Literally a week or two later, our Glasha had a mastectomy of one breast ridge. According to the results of histology, it turned out to be cancer. Alexey was in touch and even called back later to comment on our actions. It so happened that after 3-4 months, small formations appeared on the other side of the breast. The second operation was performed - a mastectomy of the second breast ridge. Recovery was a little worse, but Sobanya felt great. The first time we were admitted was on 03/26/2024 and the attending physician was Nedvetskaya! We asked about the fact that the cat was eating less and losing weight! We were given a preliminary diagnosis of enteropathy with protein loss! We were treated by her until 05/29/2024 and during all this time no positive dynamics was observed (the cat was still losing weight)! Nedvetskaya went on vacation and we turned to another doctor on 06/08/2024 - Minchuk Y.N. (I want to note right away that Yulia is the only doctor who sincerely worried and supported me)! We had a little treatment with her (we waited until Nedvetskaya got off vacation)!
We arrived by ambulance (without an appointment), as the cat was losing a lot of weight. Nedvetskaya always treated us like this before, but not this time! She simply said that I would not accept you and go on to Julia for treatment (although Nedvetskaya supervised us from 03/25/2024). It was very unpleasant and strange: as if she had relieved herself of responsibility and did not know how to treat us further!
On 06/25/2024 Julia sent us to Gulevich! He examines us, does an ultrasound and says that one of the lymph nodes is enlarged to 25 mm in length! Gulevich does nothing and goes on vacation too ! We are desperate, but we continue to believe the doctors from this clinic that they are doing everything right and will save our cat!
07/23/2024 we come to Gulevich again and find out by ultrasound that the lymph node is already 40 mm long! In conclusion, he adds lymphadenopathy to enteropathy! He gives us the documents without any regret on his face! It looked like this: "I'm washing my hands of it and deal with another doctor next"! On the same day, we take an analysis and in conclusion they write that small cell lymphoma is highly likely! We are at a complete loss and don't know what to do!

The cat (11 years old) lost his appetite and started drinking a lot of water. They called the veterinarian at home, took tests and did an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity. He was diagnosed with chronic renal failure, stones in the ureter. The doctor said that the only option is surgery, which can only be done at the sas clinic. We arrived for a consultation on Friday, 02/14 in the morning at the Cac Animal Service. Vladimir Saveliev looked at the tests and said that it was necessary to operate urgently. We went to pick up the cat and left it at the clinic. In the evening, Vladimir called back and said that the operation had gone well, and the cat needed to be kept in the hospital until morning. On Saturday, with appointments, we took the Cannon home. And then we had to go to IVs and injections twice a day. The cat had been getting worse since Monday. On Tuesday, he refused food and water, tried to hide, yelled at the whole apartment and increased in size. It is unclear how the doctor could not notice that the pulmonary edema had begun. Saveliev's incompetence and negligent attitude led to the fact that Pushok died in the hospital on Wednesday. He was given a huge amount of fluid intravenously twice a day without ultrasound control, which caused his kidneys to fail and hydrothorax to begin. On Monday, Saveliev did not even look at the cat during the check-up. I just looked at the tests, let him sign the appointment and took 40 rubles in 3 minutes. On Tuesday, when we arrived with the screaming cat, Vladimir said he was in pain or depressed and just needed to take off the blanket. And again, without doing an ultrasound, he prescribed 130 ml of the solution subcutaneously. For 6 days of the cat's torment, we paid 5,177 rubles. A terrible place to siphon money.

The doctors are highly qualified. They are really experts in their field. But visiting the clinic itself leaves the feeling that you are nobody and there is no way to call you, since even the minimum customer orientation of the institution and the administrators is absent. We always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for an appointment, we were never accepted on time.
The clinic remembers and cares about you only at the reception. If other clinics can call you regularly and clarify the pet's condition after manipulation / surgery, then you will get a call to the SAS once (the next day), and then all requests are only through a doctor's appointment. There are no telephone consultations here, this must be understood. When the cat stopped eating after anesthesia and we asked to call back for tests and tell us if we should worry, no one called us back.
Also the receptionist girls (the girls at the reception) there is no basic knowledge of medicine: when we were told to just throw an underused antibiotic out of the reserve into the trash (and not take it away for disposal like in any other clinic where we gave injections), I almost fell.
During one of the last visits, I asked to talk to the management, to which I was assured that the head was waiting on the spot, but actually he was not there.
I am grateful to the doctors for their medical care, but the clinic itself caused me a lot of stress and hassle. I will contact you here only if absolutely necessary.

Consultations, operations, are always told in detail and clearly. They explain. They're listening. They support it.
The girls at the reception have -2 stars.
1) when recording via telegram, they give one time, they say there is no other. if you call, it turns out that there are other options for recording time.
2) You agree that they will call you back as soon as the results are available - they do not call you back.
3) [a story a couple of years ago] in an emergency situation, with a torn artery in a dog weighing under 40 kg (at the same time, they called on the phone that an operation was urgently needed and asked for help from the dog) - they promised that they would come to the rescue, no one came out. At the entrance to the clinic, they said, "let's arrange for you first, then wait for the doctor."
