I had a rest in the new year 2025 from January 3 to January 10.
I liked EVERYTHING without exception and the staff and a lot of treatments at reasonable prices, a good dining room with a varied menu, I personally had a nice room and it had everything you need for living and dishes and towels, refrigerator, hair dryer. Cleaning was carried out.Nice pool with mineral water, various entertainment in the evening, not boring.
The territory is large for walking, the lake is beautiful, and in summer it will be even more beautiful, I have already booked for July and I recommend everyone to come to this sanatorium.
Of course, some places already need repairs, but in GENERAL, it's GREAT to be treated and relax here!

We had a rest at the wellness complex ,, Ogonek,, from 02.01.2025 to 08.01.2025! We were very satisfied with the warm and homely atmosphere! The staff is very good-natured and friendly! If you had any questions, you could contact us and get a better answer. The dining room was generally impressed with its diverse menu! great serving and, of course, portions! The buildings look like they have been renovated, the rooms are clean and cozy, everything you need is there. A big bonus is that there are only Slavic faces everywhere. During the day we had procedures, in the evening we traveled by car to Minsk and its surroundings. It's easy to get there. From Gomel railway station bus 55, the final stop. The road ends here, so it's very quiet. There is a river and a forest nearby.

We called back the next day, the advertisement for the sanatorium began, and it turned out that, fortunately for me, the room turned out to be a single room. But we need to pay faster. I'll see you tomorrow, they say, "there won't be a room tomorrow." I partially paid for the trip, succumbing to persuasion. After work in the evening, I went to the sanatorium's website. There are a lot of negative reviews, there are only 2 bus trips from the sanatorium to the city (in the morning and in the evening), the pool is small (I like to swim), there are a lot of complaints about nutrition. I realized that this was not what I wanted. She refused the contract and wanted to receive the deposited amount back in 4 days. According to the contract, 3 months before arrival, she did not cause any damage to the Sanatorium. I was just shocked when I found out how much my room costs, for the time that I came here. + discount, it should be because I booked it 5 days before arrival.
My ticket eventually costs 80t + discount, as a result about 60-70, the guys got really hot. With the stated 19t, it is very convenient to take more than half of the money thrown into the sanatorium into your pocket…

We got to the website of the Sanatorium company. Very professional managers, they even know how to choose a sanatorium according to our medical standards.indications. The decision was made on the ticket on the same day in the evening, because we have close dates and there are really no places anywhere (we tried to search on the sites ourselves). We were relieved of all the headache according to the documents: we paid by link, the next day we received a ticket. We were very satisfied with our stay at the Vesta sanatorium. Most of these organizations sell a ticket for almost the price of a sanatorium. In general, I paid 75,000 rubles in advance. And everyone was attentive and kind. Upon arrival at the sanatorium, the price in fact would be 34-35 thousand rubles. Moreover, the sanatorium said that I was not the first one from this organization. I started looking for a ticket to the sanatorium back in January (vacation in May) and contacted the Sanatorium agency. At first, everything was fine, they offered a sanatorium, discussed the health problem, and discussed the room stock. We stopped at a wellness package to the Isloch sanatorium, a single "standard" for 12 days about 55,000 rubles.

We provided holes in the walls, wires from the TV hang from the ceiling to the floor in several layers, the wallpaper is shabby, the floor is the same, there is no table, there is no refrigerator, there is no hair dryer, a single bed, linen from the Second World War, in general, it's creepy! In the morning, I wrote to the customer service that it was impossible to live in such conditions, and even more so to be treated and rest. No one even bothered to answer, not to help solve the problem!
I will never contact this agency again and will not advise anyone!
