We visited the sanatorium in February 2025. There are pros and cons. What satisfied: - -food, tasty and varied;
- the rooms are normal, as they say, they match the price, who needs better and richer, you need to pay more for it;
- the treatment is a good massage, Irina, well done! All phys. The procedures are good, the mud is sometimes barely warm, although it is wrapped up, but what's the use if it's cold. I didn't go to the water courses, there were no recommendations. The pool is very small but warm.
Very beautiful and well maintained territory. Everything was sparkling with lights. The forest nearby is just lovely. The river nearby will also be good for summer vacationers. There's nothing wrong with room cleaning either.
One of the disadvantages. The main disadvantage is the false information on the website and the tour operator. I was looking for a sanatorium with underwater spinal traction. This is confirmed by the price list on the website. When the doctor prescribed the procedure, she said that we were not doing it and could not say a clear reason why. After arriving, I wrote to the tour operator. They replied that there is an analogue - dry stretching. But the doctor didn't tell us about this procedure, and no one prescribes it to anyone there. There is also no single database for doctors and registry, which is also a big disadvantage. There's a huge queue at the reception. And what the doctor has prescribed is not always and not everything will be knocked out by the registrar, because there are not enough places for all procedures. You tell the registrar to replace it with another procedure. They say it can't happen without a doctor. Again, you need to go to the doctor with a request to replace the procedures. Again, the doctor writes another procedure, without seeing if there is time for it and whether the registry will give it. This is for paid services. We were ready to pay, but it was impossible. There are not enough procedures for everyone. And there are not enough procedures, why so much to settle. And yet such a misunderstanding, everything that they managed to buy and achieve, all these procedures were pushed off for one week. They don't let anything go on weekends, no procedures. The remaining three days were tea and speleotherapy. I breathed in salt, drank tea, and that's it. Why not schedule the procedures for all days. About the tea. I don't know the names, but one nurse's tea is hot all day, the other has 30 degrees, which is almost cold. And when asked why the iced tea answers - what do you want at 3 o'clock soon. That's how he's assigned to us at this time.
Well, in general, we had a rest and were cured. The town is beautiful and clean. People are good-natured.

We had a rest with my husband in February 2025 at the Isloch sanatorium. We received a great charge of positivity, health and energy. The room was modest, but clean and cozy.
There are a lot of procedures. Doctors are professionals. The staff is young and very friendly.
Special thanks to Olga Muraveynikova for physical therapy and water aerobics classes. Even my husband went with me. Thanks to her, we didn't even get better, although the food was very varied, delicious, and the portions were large.
There were a lot of events, concerts, decoupage workshops, discos, etc. The main thing is not to be lazy.
The sanatorium is located in a very beautiful location, an evening walk through the pine forest and a good night's sleep are guaranteed.
Come here, you won't regret it. The main thing is to take the positive with you, a good mood and rest are provided for you.

We had a vacation with my wife in July of the 24th year. I really liked the rest, good treatment, excellent, tasty and varied food. The staff is polite and helpful. The territory is small, but well-groomed, a caring hand is felt. The rooms are quite tired - perhaps this is the only one that is not even a minus, just a quibble. We found the cult organizer only in the last 2 days of rest, since she was on vacation, but even in this short time we fell in love with her.
If you are going to rest and be treated, then you are at the right address, if compared with abroad or sanatoriums of another price category, then it is better not to, you will get upset yourself and offend people for nothing.
