A good hotel, I advise you to relax. It is located in a quiet private sector of the village. Within walking distance of the sea, 7-8 minutes walk, shops. The hotel is located not far from the border, 2-3 kilometers away.For transfer services, you can contact the administrator at the reception. The buffet has a wide selection of dishes on the menu. There is a swimming pool on site, which replaces swimming in the sea when there are strong waves. There are many offers of water transport trips on the shore. There is a pool bar on site. Evening anime, entertainment, karaoke. You will be satisfied with your stay at the hotel. The rooms have everything you need, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, shower, toilet, double bed, table, chair, refrigerator, wardrobe, hair dryer. The person is polite, well done, they try to help in solving issues when contacting, they will always prompt and correct. Thank you very much. We were very satisfied with our stay at the Maria Hotel.

The Saria Hotel is a wonderful oasis among the Abkhazian village flavor.
Cleanliness, order, qualified staff. A cozy atmosphere and comfortable conditions for a decent rest.
Check inn at 15.00 - checked in immediately half an hour earlier.
Wi-Fi catches a strong signal in the room and throughout the hotel.
The room has a good bed with a comfortable mattress, air conditioning is working properly, refrigerator, TV, balcony with mountain views, spacious wardrobe, light and spacious; in the bathroom a hairdryer, hygiene products, towels and a mat are changed 1 time in 3 days, bed linen 1 time in 5 days. In 2 weeks, even the curtain in the bathroom was changed.
Beach towels are not provided.
The building is 4-storey without an elevator.
There are also cottages equipped with the necessary amenities.
Buffet meals, fruit apples, oranges, melon, watermelon.
From meat: beef, lamb, pork, chicken; from fish: red, white fish.
Availability of vegetables, salads, sauces, sausage, cheese cuts.
For Breakfast (from 8 to 11) there is porridge, omelette, eggs, cottage cheese, breakfast cereals and pancakes, etc. ... a huge selection and most importantly appetizing and delicious.
Lunch (from 13 to 15) was modest with almost no meat.
For dinner (from 18 to 20) a choice of side dishes, meat, fish, cutlets, vegetables, salads…
Drinks include milk, compotes, juices, tea/coffee.
Cookies and gingerbread for dessert.
The food is delicious at home, I think everyone will find something to eat.
Instant coffee, but there is a coffee machine in the lobby, the price for a drink is 100 rubles.
On each floor there is an ironing board, an iron and a cooler with cold/hot water.
The dining room is bright and clean, there were always enough places.
There is an airport shuttle service, excursions are offered, including an individual program, laundry services.
The pool is heated, clean, does not smell of chlorine. There is a toilet and a shower near the pool.
A children's animator works day and evening. Mini disco daily and a couple of times a week adult program, karaoke and dancing.
A bar is open near the pool from morning until late at night, unobtrusive music plays, drinks can be ordered and there is a variety of dishes such as shish kebab, khinkali and khachapuri. The prices are average, as in the neighboring shops and cafes.
You can park your car right outside the hotel entrance.
We were also pleased with the presence of a playground with swings, a carousel and a slide.
The sea is about 7-10 minutes away at a leisurely pace.
The receptionists are responsible, balanced, energetic and pleasant people, thank you for your attention and respect to Alexander and Alina.
I would like to note that the contingent of vacationers was mostly good, without negativity. The ages vary from children to pensioners. Everyone is very friendly and friendly.
What didn't you like:
1. On October 1, the bar closed and the animator stopped working, respectively, there was no music, in the evening they entertained themselves and it was boring on site, drinks, snacks and ice cream had to be bought at the nearest store.
2. The food in the dining room is cold! Even if you come to the opening, only the porridge will be hot. The rest needs to be heated in a microwave oven.
3. Cleaning is done only after 15 o'clock. At this time, you usually rest after the sea or the child has a nap. It's inconvenient!
4. The neighbors' roosters scream all night and all morning, you can hear even behind closed double-glazed windows.
5. Overpriced transfer fee.
6. There is no bell-boy, I had to lift 2 20-kilogram suitcases to the 3rd floor and, accordingly, then lower them at the exit and load them into a taxi.
In general, I don't think I can find such a good hotel, declared as a 3* in all of Abkhazia and on the coast of Sochi. Apparently, the project also includes the construction of new cottages, or even a second building. I wish the hotel prosperity, gain momentum and an endless stream of new guests!

