I want to write an extensive review about this restaurant...
I used to look for a restaurant level in establishments, but after visiting here I can only say with a phrase, this is "a museum where they eat delicious food"! And it's cooler than the concept of a restaurant.
To be honest, I came here to kill time, on the recommendation of a new acquaintance not so long ago. He said it was good here, but I didn't think so)
If you sit here for 3 hours, like me), you can say that this is one big yurt where one big Kazakh family lives and works. But this is not just a yurt, but an exclusive, so to speak, VIP.... let's start... sit down comfortably and pour yourself some tea...) Let's go!
Staff:
Not long ago, I began to pay attention to service workers, after a case that I did not understand (in my other review). It's not that I pay attention to professionalism, more to adequacy from the outside. Believe me, this is better seen from the outside than when they communicate with you directly.
Here, the waiters work well together, cover for each other, smiles, a desire to please and even have walkie-talkies) They will not leave you without attention.
Kitchen:
It's open, and I took the second table right next to it. In general, I jumped from the table there, to another table, because the restaurant is different from all sides. It seemed to me that they were looking at me like a spy, but when there were more people, they no longer paid attention to me.
And so the kitchen... there are 10 people working on it. Quietly, calmly, smoothly, like one single mechanism, which is controlled by the head of the kitchen in a white suit. And he doesn't point his finger, as in some TV shows, but takes part. He will approach one, fix something, smile, go to the other. He will decorate the dish and give it to the waiters to serve. Dishes by the way are ceramics, copper, wood. And of course it's delicious! To be honest, when I visit Kazakhstan, I click on mutton). Because there are very few places in the Crimea where they know how to cook mutton, if not to say that they probably don't know how at all, and the Kazakhs know a lot about meat ...
Prices:
Well, where it's rich, it's not cheap. But I believe that I visited two places at once: the museum of local lore or the museum of tradition and culture and the restaurant, so it can be divided into 2.
For example, lamb with a side dish, ayran, a kettle of tea, honey and dessert cost 14k tenge or about 2000 rubles. It's not much for such a masterpiece.
I advise you to come in Company, it will be cheaper. There are dishes that do not differ much in price, but the output is under 1kg. You know what I mean)
2 musicians with dombra walk around the hall, it turns out the background of traditional melodies. It doesn't bother...
WELL, the interior:
THAT'S SOMETHING! He's the only reason you should come here. Every corner in this place is decorated to the niceties, and there is not a little space there, believe me. There are 3 banquet halls on the balcony only. There is a nursery, a mother and child room and I'm sorry, even 2 toilets. There are several yurts in the middle and even a full-length horse. In yurts, you can take photos and lie around with children. Trees, wall paintings, carpets, skins, national clothes, flags, chests, copper utensils, wicker, bricks, reeds.... I can't count everything. And everything is done complementing each other, harmonizing with each other, and not a blooper. I met the administrator of the institution, his name is Altynbek. He said that the interior was planned 3 years before the opening of the restaurant and with my usual meticulousness, I did not find any flaws.

I will say this, this is the 2nd place in importance, after the hotel, which I will visit with my family while in Atyrau! Bravo!

The super museum-restaurant. It's very atmospheric, the emphasis is on the details. Everything is done very beautifully and efficiently.
Even the tablecloths are decorated with hand embroidery, not to mention the level of service staff.

The food is not very expensive and by the way I bought bread with a mixture of bitterness after tasting, then the cakes are beautiful and decent, but these cakes taste terrible, I don't want to offend anyone, but this is my opinion
My favorite place, where I proudly invite my foreign and nonresident friends to lunch. Live music, staff, food, interior - it's all very atmospheric and hormonal combined with each other!
An excellent and very atmospheric restaurant. Practically a museum, waiters in national costumes, the main hall is decorated in the form of a giant yurt. The dishes are exclusively Kazakh, huge portions. The check for beauty in the 4k photo (we tried everything in a row, do not take a camel hump, very fat, beshbermak is excellent)

The place is TOP. A must-visit in Atyrau. Come early - there's live music. I am surprised that the establishment is open until 2 am. Sooo tasty, but expensive. At local prices, it is expensive. It's normal for Russians. the average is $25 per person.

Halal restaurant (without alcohol) in the national Kazakh style. For foreign guests, that's the thing. I'm not ashamed. You can bring friends, matchmakers, and relatives from other cities from the guests. The staff is on the level. The kitchen is good. Live national music.
