Today I made an order at 13.19, they promised to send it from the branch, half an hour passed, silence called the report, they said now we will find out the fate of the order, they will call back, they called from the branch, they said that they only hung up the meat, they called the head office, they promised to send it strictly on time, I'm waiting! These sandwiches don't taste worth waiting too long. When ordering, they said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes, as a result, they waited 45 minutes. When issuing orders, they mixed up, as a result, there were no French fries in ours. They promised to do it in the near future, but within 35 minutes they did not give the order (potatoes). They didn't want to return the money either - everyone said that the fries were about to be ready. It was only after a small scandal that they managed to get their money back. After that, the owner (most likely) said that the kitchen was being sewn up, and did not have time with orders, and that they were working in test mode, but I believe that even with a mind-boggling workload, you can make fries in 35 minutes. There are no places to sit in the institution itself. There are a couple of tables outside, but they are always busy. When ordering, many items, including drinks, were not found.