A very nice hotel. Clean, quiet, neat, calm. From 22 o'clock to 6 o'clock in the morning, it's a quiet hour, the administrators warn, so it's very calm. Very good chefs work in the dining room, delicious, varied food, salads, soups, second courses. Even a very fastidious person can choose, you will not stay hungry. They give you fruits and cookies. The sea is not far away. The room has air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, cooler in the hallway, water is constantly available. The lights were turned off, but there is a generator, so we were not without light. The wifi worked well. The heated pool is small, but it's still nice. We really liked it. Thanks

Good evening.
We stayed at this hotel from 06/27/04/07. There was a real rest🫶 Good food (homemade), a warm pool, excellent staff (especially attentive administrators), the atmosphere is cool, calm and relaxed, there is entertainment for the whole family. There is a cooler on each floor. I really liked the room with mountain views, lived on the 4th floor, the beauty is indescribable.
There is no elevator , but this is a huge plus , not a single extra kg was gained 😺
The rooms are clean, towels are changed quite often. We were satisfied 👏
The sea is 5 minutes from the hotel, shops are step-by-step access.
Thank you very much for your hospitality, for a great carefree vacation.

We had a rest in August - September. I liked the hotel, it's not big, but it's very cozy and everything you need is there. A swimming pool, sun beds with mattresses, a shower, a bar and other amenities. The area is covered with vegetation and everything is fine. Now about the room: we had a 3-bed superior standard. The room is spacious enough, comfortable beds, air conditioning is everything you need, but... The shower was a torment- there was no wall or screen, just a curtain that did not reach the floor 30 cm and it was necessary to wash yourself so as not to fill the whole room (not pleasant! And yet, room cleaning: there are no complaints about the quality- everything is super, again, but.... It happens no earlier than 5 p.m., when you are already tired and happy in the room, you have to move to the balcony or to the hall and wait for the cleaning to finish. Moreover, this is not an isolated case, there was a similar story with friends in the next room (
The food at the hotel is wonderful. Breakfast and dinner are great!!! A good assortment of dishes, everything delicious is fresh. There were no problems with the availability of food and free places! Thanks to the kitchen staff!!!!

We were satisfied with this hotel! The staff is very polite and helpful! The hotel is Clean and Cozy! The kitchen is very tasty, everything is always fresh. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner: the menu is varied, the food is just homemade! The rooms at the hotel are spacious, clean, and comfortable! The territory of the hotel is not large, but there is everything you need to relax: there is a bar on the street, a swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, everything was enough for everyone! The hotel itself is located near the border, which is very attractive, it takes a long time to get there! I really liked the hotel! Modern, clean! I was especially pleased with the warm pool. It is close to the sea in 5 minutes on foot. There are local shops nearby. The food is not very diverse, but it is delicious and you will not leave hungry. We didn't find any cafes in the vicinity.

A great hotel with a swimming pool. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the furniture and plumbing are approx. Responsive staff. The view is beautiful and the landscaping is good. Palm trees are flowers. We stayed with a large group of 7 people with a 4-year-old child. We took 2 rooms in a room building and a 3-bed house. Everything is great! The rooms and the house are well-maintained. I especially liked the mirror in the house ;) Nice pool. Morning exercises with an animator, evening kids club. There is a playground. In general, the child is delighted. To the sea from the hotel, 10 minutes on foot along quite atmospheric streets. Gagra is 15-20 minutes away by car. The taxi cost 1.5k one way.

We stayed at this hotel in July and we really liked this place. Firstly, the sea is 5-7 minutes away. The territory is clean, well maintained ... there is a swimming pool and a bar where you can have a drink and a snack (if you do not have a full meal).
The main meal is a buffet, we only had breakfast included, you can additionally sign up for lunch and dinner, which we did for 2 days in a row. The food is delicious, quite varied, but do not expect a feast for the whole world)). Soups, porridges, fruits, desserts, drinks are all available)
The staff is friendly, you can always ask for help or with some question.
We had a regular room with no mountain view, everything was fine with me). As for the room itself, it is standard, has a balcony, refrigerator, hair dryer, large comfortable bed. On a solid 4th)).
The pool on the territory is deep, that is, 1.70 chin deep, not a paddling pool)). Clean.
There is a program, which is also a huge plus of aqua aerobics, karaoke in the evening. Veselukha)) but everything is reasonable, no one makes noise for a long time, if suddenly you are in favor of privacy.
Also, a very decent Dolphin store is 7 minutes away, if you suddenly want something))
The overall impression is wonderful, I would like to come back again).

