We handed over a dozen different things, no complaints - a down jacket, a fur coat, a jacket, a coat, a printed wool blanket, a suit... If you don't bring things to a dead state, dry cleaning will help them. The receptionists are nice and attentive, it seems, with some kind of specialized education.

Not very. I took the suit to the dry cleaners, so they didn't even remove the smell of sweat. I will look for another one
