A huge and green area🌴There are noses and raccoons running around.Monkeys came to the balcony every morning and ate with their hands.There is a small zoo with deer.
You can swim in the natural cenote with a mask (the water is cold), ride a bike.There is a water park, small, but you can spend a couple of hours.There are shows in the theater every evening.
The staff is polite and helpful!
The food is delicious and varied!80% European.
The beach is clean, white sand.
A huge disadvantage is entering the sea!!!Only stones!We went to a nearby hotel on the beach.
Despite all the "+" the cost is too high for this hotel!

I was pleasantly impressed. The hotel is nice and green. That's why I chose the Riviera Maya, not Cancun. I liked that there are a lot of animals walking, great animation. There is always something to choose from, alcoholic drinks are good. Of course, the rooms were very tired, but for me the main thing was the inhabitants of the hotel, raccoons, noses, birds 🥰

Nature is very rich and beautiful. Raccoons run, monkeys climb. The service has become much worse than it was before. The cost is not justified at all.
