The rooms are nice, clean, the furniture is new. The bed and sofa are comfortable. There are enough dishes in the shared kitchen. There is a kebab shop on the territory with a cozy evening atmosphere. Special thanks to the guys for the wonderful musical accompaniment in the evenings. The maid girls are always ready to help. The electricity was cut off, but by the end of our vacation, a new line was connected, and the outages ended. The beach is a two-minute walk away. Very clean. We went a little further to the beach - 300 meters and 800 meters (where there is a sandy beach). We concluded that it is in the place where San Laura has the cleanest beach and sea. Special thanks to Fatima for her help - we forgot the bag when we left, we found it already at home 1,500 km from the resort) Fatima found the guests who gave our bag a lift on the way to their city.

Good afternoon, we have been resting since 08/29/2024, I am delighted with the guest house, in Pitsunda 3 times, but this option is the best where we were located earlier. Close to the sea, the sea is the cleanest.
The rooms are very beautiful, you can feel the designer's hand, for Abkhazia it's very good. Cleaning every day, the girls are just great. And the most important thing is that there is always cold and hot water, its own well and its own generator, there is always light. The territory is well maintained, and always very quiet. I recommend. The kitchen is crowded only in the morning, there are enough dishes. The presence of the host does not cause discomfort as usual, but on the contrary. The guest house is crowded, the sound insulation is good. The only discomfort is the dogs outside, but this no longer applies to the guest house. 10 out of 10 points

The rooms are clean, cozy, the owners are decent, the beds are clean. There were five of us, they allocated a cot. We went to eat in a great cafe nearby, like a canteen, there are a lot of people there, but the queue instantly resolves. The beach is sooo clean, we always had lunch there, there is a cafe close to the shore, the food is very tasty, homemade, the portions are good, there are also quite a few people at lunch, but they serve quickly. In the evening, there is also food for every taste nearby. Walks and trips are offered in Abkhazia in any direction, by jeeps, by bus. There is a sandy beach nearby, discos are held there, restaurant food, foam parties for children, swings...It was the owner of the hotel who suggested that we celebrate our birthday there, we did not regret it. We talked with other residents, people have been traveling for years, booking places up to NG in winter. In Abkhazia, there are power outages in other hotels, this is not the case.

We had a rest in San Laura with a large company of 15 people from September 13 to 19. I can say with great confidence that we will definitely come back here! The rooms are very cozy and clean. Cleaning every day. The sea is 2 minutes away at a slow pace. The territory of the guest house is large and very clean. The hosts are great. Grandpa Roma is a very wonderful person, he will always tell you if you are interested in something and is just a wonderful conversationalist. The person is unobtrusive and courteous. We didn't want to leave..... but we will definitely come back here!

We rested in San Laura from 07/22/24 to 08/05/24 on the recommendation of friends.4 families went on vacation, respectively, rented 4 rooms.no one from our company has any doubts that this is one of the best accommodation options in Ldzaa.the price is quite adequate, the hostess Fatima is responsive and attentive, the staff is friendly.the rooms are very cozy, everything is designed in the same style.the most important thing is its own generator, which was quickly turned on every time the light was turned off, good water from the well, no restrictions on hot water (from the category of a boiler of 30 liters for a family of 4 people).anyone who is not in Abkhazia for the first time will understand how important it is for a comfortable stay.and most importantly, the sea is a two-minute walk away.and what a sea!the best in all of Abkhazia .near the hotel there is a large selection of catering for every taste and budget.and yes, we have rotovirus (and there are 13 of us) They didn't get sick!So I'm telling the truth!

A good hotel. We traveled in a big company. Everyone was in different hotels much more expensive than ours, looked, compared and realized that we have the best place. Own Parking, clean kitchen. The rooms are large with a balcony and air conditioning. Near the dining room, shops. The sea is close. The room was cleaned. The staff is helpful. Everything was fine.

We stayed in San Laura for two weeks.
+. Nice room with good sound insulation. You can hear the noise only if you open the double-glazed windows to the balcony (outside). A small number of rooms. Nice territory and kitchen, three minutes to a great beach. Everything you need for life is nearby.
-. We lived on all three floors, when we moved to the third floor (301), there was almost no Internet in the room, only on the balcony or on the stairs.
In 2024, we lived in three hotels /guest houses, San Laura is the only one where there is a desire to return.

