I bought a set of faucets, a shower system and a bidet mixer. One of the faucets and the shower system were brought used. It turned out before the installation.
The store said that the courier receiving the goods from the supplier does not carefully check it, therefore he might not see that the goods are used.
They refused to replace or refund the money.
If you do not thoroughly understand plumbing and are not sure that you know what the signs look like that the product was in use, I do not recommend buying in this store.
Update:
I bought and installed new faucets.
After 20 days, according to the complaint, the store brought used mixer elements for replacement. Now I sell them on Kufara.
