The location is great, it looks great from the outside. It's a pity that the embankment doesn't reach the hotel a bit + I have to walk along the beach around the neighboring construction site.

The photos do not correspond to reality. In a double room, you will be provided with two separate beds. And in the room, 2 sockets will be together, but hidden behind one of the beds. If you want to charge your phone and not break the charging, move the bed forward or take the phone to the bathroom for charging.
But if you suddenly want to watch TV in the evening while the phone is charging in the bathtub, you will need to adjust the wires behind the TV, otherwise it does not work. And if you manage to set up a TV, you still have to find the remote control.
It is possible to ventilate the room from eternal dampness only during the day, because there is no mosquito net on the windows. As well as there are no spirals or other insect repellents in the room.
If this suits you, then the windows will need to be covered with curtains, because there is no mirror film on the windows. Of course, if you like the looks of the passers-by residents, then you can stay in the room.

86 Gitsba Street is a terrible hotel with old smelly rooms, the owner did not even come out at the designated time to meet, did not answer the phone immediately either, settled in other rooms altogether, and not in those that were negotiated for half a year!!! Terrible attitude, no service, rudeness, that's what we met here. The rooms are inconveniently located, you constantly run up the stairs, for such money you should not even consider!!!

The place is interesting for those who are suitable for the private sector. The owners are trying very hard, there are no complaints at all. You need to clean the room yourself during your stay! The village itself is small, there is nowhere to go to have fun, a family vacation for those who only need the sea! There is only one cafe nearby that you depend on: the prices are not small, it feels like there are different shifts of chefs and the quality of the dishes strongly depends on this. They served it very unprofessionally cooked, but they manage to do something! I can't say I'm thrilled, so a cafe nearby wouldn't hurt or it wouldn't hurt to raise the staff level either. All stars to the hosts! Minus one star due to the lack of entertainment in the village, but this does not directly apply to the hotel and minus the cafe! 👎

I lived here for a day. The best place in Pisa is Paradise: sunsets, sea, wind, pine trees, morning, evening beauty.
But I couldn't live, the rooms are squalid dark 3 x 3 meters, at night it is humid from the dampness of the sea. The beds are uncomfortable, they fall like a brick, I never fell asleep.
The staff and the staff are wonderful, the atmosphere at the base is real human, as at the already familiar campsite. But they didn't give me a cup or coffee, everyone has their own in the kitchen, they sent me to a cafe 20 meters away. No one guarantees safety. Flimsy keys are flimsy walls.
There are rooms on the sea and on the park.

Santa Sofia- Pitsunda, Gitsba street, the one next to Apsilia...I was in the middle of September 21. The place is cool, relict pines, on the seashore...the staff is adequate...there is a shared kitchen, the rooms are ordinary, not for majors, without cleaning and breakfast included... 4t.r/2x local.. ..but demand creates supply :)... there were no empty seats...you can go / for those who love silence- not here ... to the Optina of deserts :) ... the photo on the avatar does not correspond to the real one..

Great place! The hotel is completely on the shore of the purest sea. Literally 15 meters from the shore, dolphins swim almost every 10 minutes. The beach can satisfy both lovers of pebbles and sand, as there is both. There are good plastic sun beds on the beach. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially with a family or company. There is a well-equipped summer kitchen, barbecues, tables. There is a cafe nearby (1 meter away). There is a very decent restaurant about 700 meters away on foot along the embankment. The friendliness and friendliness of the hosts, Vitya and Natasha, deserve a separate word. You guys are doing great! Keep it up !!! By the way, go on excursions only with Vitya! (Do not take excursions in tour shops, as it will be more expensive and less comfortable, and with Vitya, comfort, good mood and viewing of all the sights are provided to you. The same applies to transfers to the railway station, airport, etc.