A wonderful family-run hotel, located in a place near Pitsunda, namely Lidzvaia, just 5 minutes from the sea, one-room rooms with good furniture and everything necessary to accommodate up to 4 people and stay. There is a kitchen and a washing machine. Parking for cars and an area where children can play. A couple of minutes from the hotel there are shops with groceries and everything you need to relax. I especially appreciate the hospitality of the hosts and staff of the hotel. There is beautiful nature and pine trees all around. If you do not want to cook, as in our case, then there are many restaurants, cafes and canteens for meals from morning to evening. By minibus you can get cheap and fast to any point of Abkhazia. I would especially like to emphasize that the sea is clean and there are not many people on the beaches. I highly recommend it to everyone for a relaxing family vacation! Unlike other hotels, there are no interruptions with water and electricity (its own well and diesel generator in case of electricity outage)

We rested at the San Laura Hotel in July 2023.
The room is decorated with a soul: cozy, bright, spacious, colorfully decorated, has everything you need. Clean towels and a hairdryer are provided. There are wicker chairs, a table and a dryer on the balcony. They cleaned every day.
The summer kitchen has enough necessary utensils, electric stoves, kettles, a microwave oven and a barbecue. Here you can spend time in pleasant company.
Cafes and shops are within walking distance.
The sea is 3 minutes away. The sea water was clean and warm. The pines on the shore sheltered from the scorching sun. Sometimes you could even see dolphins.
Hosts: Nona and Roman are kind and friendly people. They treat the guests with respect and make them very welcome.
In general, the most pleasant and vivid impressions of the trip remained. I want to come back to the San Laura Hotel again and again!

We have been vacationing at the San Laura hotel since August 15, for the first time in Abkhazia, we believed the reviews that are all for 5, do not be fooled by this, I do not know who writes these reviews, we had the most terrible vacation, ran away short of the planned departure, money was not returned, complete unsanitary conditions, people constantly drinking under the windows, in the summer kitchen, the bed linen was never changed, towels too, the three of us rested, everything in order was sick with rotovirus, maybe not rotovirus, you can get poisoned in any dining room and even in stores the products are old or there are no storage conditions, even in the dry porridge that we bought to cook breakfast for ourselves turned out to be worms. By the way, the prices for this unsanitary condition are similar to Sochi. You will never want to return, the terrible attitude towards vacationers. It feels like the reviews have been paid for. Take care of your health, Fatima told us that 85% of the rotovirus/poisoning is the norm and has always been the case, I'm sorry, but it doesn't go away without consequences.

We have been vacationing in San Laura for many years. It takes literally 2 minutes to walk to the sea. The sea is clean, you can relax both in the sun and under the pines. The rooms are great, they are cleaned every day. It's great for 4 people. There is a double bed and a large sofa. The room has everything (refrigerator, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, chair) in the bathroom there is a hairdryer)). The owners have already become family for us over the years. We are going to them with pleasure. We know that they are always hospitable, responsive and welcoming. Nature is gorgeous! I don't want to leave them at all, and time stops there. The location is super, I crossed the street and immediately on the beach, where there are not as many people as on the beach where there are pines. There were interruptions with water and light, but these are not the problems of the hotel, but the problems of Abkhazia, when we were at the hotel, they drilled their own well for water supply and installed a huge generator, the owners are really worried about their guests. Overall, the impression is generally positive.

We rented a room for 4 people on the ground floor (from 5.09 to 11.09). The room is cozy, has everything you need, there were interruptions with light, but not creatively, there was always water. There was a small refrigerator in the room and the split system worked well. Cleaning was done every day, toilet paper was changed if necessary. A comfortable summer kitchen, which had a lot of dishes. There was a table and chairs near each room. There is a large parking lot. The owners are kind and pleasant people. We will be happy to come next year. Thank you very much for the rest.

We had a rest from June 14-26.
There are pros and cons.
There was a non-working refrigerator, it was replaced immediately, the light bulbs burned out, replaced. The lights are often turned off, but not for long.
The air conditioner cooled well.
The furniture is neat.
The double-glazed windows are wonderful, large companies rested, you close the door 10% only audibly, it does not interfere at all.

There are a lot of ants on the countertop in the kitchen, where to cook, few pans (someone took ours there for himself). The stove warms up for a long time, but you get used to it quickly)

