Not bad. Very nice furniture in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, always happy to help. The best employee is a tuk-tuk Dimis driver. He was the one who first rushed to help when the pipe under the sink burst at 2 a.m., I slipped on the wet floor and hurt my leg very badly. The hotel security guard at that moment, despite calls for help and requests to call a doctor, "heroically" hid in our room, trying to negotiate with us to wait for morning, despite the gushing water and the fact that I was constantly losing consciousness from pain. For some reason, there is no one at the reception at night, there are no workers and there is no room cleaning staff at night either. So 1 week of vacation out of two turned out to be almost lying down + a week of sick leave already at home. For this and for the behavior of this guard, a minus star. So it was only thanks to the driver Dimis that I probably survived. And for the rest of the vacation, he helped with all the issues. The food (breakfast and dinner) at the hotel is not bad, somewhat monotonous, but generally delicious. After the injury to the leg, food was brought to the room. The territory is beautiful, large, very well maintained, there is a swimming pool, but we did not use it. The ocean is a 5-minute walk away. The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful. We plan to come back next year.
Upon check-in, it turned out that we were not expected, they gave us the room that was left, not the one that was booked, in the old room stock, under the windows of which the railway tracks pass, there was only a split system, no TV, no safe, no refrigerator. But the most important thing is audibility and acoustics. All the sounds from the room above, down to the rustle of the bag, snoring and other details. It is impossible to sleep. I do not recommend it, in any case
The most pleasant hotel in the area. Nice rooms, a beautiful courtyard, very tasty food and incredibly polite staff, will always help and fulfill any request
