I had a rest at the hotel at the end of August. Nice hotel, quiet, family friendly. Very friendly staff, delicious food (for 10 days every day there was something new on the menu - everything is very tasty). The rooms were cleaned every day. The room had air conditioning, a TV, a shower and a hairdryer in the toilet (there is no refrigerator, but I did not need it). Wi-fi is paid, I paid 5 USD for the entire period on a one-time basis, I caught it well on the territory of the hotel. The hotel fully justifies its 3 stars. There is a swimming pool with sun beds and canopies on the territory, as well as a lot of plants and greenery - it is quite comfortable and cozy to be. It is close to the sea, 5 minutes maximum - about 1 block, cross the road - immediately the beach (the beach is free, sun beds in one part of the beach are also free for hotel residents). The beach is small pebbles (like sand), the entrance to the sea is the same (sand), after about 2m there are stones, the entrance to the sea is comfortable. There are not many people on the beach, there are changing rooms, showers. On the way to the beach there is a branch of the Ginzatravel travel agency - I highly recommend these guys: friendly, positive, you are always welcome: they will treat you to coffee, sweets) I went through them on 3 excursions- I liked it) and the prices are pleasant) I highly recommend the Santana hotel! In terms of price-quality ratio, it corresponds to 100%

I rested in early August for 5 days, and now I got to the review.
Minuses
1. This is not a 3*, but ala Krasnodar territory guesthouse "At Tatiana's", and Tatiana's is better.
2. The hotel rents another hotel and places some of the guests there, while there is no sign "Santana". Upon check-in, I was sent to a passageway room at the stairs on the 1st floor of 10m2 without a balcony, absolutely terrible.
We moved to the main hotel the next day after a very persistent conversation with the tour operator, the room is also old and bad, but bigger and with a balcony
3. Out of 5 days, there was no hot water at 3 pm, an ice shower after the sea was unpleasant.
4. Wi-Fi for $ 5 does not work, I had to use the mobile Internet.
5. Food - breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are no snacks, and it is impossible to eat what was given for an "afternoon snack" bitter cookies or pasta with tomato paste.
At the same time, the chef is doing a great job, squeezing the maximum out of the available products.
From the edible for me: grilled vegetables, in the evening chicken / meat, rice / pasta, in the morning rice porridge, watermelons and melon (there were no other fruits). Soups and salads are inedible.
There were no problems with the gastrointestinal tract.
6. For women traveling alone, they go to the beach after sunset in search of intimate adventures, who else would have warned about this)))
7. There is not much place to walk, a remote village

1. Some of the staff speaks Russian, there will be no problems with communications
2. The sea is 7-10 minutes on foot, sun beds and umbrellas are free, if you have time to take them, there are few of them and some are broken
The sea itself was very warm, but a little dirty, the sea has a wonderful view of the mountains, but this is thanks to nature, not the hotel
3. Normal bed linen and daily cleaning
4. Pleasant pool area with beautiful evening lighting
5. There is no alcohol and wine and beer, they pour it until 21 or 22 I do not remember, for me this is a plus, there are no screaming drunk people
Total: in my opinion, with a limited budget, it is better to reduce the number of days of rest and choose a better hotel. But someone is satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel is not three stars at all. There are advantages, but there are very few of them.. but about everything in order.
Rooms. Each has a balcony where you can smoke in peace if necessary. The room itself has a sleeping place, a wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside tables and a TV. The TV is not working. The remote control from the air conditioner has seen life and is now in a tight embrace with duct tape. There is no safe and refrigerator. as well as there is no trash can. It is in the bathroom, but it is designed only for small debris. Very small. The tone pillows leave much to be desired. We can say that they simply do not exist. Because even if you take two, you won't feel them. A blanket is just a large waffle blanket, sleeping under which does not provide any comfort. The bathroom has a shower cabin, the doors of which jam. There is a mold as a bonus. Bed linen is changed as soon as it gets dirty and no more than once every three days. A towel is also provided, while only one is given. Of the 4 lighting devices, only 2 turned out to be working.
Food. Breakfast starts very early, at 7:30. At the same time, if you did not arrive in the first 20 minutes, then you will not see most of the positions later. Although it is indicated that Al In, buffet and so on, in fact everything is much worse. If something is over, it's over. Swallow your drool. And the breakfast itself is very meager. Cucumbers, tomatoes, three types of sausage and two types of cheese. Cereal, jam, bread and butter. From the hot: porridge and eggs in one form. Lunch and dinner are richer, but you have to take a queue in half an hour, otherwise you also risk being left without any positions. The hot stuff is given out piece by piece. There is no choice of desserts here. There is an afternoon snack. But here, too, the first one to get up is the one with the slippers. In five minutes, the only marmite remains empty. For dinner, they will give either a biscuit or baklava and also in portions. By the way, not only residents come to eat, but also other people from the neighborhood. On the plus side, you definitely won't get better here. So, if you want to save your figure, welcome.
Bar. Also cannot be attributed to the Al In system. Only wine is made from alcohol. It tastes tolerable, but after the second glass, the ascoma is likely to capture the papillae of your tongue. The bar itself is open from 11 to 21 and there is not always an employee there. As they explained to us, there are not enough of them (employees), but there is a lot of work. I'm sorry, of course. From soft drinks you will find juices from the vending machine, or rather Yuppi and pepsi concentrates, mirinda, 7up. The last three, by the way, are poured into 0.1ml cups....... When asked to pour 0.25 into glasses, a refusal follows.
There is a terrible stench outside the hotel and throughout Beldibi, because there are garbage containers right next to the hotels, usually overflowing to the point of impossibility. Among the advantages: beautiful mountains and close to the sea. The sea is clear.
It has become irrelevant to buy something in Turkey. But I think it's only the Russians who have such a problem.
Swimming pool. It's small, but there's plenty of room. But there are much fewer places for sun beds. The towel cannot be removed from the room, you will be fined.
The Internet. The fee rises in the amount of € 5, regardless of how long you will live. At the same time, the quality is terrible. Access is always disconnected, then the access itself disappears.
The majority of tourists are Turks themselves. They're just rowing like the last time. In addition, they are very noisy and they do not care what can interfere with someone, they do not see or feel borders. On the last day in the evening, the electricity was completely turned off.
As a result, this hotel is not worth the money for us. We have met 3-star hotels and better ones.