Good afternoon, we have been vacationing since 07/26.23 for 11 days in this hotel, 2 adults and a child of 4 years old. We really liked the hotel itself, the rooms are not small, the furniture is good, the repair is not old, everything is safe and sound, there are no complaints about the room, it was nice to be there while an intestinal infection was being treated.
I will note the advantages:
1) the hotel is clean, it is being monitored,
2) a small number of rooms (18 in total)
3) the air conditioner works very quietly
4) there is a generator!!!!
5) in the room itself, Wi-Fi catches well when you are lying on the couch
6) the windows of the rooms do not look at the road
7) in the morning, the sun does not hit your eyes, the sun in the evening,
8) very close to the beach
9) the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, there has never been such a thing that someone did not have enough,
10) it is possible to cook light soups, fry potatoes and fri. When I was sick, I cooked chicken soup.
11) Huge parking lot
12) white bed linen, good quality, not washed,
13) you can give your personal belongings for washing for 200 rubles.
Minuses:
1 ) it was not enough to honestly say landscaping on the territory, there is a view from the balcony, then on the right a large area is completely empty, even without grass, just cracked clay. You can probably plant bushes of local shrubs there, with pink flowers, or white, they say they are still poisonous, I don't remember what they are called, in my opinion they grow like weeds.
2) there is practically nothing for children, just a swing and a trampoline, but enough.
I also want to express my gratitude to the staff, Nona, the woman at the reception, is beautiful, wise, responsive, it was nice to talk with her, to talk. In previous reviews, they wrote something about her, I don't know, I didn't see anything like that.
Another important point is that there is no safe in the rooms, we left money, we did not notice the theft!
About the village of lidzava or ldzaa, a good village, but there are 2 significant disadvantages:
1) they drive cars in a scary way!
2) there are no sidewalks at all,

1) good beaches, pine trees, clear sea, not many people,
2) from 20 minutes from the hotel to the left on the road there is a sandy beach, gently sloping, I really liked it!
3)good location, there are many canteens and cafes, shops and stalls. To leave and arrive without problems.
Overall, the general impression of Abkhazia: the people are good, they were not rude or rude, there are abandoned buildings, unfinished buildings, they hurt the eye at first, it was necessary to take it down to the mother of four, remove it, let it be better just grass, the sea is gorgeous in the village. We went to Gagra, I liked it more because there are sidewalks, the place is lively, there is a place to walk, there is a place to sit outside on a bench, in a park. Gagra is a more colorful place in Abkhazia, compared to Pitsunda. But it is also more lively, a bunch of shops, one after another with clothes, souvenirs and others. The mountains in Gagra are right across the road. It is important to understand that if you are traveling abroad for the first time, Abkhazia will come to you with a Bang, but if you have been at least in Turkey, then you have nothing to do in Abkhazia, since electricity is often turned off, water stops flowing, cows walk along the roads in a free direction, except for the beach, there are no cows there. We vacationed in San Laura in August 2022, with two families. We rented 3 rooms, as there are a lot of children and they are adults. The rooms are clean, new and comfortable to stay in. The balcony is spacious with a table and chairs for relaxing. The refrigerator is small but roomy. There is a shared kitchen with dishes, stoves and kettles. You can cook and eat right on it, it's very convenient. It is very close to the sea, across the road, the gate of an abandoned place, past a beautiful guest house with birds and rabbits and now the beach. A wide, long, pebbly and clean beach. There was always enough space for us, but not very much. The water is clean with jellyfish. The sea became bad after heavy rains, muddy and dirty, but this is only for one day. Another disadvantage was the power outage, it was not possible to cook and the water pressure immediately drops. In general, electricity in Abkhazia is very weak, you have to wait a long time for a kettle. And of course rotovtrus did not bypass any of our own. Take turns, for 1 day, but it's very hard. You must bring enterosgel, polysorb, rehydrone, noshpu, etc. But it didn't spoil our vacation. A wonderful place, delicious wine is not expensive. There are many home-made cafes for lunch and dinner, delicious food. It seemed decent and inexpensive to us. Children and adults remember this holiday with warmth in their hearts.

It's amazing how diametrically opposite the reviews about this guest house are.
I will not write all the inconveniences that are there – everything has been written. But the most difficult thing for me was the shower – there was no normal pressure and hot water when it was so needed – in the evening after the sea, before going to bed, I wanted to wash off the salt, take a shower ... and as a result, in a semi-sitting in the shower stall, you pour yourself with a weak semi-warm trickle of water.
The rooms are clean, new, but they seem to have no soul, no pleasure…
I want to leave there as soon as possible.
I don't recommend it to anyone. I liked the picture, beautiful photos. But the owners have more worries about the property than for the comfort of the guests.
Well, the fact that in the season, at the beginning of the month there are free places at the end of the month speaks for itself, because people are quite willing to pay even 6 thousand per day if there is a normal human attitude towards people. And in the end, you are needed only to live through the booked and paid days and leave faster. Or, the most ideal option for the owners is to leave earlier than necessary.

