms were cleaned every day.
The staff is polite, any issue was resolved immediately.

I had a great rest,
The beach is rocky, the entrance from the pantone immediately to a depth of 10-15 meters,

The descent for scuba divers is well organized, the Morsy manager at the hotel is engaged in the safe organization of the process,
Security is everywhere, near SOHO, within walking distance, very convenient location, according to the map transfer is possible with naturally hyper-commission))) and I found it only in one place, ideally I need cash))). There is a souvenir shop in the hotel to the right of the reception 15 meters without a frantic commission, and you can also make a transfer to Sberbank online from Omar!!! Nowhere else. The prices are normal.
Positive emotions remained from the rest! Thanks to the hotel!!!

It is now called Siva Sharm&spa resort.
A solid four, although it was originally a five-star.
Everything is acceptable:they feed, clean, and entertain as much as they can.
The ratio of price and quality.
Those who need to will always find flaws.
We're not going to sit in the room. The warm sea, corals, fish and of course the sun are important to us.
PS For those who are particularly picky: subtract the cost of a round-trip flight and transfer from the cost of the tour and estimate what remains for the hotel itself (do not forget that you are fed 3 times a day).

Great hotel! There is not much food, but everything is very tasty, no one had any stomach problems. The waiters were positive and good-natured towards the child. The incredible view from the restaurant, and in general it is very picturesque, a large swimming pool and the most important plus is a stunning reef with a short pantone, along which you do not have to walk 800 meters :))) we saw a huge stingray, a turtle, a wing.
All rooms in the main building have sea views.
The room was comfortable, they cleaned constantly, the towels were soft and fluffy. But the neighbors were unhappy with the room and the rest) so a lot of things are very subjective!)
We would like to come back here!

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday. There are many places to relax and bars where you can sit and drink coffee or something stronger. Of course, the Internet in the hotel is only in one place, yes, it is free, but the speed of 100 kb / sec - at the present time it will not allow you to upload any voluminous photos or even more videos. I was in late April-early May, there are few people, the places by the pool are occupied by 5% maximum, by the sea by 10% of the possible ones. The famous Soho Square is a 12-15 minute walk away.

The only plus is the view from the room!
The rooms are so dirty that after arriving and opening the suitcase, the smell of the hotel went from there!
The bed is all in pellets and stinks of previous guests, changing the linen, mattress and pillows did not help.
The air conditioner is not working! But you won't be able to open the window either, because the mosquitoes will devour you! They won't bite you, they'll devour you. I have to sleep in a stuffy place.
Meal. If you can't live without meat! You will stay hungry! Because he's just not here! They give 100-150 grams of chicken in one hand.
The jacket was stolen from the room!
There is no animation!
We went to Soho almost every evening to eat and watch the animation.

This is the most terrible place in Charm. The rooms are in terrible condition. There is nothing from the word at all. If you didn't have time for the opening of the dining room, then you won't even eat rice with vegetables. For breakfast, a boiled egg is already a joy. Note that there are no dishes really. Tea is poured into a paper cup.
The rooms were cleaned once in a week, or rather only the beds were made. Towels and linen have not been changed. In general, if you want to relax and not stay hungry, don't think about coming here

He's a Siva. Don't come here for any money. The photos on the site from the moment of opening do not correspond to the present. They save on everything, there are not enough dishes, food, water. The territory is not well maintained, broken old wooden sun beds and umbrellas. The bars are open until 16 o'clock. The rooms are dirty, the bed linen is washed, the plumbing is leaking. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel, and there are no refrigerators in the rooms. There is not enough food for everyone, and what there is is inedible. I STRONGLY do not recommend this hotel!
