I really love salmon caviar. Today it is at a discount (5.99 rubles.) sold only in Santa. In other stores, I always took it, like any other product, and went to the cashier to pay. But that was not the case!!! When I went to the window with this caviar, to my surprise I could not take it. The display case with the goods is closed on all sides. There was nothing left to do but approach the store employee and ask for help to take the goods. Approaching the employee, I asked how I could take caviar to the action. Very simple, she replied. And then he adds, if you are ready to go to the cashier to pay, I will take this caviar right now and bring it to the cashier and there you will pick it up. And if he says you're not ready to go to the checkout yet, then do a lap of honor, and you'll come back and we'll solve your problem. I thought she was joking, but after making a lap of honor around the store, putting the goods in the basket, I go up to her again and tell her to give me this caviar. And indeed, the store employee went behind the counter, opened the window, took the caviar, and I was about to reach out to pick it up, but it was not there... The employee turned around and told me to follow her to the cash registers, said that they had such an order. Going up to the cashier, she gave the caviar to her and pointed at me that I would buy it when my turn came. I was just shocked!!! And how does this product differ from any other product that I or any other buyer takes on their own!? There is simply no limit to my refund guys!!! This is a real disgrace, not a store, I have never seen this anywhere else!!! It's just awful!!! Of course, I wanted to call the head, write in the comments book, but I did not do it, because I was just in a good mood. But if anyone thinks that this is fake, in the next hour you can check my words and you will turn out to be a potential thief! After all, this is exactly what they are trying to edit, thereby humiliating the honor and dignity of customers.

A good store with all kinds of products. There are very favorable discounts on a small number of products (they change every day or two). There is also a sufficient amount of ready-made food. In general, it is quite an ordinary normal store.
During the 4 months of the visit, the Bellact # 1 hypoallergenic mixture is almost constantly absent, if it appears, then 5 packs are in one row, the other types of Bellact are a whole abundance and a lot of packs of 2-3 rows.
I have to constantly go to the islands of frequency, where there is always this mixture.
How can you not pay attention to this if this mixture is constantly being disassembled.

We visited the Santa store on 44 BLK street. We bought rolls in plastic containers, but the lids of the containers were poorly closed.Since the sticks were not in the set, we asked the staff about them, we were redirected to another department, but the sticks were still not in the store.
There were only two cash desks, and there were a lot of people. Customers' requests to open additional cash desks were answered rudely and ambiguously. As a result, the cash registers started working only when the manager was called.
