Of the cons: I didn't catch Wi-Fi on the 8th floor. We arrived 1.5 hours before check-in, we had to pay 1,500 rubles for it. The towels and sheets looked washed, but with yellow stains. It was unpleasant. We used our own towels. There are dead mosquitoes on the walls.
They were poisoned on the fifth day of their stay and for health reasons had to change their tickets and leave no earlier than a few days. The management of the boarding house returned the money.

Perhaps this is how people are lured. It is impossible to relax in the room, you can't hear the TV, you have to turn it up. We understand the resort, rest, buzz, this is not alien to us, but that the music that can be heard even with the windows closed is either bravo to them, or a minus to the hotel. Perhaps after a few complaints from the guests, the owner or his daughter will talk to them, but for now she is yelling. And the pool, which the owner's daughter mentioned in the reviews, has been under construction for three years.
