11 laser hair removal procedures were performed at this center. All recommendations were strictly followed.
Despite this, the effect is present only at the moment of completing the course. Literally five weeks later, after the completion of the last procedure, everything returned to its former form.
When asked why there is no result, the administration begins to invent and sprinkle excuses with a touch of aggression and a dismissive tone: blonde / red hair, the wrong skin color, problems with hormonal background and everything like that, just not to admit its wrongness.
At the very beginning, they promise the final result in 5-7 procedures, then suddenly 9-11, and in the end it turns out that 15 is not enough for someone.
I recommend writing complaints demanding a refund, without agreeing to "provide additional procedures for free."

I came to this center on the recommendation of a friend, went for 2 procedures, I liked everything. She brought her sister and another friend, recommended and advertised the center to everyone. Now I want to take all my good and laudatory words back.
They started transferring the recording, changing the time. Once they burned the hands and back of a young man. All they did was just apologize. I stopped walking after the situation when I came to the procedure in advance, sat for 30 minutes. During this time, 2 other clients came in and conducted them for the procedures. I left, after which the administrator called me, said that this happens and come back. Of course I didn't come back. A couple of days later, my friend was recorded. In 2 hours, she received a call and was asked to come earlier, as a result, she waited 40 minutes in the lobby. And the sisters canceled the procedure altogether 15 minutes before the start, on a day off, although they also confirmed it themselves and asked to come earlier. No customer orientation, no discounts or loyalty. I will never recommend it to anyone.

The medical center is located in the center of Minsk and, accordingly, parking problems often arise, while if asked, they can open the gates to a closed area where you can park your car during the procedures.

In general, a good place, adequate staff, give a pleasant bonus after the procedure, everything is clean, neat, but I faced an unpleasant situation - after completing the LE course, everything returned to its place the next month, which was very unexpected, because about 10 procedures were completed
I also went to remove the vascular asterisk, the master made several flashes, after which everything remained almost unchanged, and after a couple of weeks it became as before, i.e. there was no result

On the positive side: I came to this center on the recommendation of a friend, I visited 3 different masters 3 times, but I liked Anastasia Khodenkova the most (a very comfortable and attentive person, always gives recommendations, does everything as carefully as possible), now I go only to this master.
From the negative: I have already encountered 3 times that when, due to force majeure, it was necessary to reschedule the recording to another day or time (note, reschedule!, not cancel), they said there were no free windows, as soon as you start writing or calling from another number, the time appears immediately! How so?! Guys, this sucks, not the service, especially when people come to you every month for a year in a row! If the master goes to another place, I will gladly move to another center!
And also: face masks, as a compliment, please make an alternative (juice before that was just a super option), because not all of these masks can be suitable - I ruined my face with this mask, which was covered with a rash!
There are no questions about the situation inside - everything is OK.

I went to the laser, there were 8 procedures, they said to go for a month +- a week, then I didn't figure it out, but this is a big mistake, you need to make long intervals to kill all the growth phases, the second mistake is the choice of the master, the masters were trained so that people come even after 12 procedures ..., skip zones, first do it slowly, then quickly and bald spots remain even after 8 treatments... The laser is cool by itself, but the master will have to look for another master, disappointed with the result

I went to the laser from November 2022 to October 2023 - the result is disgusting, money is wasted. When asked why I was left without a result, I was told that perhaps I did not follow the recommendations and intervals of procedures and was invited to a paid consultation 👹
Girls, do not sell yourself for a cool interior and juice after the procedure, as I did, and do not expect an instant result when at least 6 procedures were without it. The laser is more like its own

But something went wrong yesterday) I always signed up via instagram, this time I also signed up for the procedure in 3 weeks, but upon arrival I was informed that my record was not available and they just asked "when is it convenient for you to come next time?". Even without apologies) and if she hadn't asked to offer me soon, if suddenly someone refused, she probably would have left even without that. I was so taken aback by such a service that I left the place yesterday without any proceedings or complaints. But the sediment remained very unpleasant.