We rested at the Saria Hotel in August 2024.I liked everything very much, clean, cozy rooms, well-groomed, closed territory.A heated swimming pool, a bar with cocktails and home cooking.Animator Alyona, a cool girl who worked with children, and in the evening spent very soulful karaoke parties with us, at which we felt a little like artists.We had full board, buffet, delicious food, especially liked the pastries.The sea is a 4-minute walk away, the beach is clean, the sea is generally gorgeous, the water is transparent.I recommend it for a family holiday.Of the disadvantages, there was only one, there was not always hot water.

We stayed at the hotel from June 21 to 25. Blissful rest , peace and quiet . The staff is friendly! The rooms are clean and not killed, the plumbing worked flawlessly. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel , which is very convenient , there are cafes and canteens nearby for those who took the " breakfast " tariff and not only . The prices are quite pleasant : 150 rubles for soup , 200 rubles for shish kebab . There is also a market nearby where you can buy from cherries to sea slippers. About the food in the dining room: The food is a little cool, it's not critical for me because there is a microwave oven. The drinks are delicious , the soups are specific , the second courses are also delicious ( taste and color ) . I want to thank Alexander for his responsiveness and hospitality! I helped arrange a taxi from the hotel to the border , we had an early flight and the breakfast-dinner tariff was missing , and Alexander went to a meeting and replaced breakfast with lunch the day before. In general, the hotel is super for those who are looking for a vacation in peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the city.
There is also a disco for children and adults.
WI-FI is free. Parking near the hotel is also small.
Sun beds on the beach are paid ( the beach does not belong to the hotel ), 2-hour excursions are imposed on all attractions for 1,500 rubles per person . For children, banana riding, you can ride an ATV. I'm happy with my vacation .

Our child quickly found friends to play together on a great new playground (a small town with a slide, 2 swings, a rocking chair, a carousel, evening lighting). The multi-storey building has high-quality and beautiful decoration of the 4th floor room. Fresh renovation. Clean, cleaned according to schedule, every 3rd day, linen change every 5th day. The bed linen and mattress are excellent. I liked the cleaning in the rooms. In general, the hotel has a lot of staff, which affects the quality of your stay. Meals can be 1, 2 or 3 meals a day. The food is delicious. Fruits every day. The pool is clean, warm, with evening lighting, 1.5 meters, lots of sun loungers. We successfully corrected the lack of a children's area in the pool with inflatable armbands for the child. In addition to the pool, there is a center of attraction - a street bar where snacks and pizza are prepared, drinks are poured, and an excellent selection of incendiary music plays all day. The prices for drinks are quite reasonable, and if you are not lazy, you can buy them cheaper in local shops or wine from local people. The bar has outdoor furniture. In July, we had enough space both at the bar and by the pool. The animator works during the day for a couple of hours and in the evening. Organizes both an evening rest for adult guests and distracts children with games in the children's room. Thanks to the animator for an excellent selection of music and a varied evening program.

A great place to relax in terms of accommodation and service. The staff is friendly and welcoming(thanks to Milana and Alexander), special thanks to the maid who serves the cottages (unfortunately, I do not know their name) for the cleanliness of the surrounding area and cleaning the house (their work often goes unnoticed). The food is quite varied and in sufficient quantity, only if you plan to eat in the dining room, you must notify the administrator in advance. It is a comfortable 15 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace with a child. If you are too lazy to get to the sea, there is a clean spacious swimming pool on the territory. There are small eateries nearby, a large grocery store closer to the sea, everything you need is there. The water in the sea is clean, on calm days you can see the bottom, the beach is pebbly, comfortable only in sneakers. Among the wishes: it is advisable to install adult exercise equipment on the playground (horizontal bar, bars at least) so that you can periodically warm up. We rested at this hotel for the first time, as well as in Abkhazia itself. We liked the hotel from the word very much! Service, food, animation, bar-restaurant at an excellent level. Very responsive staff, responsibly suited to their business. The beach is 5-8 minutes away by a calm walk along a straight road. Sun beds, bungalows, umbrellas can be rented. The pebble beach, the sea is very clean, just take care of the right shoes for swimming in advance. The child's room is open at 12:00 and 17:00, unfortunately we could not use it, because we were at the sea all the time. Every day there is a children's disco, then either karaoke or dancing. The cuisine is diverse, fish is cooked very tasty, we ate every day, breakfasts are varied, for every taste. We rested here from July 24 to July 3, 2024, rented a luxury cottage, two bedrooms with large beds, a kitchen and a sofa. The furniture and overall design of the house are very good. The hotel is clean, there is a pool with warm water, but deep for children (only with circles and armbands, maybe).
Breakfast was included, buffet: there are always a lot of dishes to choose from, a couple of cereals, scrambled eggs, cheese/sausage/sausages, vegetables/fruits, tea/coffee/juices, the food is very decent.
Near the sea, 7-10 minutes slowly.
Definitely, I recommend it for a comfortable stay

