We had a vacation a year ago. In general, it is bad. It's a long way to the sea on a terrible road where in the evening there is not everywhere lighting. The territory itself is simply nothing. There are no special plantings, flowers, only grass. The room is even worse. Bad beds. There was no TV at all. The plumbing is terrible. There is no hood in the bathtub, so humidity and woodlice crawl. There was no cleaning, nor was there a change of linen. During the check-out, we were offered to move out earlier and sit in the heat. There is no toilet paper or soap in the room. No bath amenities at all. Nutrition is a separate topic. No vegetables or fruits ever. Only sugar is really sweet. There is practically no meat. The food is breakfast porridge and pancakes. Lunch is meat-free soup, buckwheat and a small piece of meat. Dinner, pasta with sausage. It was the worst vacation of my life. Saving on everything and everywhere. The attitude towards the guests-so it will do. Feel sorry for yourself. It is better to increase the budget by 20-30 thousand and have fun. Ps now we are having an all-inclusive vacation in Sochi. Alcohol, water park, buffet, room fire, huge territory, intermediate meals. And the difference between sunrise and now is not much in money, but there is simply a gap in the quality of rest.

We had a rest in July 2023.
It is located in a quiet location, 10 minutes walk to the sea. Responsive hosts.
Attention!!! There is an Ambergris Sunrise guest house in Tsandrypsha. Don't mix it up when you look at the pictures!!!! That one is closer and looks much more decent!
According to the convenience. Carefully inspect the room in which you are accommodated. The air conditioning in room 20 does not work. The air conditioner is leaking in room 17, the master was called, I don't know how it ended. Check the refrigerators! Of the three offered to us to choose from, one did not cool the word at all, the other almost did not cool, the third more or less worked.
There are televisions, but they do not have set-top boxes, without which they do not work. As a class, there are no TV remotes.
The bottom of the bed is broken in room 17 - be careful! In room 25, tiles fall off in the bathroom, the curtain is short, water gets on the floor and immediately into the room from below!
The bed in the room is also broken, the plywood base is short, a five-liter bottle of water is placed at the bottom, obviously so that the bottom does not fall through.
Now for the food. It is not worth the declared money. Meals per day per person costs 900 rubles!!! The portions are large, but for 8 days every morning the porridge for breakfast began to irritate! They often gave leftovers for dinner! The cook regularly refused to feed us at the specified time, asked us to come later or wait 10 minutes while she finished her coffee!!! The feeling of begging, and this is for your money, and not small!!!
There is no choice, either eat or not.
When she left, thank God, the owners' mother was cooking. The situation has not changed radically, but at least they were fed on time.
Of the stated entertainment, table tennis is really there, a frame pool for kids is also there, there is no water in it. The barbecue area, which can be used, gives the impression of a new building and is still working.
The lights in the village are turned off almost every day, respectively, there is no water and Internet. The owners are ready for this! True, there is no generator in the house, but there are two autonomous water taps, one behind the stairs towards the kitchen, the second in the corner near the fence opposite the swing. They say there's drinking water in this faucet, I didn't dare try it!
Get ready: you will dry wet clothes wherever possible! There are only two or three clothes dryers for all rooms, there is a wide window sill in the room, you can try it there, as long as it doesn't rain suddenly! In any case, it does not dry out overnight, only in the house.
A big plus: no rotavirus and poisoning!!! The food is homemade, fresh, cooked little, does not have time to spoil. Very tasty vegetable stew with coriander and mashed potatoes!!!
For 8 days they never gave fruit. Vegetables are only cooked. Of the sweets, only sugar. Once they offered to buy cakes from them!!!!
In general, on vacation: to Abkhazia - yes, to Tsandrypsh - yes! Where else is there such a feeling of relaxation in a village by the sea!!!
In the Tsandrypsh Sunrise guest house - definitely not!!! The house requires major repairs and a little bit of landscaping!!!

From the pros: the owners' room has an excellent repair, laminate flooring, tiles, everything is decent, for sure the klndets worked well in the heat .... And the guests have this:
Of the minuses:
The air conditioner, refrigerator, TV did not work, the faucet, shower was staggering and flowing.
They don't clean at all.
There is no soap, i.e. paper
Old, terribly creaky beds. They hurt my sides very much.
The floor is wood, dirty and not even painted.
Lived on the 2nd floor, attic... Without a condee, it's creepy....
We ate porridge once for 200!!! rubles and tea for 50!!! Fortunately, there is a Caucasian cafe courtyard nearby, there is great food there.
It's a long way to the sea.. on the rocks. All the flip-flops are worn to holes. And it's better for children not to fall on this road. By the time of 13 minutes, no less.
What to say.. Abkhazia is my favorite country! And even despite all the disadvantages, my vacation was a success. The nature of Abkhazia is magnificent, the sea is clean and there are not so many tourists. But this is a village, there's not much here.. even grocery stores .
I recommend Abkhazia!!! Just choose a hotel carefully and it is better in the city.

