Strong three stars. The caring and attentive staff is top five, thanks a lot for that.
There is everything you need: towels, slippers, shower accessories, tea and water welcome. A comfortable and clean bed.
The breakfasts are passable.
The audibility is confusing, but this is a problem for many hotels.
Wi-fi is not very good. I tried to work in zoom, it was interrupted, it hung up and so on every day.
The location was acceptable to me, and, most importantly, the cost was pleasant and the service was of good quality.

In principle, there is everything, a good bathroom, even a bathtub, a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a TV, although the usual TV channels did not load, but the Internet worked. Good Swedish breakfasts. One of the important things for me is good heating, a window with a pleasant view of the street, water is functioning normally (there are no interruptions with temperature, pressure, etc.), there is a bedside lamp for soft evening light.
Clean, the hotel is maintained in order. Breakfast is not the limit of dreams, but it is better than in other hotels of this price category. I lived in a room in April and it was cold at night. At least some extra blankets were provided for such cases, but there were none. An air conditioner is provided for heating, but sleeping under the noise of the air conditioner is not very pleasant.

There is no refrigerator in the room, which is just a disaster for Uzbekistan, but there is air conditioning. The rooms are small, especially the toilet. The rooms have swollen laminate flooring from the underfloor heating, which turns the floor into lava in the toilet). The audibility is just terrible. It feels like you're sharing a room with a neighbor.