We had a rest in September. The room was ordered as standard. But there were no standard rooms...They settled in another building (Villa). The room is small, 100% audibility, a door with a glass window. The light was in the way at night, they closed the curtain ...
towels were changed on request, bed linen was not.
The territory is small. Neat. There are many plants: oranges, bananas, pomegranates, flowers.
The food for a Three-star hotel is good. The chef tried his best.
The restaurant is clean.
The sea is not far away. However, you have to walk past the garbage cans.
The hotel has a beach. There are not enough umbrellas. Deck chairs without mattresses. The sea is good, but the setting is terrible. Huge boulders. At the beginning of the rest there was a ramp for entering the sea, after the storm the ramp was deployed, washed ashore. We made paths to enter the sea, removing large stones.
The beach is dirty. This is the first time we've seen this...

Such hotels are a SHAME for Turkey!!
Two weeks have passed since I returned, but the bitterness of disappointment does not go away. How can you treat hotel guests like that, I don't understand?!!! She worked at the hotel for 20 years. And I have never encountered anything like this anywhere.!
And the fact is that the hotel manager, in pursuit of profit, collects bookings twice as much as his hotel accommodates, and then settles people anywhere! In particular, to a completely unprofitable hotel nearby! I would never book a room in this hotel just because the view from the window is the wall of the neighboring building! What kind of prison cell is this?!! Moreover, not a single maid is visible in the hotels, the room is covered in dust and dirt. And we had to live in such conditions for 4 days, while we were walking, we tried to get them to put us in the room that we had booked.
But they did not achieve it!!!
The manager's outright lies about the alleged flight delays put me in a stupor. I'm not a scandalous person. And my husband did not want to spoil his vacation. But this is some kind of arbitrariness!

A good hotel for its price.
Positive:
-Close to the sea, there are many shops nearby
-room cleaning every day, shampoo, soap and conditioner are provided
- delicious food, lots of coffee,4 juices, cold soda and wine in the bar , fruits every day and a mini snack at 15:30
Cons:
- no animation
- breakfast is very poor, lunch and dinner are still normal
- they give out dirty towels (they are not changed), dirty hair dryer, old air conditioning, TV (only Turkish channels), no refrigerator
- the staff does not understand Russian
- does not catch the Internet well
-a beach with huge rocks without special shoes is hard, sun beds and canopies are old
- there is a very long gap between lunch and dinner, lunch at 12:00 and dinner at 19:00
In general, we had a good rest, there was enough food, the main thing is that the beach is close and the sea is clean and warm. Thanks

I liked the hotel, despite the three stars, it is homely. For those who like to relax at home, I recommend it. Among the disadvantages-hot water was turned off for periods, the lack of warm blankets (a couple of times I had to wear warm clothes so as not to freeze during sleep.. Queues for food, paid Internet, and the fact that the reception gives out the phone numbers of vacationers. A hotel employee wrote to me in whatsapp with a desire to get acquainted, which is very annoying when you go on vacation alone from everyone and they think that you came for a holiday romance!

