I recently visited the Santa grocery store, which is famous for its pastries and its own production. Impressions remained mixed.
Of the advantages: The baking is really great. The bread, rolls and cakes are fresh and delicious, clearly prepared with love and attention to quality. The range of products of our own production is also pleasing: everything is fresh and high-quality.
However, there are significant disadvantages. Firstly, there are always long queues in the store. This is especially unpleasant, considering that there is only one cash register. Secondly, the staff often seems dissatisfied and irritable, which does not add pleasant emotions from shopping.
As a result, I would rate the Santa store at 3 out of 5. The quality of pastries and products is excellent, but the service and organization of the cash registers leave much to be desired.
The former Vitalur plus/minus with the same problems. The range of products is good and diverse. The store is quite large, spacious, with a convenient location right next to the metro. There are storage rooms inside the store on one side, and the entrance to the trading floor on the other, which is extremely unfortunate. In the vegetable department, there are islands with fruits right in the middle of the aisle, leaving narrow aisles on the sides, where it is extremely difficult to miss, especially with baskets. The store has good cooking departments of its own production and baking.
Unfortunately, when I go there, mostly in the evenings from 19.00 to 22.30, I have to call employees to these departments, since they are not there, "catch" them around the hall, "shout out", ask from other departments. Sometimes there is a person there, but you need to stand in another part of the department, because just if you stand, no one may come up to you.
Or, for example, I witnessed a dialogue in front of me in the queue of the seller and the buyer, which lasted several minutes, a person's consultation on the composition of food, the availability of discounts, the filling capacity of containers with rolls and so on. I'm for communication if it's pleasant for people, but not when you have a queue, it's inappropriate.
All this is inconvenient and time-consuming, which is sometimes very short. Plus, if there are queues at the checkout, it just happens to be indecently long, even if you quickly took the goods you need.
(I do not know if there are not enough staff for such a store or if they are just on a break, it is INCONVENIENT and UNPLEASANT for me as a customer).
Also, it is recommended to check the products in the bakery department more often, sometimes there are just "stone" buns.
After such situations, during a visit to the store, wishes a pleasant evening to absolutely every customer (whether it's a very drunk and shabby-looking man or an old woman deprived of life who just screamed and comes to quarrel to get at least some communication for the day, otherwise she can't) nervous cashiers look like condescending mockery, because it would be better if they could just remain silent where it is not necessary and looks insincere, but they should, since these are service standards/necessity/obligation; which provokes their additional burnout, by the way.
It is convenient for me to visit this store. I hope everything will get better soon. If not, you'll have to go to another one.

The disadvantage is huge - queues at the ticket offices, the problem has not been solved for years. If you use a self-service checkout, you can lose a lot of time until you wait for the administrator, if necessary, to verify the age of 18+.

I like the store, there is a good selection of meat, limbs, dairy products. But I would like more fish and fish products. There is not always a dough of our own production.
You can draw conclusions, gentlemen. This is a visitor's toilet with an eternally broken lock and dirt! Consumer baskets are also terribly dirty and do not seem to be washed AT ALL! I recommend checking the products of the meat department when buying (twice I came across spoiled soup sets)! There is no need to talk about constant kilometer queues (almost always there is one cash register). I do not recommend it!

The self-service ticket counter is punched by a store guard, who stands at the cash register and cannot walk for 2 minutes and punch through the product that requires confirmation, but the sandwiches are delicious.
Постоянно работает только одна касса, все отделы пустые, работников достаточно по магазину бегает, а толку ноль, по 40 минут в очередях стоять - это невыносимо, а кассы самообслуживания еле-еле работают. Отношение хамское к клиентам. Книги жалоб от них не допроситься, сразу начинают все вокруг бегать "ой не надо" "а давайте мы Вас без очереди обслужим" и т.д.

Сегодня я был в магазине «Санта» на Кальварийской 2-113, из 3 касс работали 2, мне попалась кассирша, которая работает в первый день такое чувство, ассортимента товара не знает, медленная, обслуживала 10-15 минут. Это какой-то кошмар. Никому не советую приходить в этот магазин, если не хотите потратить лишние 10-15 минут своей жизни на обслуживание. Иностранцу не могла продать долго сигареты, искала их 5 минут. Зачем брать продавщиц без знания иностранных языков?

К огромному сожалению после изменений лучше не стало. Ужасно длинные очереди, тележки никто не убирает, иногда с тележкой через кассу не пройти, так как сразу же за кассой все проходы заставлены. Персонал ужасный. Кассиры зачастую не знаю как пробить товар, тогда начинаются обсуждения и беготня по магазину в поиске истины, а могут и вовсе, просто оставить товар себе, не спросив у покупателя об этом. Перед кассой будьте готовы доложить кассиру что, где, за какую цену вы взяли, кассиры почему-то не знают что продаётся в магазине и с гордостью говорят это. В отделах с готовой продукцией перед покупкой нужно подождать, пока работники наговорится между собой, и только после этого они соизволят обратить внимание на покупателя. Надеюсь, что руководство магазина обратит внимание на эти проблемы.
Раньше был Виталюр, сейчас Санта. Магазин нормальный, но есть но! Заходила не часто, го постоянно были очереди. Идёт вначале одна очередь, потом переходишь на другие кассы. Некоторые хитроум ные влезали вне очереди. Сейчас ситуация получше, появилась касса самообслуживания. Работает хорошо.
Ранее был Виталюр, сейчас Санта. Отношение к покупателям не очень, видно им без нас хорошо. Жаль. В период с 13-14 в кассу очереди огромные, и так каждый день, мер не предпринимают, ещё и обеды в это время для продавцов делают.
Ужасный магазин, по вечерам на все отделы по 2 продавца, которые нехотя обслуживают клиентов, в очереди из 5 человек приходится стоять порядка 30 минут, хамское поведение продавцов так же отталки вает. Виталюр был лучше.
Огроменные очереди на кассах, так как работает либо один кассир, либо стажёр. В кондитерском отделе никогда нет продавца, приходится ждать пока кто-нибудь соизволит подойти
В этом магазине как не приди - всегда жудкие очереди! Работает или одна, или две кассы максимум. Кассиры нерасторопные и постоянно куда убегают посмотреть код товара, который они не могут найти в своих бумажных списках с кодами. В среднем, в очереди придется отстоять около 20 минут
Был отличный магазин, но п отом они почему то скатились , рекомендую евроопт с обратной стороны этого здания. В Санта вроде все есть, а купить нечего(((