The guest house is not bad. My daughter and I got a room with some minor flaws. The floor is wooden with large cracks, but the boards are smooth. We rested for a week, during this time they offered to clean the room once, it was the next day after arrival, I refused- they offered no more. The towels are small, I have them at home for my hands. They haven't changed it once. The sea is 10 minutes away at a brisk pace, or 15 minutes slowly. The shops are all close to the beach, the market is very far away. Food prices are the same as everywhere else.

The room has never been cleaned in 5 days. The kitchen is shared, there is a refrigerator and only one electric stove with two burners. They only came to spend the night, so they tried not to pay attention to these inconveniences. The hostess of the house, Magdalene, is very friendly.

Greetings to all! It's been a year since we've moved away from the horrors of this house. In general, I will start my story, we took a tour through an agency, there are two girls with a child. In the pictures, everything looked great, clean, and calm in the atmosphere. We flew perfectly, met the transfer and the driver asked us in it : Are you sure you're going there? Do you need to go to this house?. Of course, we were looking forward to our trip and just didn't pay attention. Our transfer took us further and further to some God-forsaken places, we drove 30 minutes from the border and finally along the gravel (we arrived in the forest for three days, as they say). We saw a very old building in front of us, of a farm type, the driver said - girls, this is your house. The first thought was how much in this heat with a child and on gravel, far from civilization, we should go, well, okay, they gave us a little money, they came, as they say, so we need to adjust. We were met and settled on the 2nd floor. An ordinary room, two beds, a closet, we didn't get the promised TV, a refrigerator, a table. In the heat and gravel, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the sea, the road is very scary. I'll fix the photo. There was no cleaning in the room from the word at all and not once. The most trash started when they started turning off the lights for 5 days and the water. It's not real to wash, I'm not talking about just washing and brushing your teeth, in general, in conditions of complete unsanitary conditions, our child got sick, vomiting began, diarrhea, and without light and water it was the most terrible night moms will understand. In the morning, when we had no strength left at all, we turned to the travel agency and asked for help in relocating us due to inappropriate conditions. After 10 minutes, the owner of this building burst into our room, which we had paid for (it's hard to call it a house), started yelling at us with harsh obscene words, threatening us, and that's all with a child who was exhausted by vomiting overnight. I was honestly very, very scared for my lives. It looked like this - we will give you all the conditions here for three kopecks, and you are not satisfied with the measured ones. Then the hostess came running, without stopping him much, and said something to him with a grin. His abuse flew all over our room. In general, it was really scary to think that the price of your life was 49,300 rubles. We took the child by taxi to the hospital on our own, where we naturally spent the whole day and spent a lot of money on the necessary medicines. We were not resettled, as we had three days left to rest, but we returned to our room with horror in our knees. And with such happiness they ran to the transfer back to the house - I can't tell you!.
Do not take this building on vacation, take care of yourself! We are not the first to write aggression from the owner of this building, dirt and a road in 20 minutes on rubble.

The cook does not wash her hands, she takes food with her hands. I saw it myself. I put pancakes and cheesecakes on my hands after smoking. And it's not tasty. We had a rest in this guest house. In the travel agency in the photo everything was decent, clean, but in fact it turned out to be a room meter by meter, roughly speaking! It's still okay, as we entered the room there was a terrible stench, even with the window open, the whole vacation in the room smelled of sewage, including water!!! It was not possible to wash or wash !!! The sockets are taped up! Electricity and water were cut off almost every evening too! The windows overlooked the summer kitchen and it was very noisy 24/7, someone was always drinking and yelling! Of the three lights on the chandelier, only one was burning and very faintly. The room has never been cleaned during the whole vacation! The most terrible guest house!

They lived in this house from August 2 to August 13, 2021. We were extremely dissatisfied! The plumbing in the room leaves much to be desired - the toilet tank was filled within 30 minutes, water was leaking from the rusty shower, which caused the jet pressure to be lower than we would like. There was a TV in the room, but I did not find a cable going to the set-top box. The refrigerator in the room didn't really cool anything. At least the air conditioner was working. However, there was a big problem here too - often (namely up to several times a day) the electricity was turned off for unknown reasons, there was no generator in the house, so we were left without water (because it also depended on the availability of electricity), air conditioning and Internet access. Speaking of tap water, there is a terrible smell (of some kind of sewage) that spreads throughout the room for several days and reigned there until the end of the vacation. By the way, no one has ever cleaned the room for us during our stay. And in the common corridors, the floor (personally in front of me) was washed only once. There are also very few clothes dryers, there was nothing in the room to hang wet clothes and towels on, and there are not enough common dryers for everyone. Cockroaches were also spotted in the room. There are a huge number of bedbugs on the walls of the house itself, but they are harmless to humans. However, it is still unpleasant to contemplate this splendor in your room. In general, the horror! I didn't like it very much! The owners are friendly, but they urgently need to clean up and solve the problem with electricity.
The house is located deep in the village, by the railway. But the noise of the trains did not bother at all, it is much more annoying when you hear what is happening in the next room, in the corridor.
It is a 15-minute walk to the sea along a dirt road, but this, in principle, is not a problem. The village center is located far away. The choice of cafes and shops is very limited. There is also nowhere to go for a walk (if we talk about parks and attractions).
I do not recommend staying in this house!
