We rode a motorcycle for a month, traveled both the Crimea and the coast of Krasnodar and finally drove to Abkhazia. The hotel was chosen randomly because of the large room, secure parking and location.Near the market, a canteen with household appliances, shops.Thanks to all the staff of the hotel, Aksana bowed low in everything, helped the owner of the hotel and his father, God bless you for the bomb wine and chacha! Of course, thank you very much for the hospitality.
P.S. the sea is clean, the dolphin is swimming next to you.
A magnificent rooftop patio where you can barbecue and sit admiring the mountains.

I had a rest in October 2024 at this hotel. I was alone at the hotel. There were no guests at the hotel at all. It's not the season. The weather did not disappoint. It takes no more than 15 minutes to get to the sea at a leisurely pace. The rooms at the hotel are clean and comfortable. A comfortable bed. Everything is working in the sanitary room. Snow-white towels. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming hostess Isolza. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners are delicious and varied. Olenka, the hostess of the kitchen, cooks perfectly, thank her very much. This hotel has 2 huge advantages over all others! It is a terrace with a barbecue on the roof. There is a barbecue. Swings, trampoline and bicycles for younger guests of the hotel. And a lot of live plants in pots. The hotel is super, there is nothing to do in Gudauta itself, of course. But you can go on amazing excursions with the best guides!

I had a rest from June 22-28, 2024. I liked everything very much. Starting as I met the transfer. The hotel is cozy, clean, with a summer veranda on the roof, and they fed there. There is a place to sit and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The staff is friendly, I had breakfast, the food was good. The room is great with mountain views, quiet and clean in the room. Two days later, the bed linen was changed. The sea was clear, there were few people. Everything is great!

The hotel itself is nothing. The hall is modern. Although it looks pathetic from the outside. I liked the roof deck. There are breakfasts there. There is a swing, a small garden, a stove. You can see the mountains. You can sit in the evening and make a barbecue. The breakfast is good and hearty. porridges are awesome) you can order additional lunches and dinners. The price is not higher than in the dining room, but lower than in the cafe. There is a menu for every day. The room is a separate topic. We had a double room with separate beds on the second floor. Condey is normal. It was neither cold nor hot. Perfect. We haven't been blown away once. Only noisy. The curtains are very dusty, there is black mold at the bottom. The windows haven't been washed for probably two years. There is no balcony. there is no cleaning at all!!! The floors were wiped only in the room and more for the sake of appearance. The cobwebs and dirt were as they were when we arrived, so they remained in their places by our departure. The bathroom is a place of hygiene. Everything is so dirty! The toilet is just awful! Plumbing is probably never cleaned. Not like between entrances and exits. Wherever there is black mold, where there is a thick layer of lime plaque. It's disgusting to take a shower head in your hands. Don't sit on the toilet! Be ready to move in with your own funds and handle everything well first! The faucet on the sink was not fixed at all. I was just present. I was afraid to touch him. I had to ask them to fix it separately. It was fixed two days later. During our 8 days of presence, the cleaner went into the bathroom every day, but only to pick up the trash. I've never even wiped the floors there! Bed linen was changed once, towels were changed three times. They don't wipe the dust. Generally. A thick layer. Consider that there are no pillows. Just flat and very soft head pads. Like for babies. The mattresses are not bad, soft. There is no reception on the ground floor, nor is there an elevator in the hotel. Therefore, when you get to the heat, along rural dusty rocky roads (there is not asphalt everywhere) and hilly terrain with your children and suitcases, be ready to drag all this stuff to the second floor along a narrow spiral staircase in your hands) and this is if you are placed on the second floor)) And one more important fact about the hotel. It is extremely unpleasant for me. They have a warehouse on the ground floor to the side. Therefore, loading/unloading of goods takes place daily and constantly. In large quantities. Cars arrive, unload all this stuff at the front door of the hotel. Sometimes it's impossible to get in and out. Literally everything is forced! Then other cars arrive and load all this stuff. Is this a hotel or what in general?! There should be a separate room for such things. Not for vacationers. The beach is probably a kilometer away through the hilly terrain. No, the sea is 500 meters away. But you will have to walk away from the normal beach. It's a torment to walk in the heat. 2 stars is a lot. But only for breakfast and a roof.

Good afternoon, this year I went with my son to Gudauta at the end of June! I have been to Abkhazia many times, but there is NO better hotel! I want to express my great gratitude for the good attitude, cleanliness, adequacy! Thanks to the administrator Aksana for the sincere attitude! Thank Ole for the delicious food! And special thanks to the director of the Hotel for doing everything for people! Go there, don't regret it!!! The sea is a 10-minute walk at a calm pace, close to shops, a market, a bakery (delicious buns). If you like a relaxing holiday, you are welcome here. And so, if possible, we will only come here! Very good people work at this hotel. That's why it's very nice in this hotel.
A clean large room. A comfortable bed. Everything is working in the sanitary room. Snow-white towels.

A nice hotel with a relatively fresh renovation! The 5+ staff is absolutely everything, from the cook and the governess to the receptionist and the hostess, very polite and responsive!

Good location, 19 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is polite and attentive. Administrator Aksana is a big smart girl, helps with any question. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. You can order lunch and dinner, Olenka, the hostess of the kitchen, cooks perfectly, thank her very much. Any excursion can be booked at the hotel, as well as a transfer to the railway STATION OR AIRPORT. Great place, I recommend it

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean, without frills, but with a reasonable not high price. Cleaning the rooms every day, which is also an undoubted plus.
It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, but for me it's good and useful to walk.
But this hotel has 2 huge advantages over all others! This is a terrace with a barbecue on the roof and the most welcoming and client-oriented hostess (manager)!!!!

We had a great rest! The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners are very tasty. Excellent grape wine from the owner of the hotel is served for lunch. My husband and I really liked it! And chacha is also good! All this can be bought at the hotel. Thanks!

A very cozy hotel for its price. Everything you need is there. You can order breakfast for a fee.the fee. Near the market, shops, restaurants within walking distance. The sea is 800 meters away. We had a rest in July 2021, from 14-19, I liked it.
Friendly staff, when upon arrival they asked to show the rooms before payment - no objections, any current issues were resolved immediately. They even helped with a failed car battery - they took us to the car shop for a new one and replaced it for us themselves.
On the roof of the hotel there is an open veranda with a beautiful view of the city, where you can have breakfast, swing on a swing and even cook a grill, there is a barbecue.

We rested in June 2022 for 7 days. We booked a double room with a balcony.Upon arrival, we were informed that the room with a balcony would be available only in 4 days and when it was vacated we would be relocated. We got into the situation and this was probably the only disadvantage of this hotel.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy. It can be seen that the renovation is fresh (the hotel opened in 2019). The garbage was cleaned every day, wet cleaning was done 2 times and towels were changed once.
Breakfast was taken once, we did not like it, so I do not recommend it.
The administrator of Aksana is a very kind and friendly woman. If you have any questions, feel free to contact her, she will definitely help and tell you.
If we talk in principle about a vacation in Gudauta, then it leaves much to be desired. The beaches are dirty, almost not equipped, there is nowhere really to eat, only on the embankment (the price tag is like in Sochi), or there are several canteens, but the food is so-so. In general, it's boring and there's nowhere to go. For a vacation with a small child, probably the best thing. Pitsunda and Gagra are much better.

We had a rest with a child. The result is rotavirus. We left earlier, it got worse. Upon check-out, they only reported that a sick girl was lying in the next room. There was no processing, the money was not returned. We left there today. If you don't want to be rude, don't go there. None of the guests were warned about the virus!!! We will contact all authorities!