We rested with my wife and daughter from 07/02/2023 to 07/10/2023, we bought a ticket for 144,000 rubles plus the specification of the departure of 14000 rubles, otherwise we would have lost two days.We got from the airport quickly in 30 minutes.As soon as we entered the hotel, we experienced a shock, before that we were in Turkey at least in fours.The room was given on the third floor with a view of the mountains.The room is clean, two beds , TV, split (I cried on the mirror, but it was fixed quickly)There are chairs and an ashtray on the balcony (you can smoke).The food is delicious, but there is very little choice of one or two dishes,eggplant and grilled vegetables bomb,fish,French fries,shurma were given once desserts like cupcakes, melon watermelon every day.It's 7 minutes to the sea slowly, we went to the wild beach a couple of times, took good pictures and bought great.Now about the cons, there were 4 Russian people, mostly Turks were very noisy, they did not climb out of the pool, there were a lot of Ukrainians (they live for 3 months, there were no conflicts).To say that it's boring there means to say nothing, Wi-Fi is weak (they paid $ 5 for the entire period, made a distribution for 2 more phones)on TV channel 1, there is no lobi.In general, belbedi liked the village itself.

Loud music with bass from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., even if there is not a single person in the bar. The rooms have terrible sound insulation, music plays as if in the room. On the first evening I had to go to the store to buy earplugs, but they do not save either. There is no all-inclusive, the food is served in portions, there is a very poor choice. There is a persistent smell of cats in the dining room.

I had a rest in late May-early June. City hotel, no territory, no animation. I paid 41,500 as if for a week, but in fact, taking into account the change in the time of departure and arrival, I got only 5 days of rest. And this hotel is definitely not worth the money. The food is meager, tasteless, mostly vegetables, there is practically nothing meat. The room is cleaned every other time, there is no soap, no shampoo gels, no beach towels, hot water is also not always available. Wi-fi is paid for 5 dollars. There is also no private beach, it takes about seven minutes to walk to the city beach, but this hotel does not have its own umbrellas or sun beds on the beach either. During the rest, the linen and towel were not changed.
On the plus side: there is a Russian-speaking manager Fatih, Russian-speaking girls from Kyrgyzstan are Russian-speaking in the kitchen and all the staff is very friendly. There is a swimming pool.

I had a rest from September 23 to September 30, 2022! The Santana Hotel is very nice, the staff is excellent, all Russian speakers. Room cleaning is daily, breakfast, lunch and dinner are very varied and delicious! The view from the room is extremely beautiful! I was very pleased! A quiet, homely hotel with polite and attentive staff. I rested alone at the end of August 2021, for 11 days. The food is modest, especially breakfasts, but lunches and dinners are more varied, cooked deliciously from fresh products. Fruits are offered for lunch and dinner apples or plums or watermelons or melons. The room was cleaned daily. The sea is five minutes away, warm and transparent. The Internet is weak, the fee is $ 5 for the entire stay. For vacationers, there is a first-aid kit with a good set of medicines, offered free of charge when seeking help!!!I have vacationed 9 times in Turkey, I have not seen this even in large hotels! The hair dryer did not work and the toilet seat in the room was broken, the defects were fixed in a few hours, a new seat was installed and another hair dryer was brought. Thanks for the rest! I recommend adding omelets and pastries for breakfast, tea bags in the assortment.

The hotel is very good for its category. The staff is wonderful. Daily cleaning service. The food is without frills, to say breakfast is "a little meager" means to say nothing (boiled egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, sometimes porridge. Everything.), but the quantity is unlimited. Location: the quiet village of Beldibi. We are not fans of hanging out, but we were bored. One row of shopping malls and that's it. Yes, of course there is also the sea :)) with very large pebbles, the size of which is sometimes up to 20cm :)). But these disadvantages gave a huge plus in the fact that in the season when other resorts are full of vacationers, there were not very many of them here.

The first impression of the hotel is that I will not stay here for more than one day! But in the end we stayed at the hotel for a week and really didn't want to leave!
The friendly, sincere staff does everything for a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room is cleaned daily. Air conditioning, TV - everything works. The room is small, there is a balcony with mountain views.
The breakfast is modest, but sufficient. Everything is traditional, no frills: boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, sausage, bread, jam, honey. But lunch and dinner... the assortment is wide - we have never been hungry. Everything is fresh, it feels like it was prepared with knowledge and love. There was meat, fish and chicken. Thanks to the chef for his skill. The restaurant is in the outdoor area in front of the pool. It's nice to sit outside in the evening.
The beach is about 8 minutes away at a slow pace. The beach is municipal, paid. But at the reception of the hotel they give coupons for which we went to the beach. The beach is small pebbles, cleanliness, sun beds and umbrellas - everything is new. The sea is gorgeous.
In general, a very decent hotel for such little money.🤭
Wi-Fi is paid, but you also pay some pennies and it seems to be for the entire time of use once.
The only inconvenience was that the water in the shower was not regulated and flowed either very cold or very hot. But I did not address this problem to the staff. And the lighting in the room-fluorescent lamps - I don't like them. But I got used to it in two days.
I recommend this hotel to those who want to relax very inexpensively, without pathos, but at the same time with a certain comfort. I myself will also be happy to stay at this place again.

The staff is friendly, they are not rude. Of the alcoholic beverages included in the whole, white and dry red wine, beer and everything else are included for a fee. The bar is open from 11.00 am to 21.00 pm. In general, the hotel is for 4!!!.