Breakfast is included in the price - buffet. Pancakes with condensed milk just made my morning. No one bothers , they calmly let people rest . There is a heated swimming pool, large and deep enough. There is a bar near the pool where you can have drinks or eat delicious food. Be sure to try the local grilled trout - it's very tasty.The room is also large and comfortable, the bed is large and comfortable. If Abkhazia, then definitely the Saria Hotel!!! It is located in a small quiet village. We booked an improved standard room and we didn't want to leave it. The cozy atmosphere in the hotel itself and the very polite staff who came into our position and went to meet us (we are very grateful to them for this!).
Buffet breakfasts, a variety of simple, understandable and delicious food.
The hotel has a heated swimming pool, cabins with showers, an outdoor bar, music, and a small playground. The courtyard itself is clean and well maintained.
From the window you can see the mountains, within walking distance (5-7 minutes) of the sea, a well-groomed beach and, as it turned out, the cleanest and most transparent water.

And the quality of service was confirmed, everything is clean, comfortable, the pool is warm, there are enough sun beds, high-quality food, there is a choice for breakfast and dinner. You need to understand that the hotel is located in the village, shops and cafes are nearby, 7 minutes to the sea, 7-10 minutes to the Sukhumi highway, where minibuses go to other cities. We had a rest in August 2024. The hotel is nice and clean. The food is delicious. The room is cozy. One disadvantage that I saw is that the hot water runs out quickly.

Well, the hotel itself is really good, clean, our room is large, but in front of the windows there is a chicken coop, the pleasure is so-so- the roosters are actively noisy))), the food is not quite understood delight, breakfast is normal, lunch is like in a canteen, everything is cold and without a soul. But tsandripsh himself is the worst manifestation of Abkhazia- it's sooo dirty, there is no transport connection, only a taxi, I would not advise with children, there are a lot of irons and bottles on the beach, it's better to pay a little extra and live in Gagra

I always approach my vacation responsibly, so I read reviews everywhere and just for this hotel in Abkhazia I did not find negative reviews. As a marketer, I know that removing them from Yandex is problematic. Well, I think it's going to be perfect.

Hello. I had a family vacation on the May weekend. From May 1 to May 11, 2024. And I will tell you - this is the best place to relax with a child. It is clean , beautiful , safe and cozy here . There are many places where you will go on a trip. Everything is new in the rooms, the service is at the highest level. Maid girls are like Cinderellas - they work . Good evening! It's time for us to leave a review. We rested from 9.07 to 07/15/2024 in this hotel. His friends advised us and thank them very much, we did not regret that we came to you. We took 2 standard rooms with extra bed and an improved standard with extra bed, everything was clean in all rooms, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The cars were parked in the yard. The service is good. The food is delicious, the choice is great, we had everything included that was convenient for us. It's not too far from the sea, the coast is clean, people are in moderation. It is a huge plus that there are programs in the evenings for both children and adults. There is also a cafe where incredibly delicious pizza and delicious barbecue are available. The pool is clean and warm. The territory is clean and beautiful. Next year we will definitely come back to you with our parents.

We had a rest in June 2024. The rooms are good, new furniture, air conditioning. I didn't like the food - breakfast and dinner, everything is always cold, if you come to the middle of dinner, then there is no choice at all. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, always cleaned, but as soon as you leave the gate there are cow heaps, a dead dusty road and nowhere to go at all, only to the seashore. Good afternoon! We are resting at the hotel at the moment. I do not know who writes positive reviews about nutrition. The breakfasts are all cold, it is impossible to eat food..omelette, pancakes-all tasteless, not salty and not seasoned.
For breakfast, pasta with meat, while fatty, I do not understand such a breakfast.
The pool is clean and warm, but the stairs are all shaky, they break every now and then.
The rooms are spacious and clean - this is a huge plus, but the water is intermittent (either icy or boiling water is pouring).
There is no elevator, you only need to climb the stairs with heavy suitcases.
I will not come to such a hotel anymore.