In May, we booked 3 rooms for a large family in this guest house (the contact link was given by the hostess of the neighboring guesthouse, which had no empty seats). Fatima, as the hostess of San Laura was introduced to me, demanded an advance payment for the reservation in the amount of 30 percent of the rental price. By the way, the rooms there are 5,500 rubles per room. The amount was not small. I transferred the prepayment to her card and sent the receipt. Soon, it turned out that our vacation plans changed due to objective circumstances. I wrote to Fatima about the cancellation of the reservation and asked for a refund of the prepayment. And I didn't expect to get a response at all: "Unfortunately, the prepayment is not refundable. It will be difficult for me to rent three rooms for these dates without downtime." I was surprised by this position and I offered her to withhold some amount as an apology for the inconvenience, but to return my money to me. After all, the services were not rendered! To which I received an answer: "I don't owe you anything and I'm not going to comment on the situation..."As long as there are fools in the world, we can live by deception, therefore, with our hands" - words from an old fairy tale surfaced in my mind. The trip is still more than a month away... The demand for housing in Ldzaa is huge. All hotels and guest houses have been booked since winter. What is the mistress of San Laura afraid of? Or the notoriety about this mountain hotel is not the tricks of evil haters competitors, but the hard truth and I just ran into dishonest and greedy people, where greed and outright rudeness are valued above honesty and decency. But what about the lauded Abkhazian hospitality? Or was it just bad luck? People, be vigilant!!! Read reviews before you send your money! Don't trust your vacation to greedy people!!! Book accommodation only with trusted hoteliers. And I'm not going to Abkhazia with my foot!!!

We stayed at this hotel from 05.09 to 12.09. The territory of the hotel is large. The hotel is located 3 minutes from the sea. The room is not very big, but everything is there. The rooms were cleaned by everyone, towels were changed immediately upon request. The staff is friendly. There is a table and chairs next to each room. Laundry service is 200 rubles. There is a summer kitchen on site, there are all necessary utensils. There has always been water and light. In principle, I liked the hotel.

A wonderful hotel. the new numbers match the photos. We checked into pre-selected rooms. At the first request, blankets and everything necessary were given. there is a kitchen area on site - a kettle, stoves, kitchenware, tables. The room has beautiful beds with a good mattress, high-quality bed linen and towels. TV channels. Conditioner. An additional place in the form of a beautiful sofa with a comfortable full-fledged sleeping place. The hostess is a wonderful woman. The maintenance staff is always on site. They settled ahead of time - they did not pay for early check-in. The convenient location is between a sandy beach and a beach with pine trees. There is a store nearby with everything you need.

For the second half of July 2023, a room was booked at this hotel, as circumstances changed due to flooding, the money was not refunded. The hostess of the hotel offered to postpone the vacation to next year. We refused this offer, to which we were answered "then see you later!" I do not recommend this hotel. As I found out, it turns out that similar situations with the hostess of the hotel have already occurred. There has already been a problem with the refund and, apparently, it will always be in the event of force majeure. My vacation is ruined both morally and financially!!! Be careful when choosing this hotel, choose another one if possible.

We rested in this "hotel" from August 23 to August 30.
Well, I'm a little shocked, of course... The room costs 6000!!! A day!!!!! On 4x. It is clear that this is the peak season! But!!!! For that kind of money, you can at least put a piece of soap in a soap dish😄 in the room there is a bed, a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a hair dryer. The balcony is spacious, if desired, you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine or a cup of tea, but this is provided that you are not attacked there by giant bedbugs and other vermin that flock in the evenings.
They are cleaned every day. A change of linen for the 5th day, but at my request we were changed after three days, because the child vomited and the linen was a little dirty.
The territory is huge! But there is no master or mistress in terms of care! Everything is in huge disrepair! Passing by other hotels and hotels, the eye was glad! But coming to us🙈
There is no playground... or rather, there is some kind of similarity, but you can't look without tears😅
The only thing that pleased the eye was the sea! The beach is a minute's walk away! The beach is pebbly, more or less clean. There is a cafe near the beach.

The price is 6000R, the number is beautiful only in the picture. The curtains are torn. The table is bulging. The bed is creaky. The mattress is not comfortable. There were 4 people, 2 adults+2 children.
There are only 2 cups. When asked to provide another glass, we listened to a whole lecture from the hostess's mother that if there are 4 glasses, such rooms should cost 15t.rub. The shower has a clogged sewer. if the first one has washed, 2,3.4 washes in the swamp.There is no basic soap! There is no air freshener! We ran out of paper tual., !we asked for 1 roll - we listened to another lecture!There was no water for 2 days! There is no well of its own! There is no generator of its own!!! And the lights are cut off regularly! It's all for 6000 rubles!!! The bed has not been changed for all 8 days!! A small child vomited on the sheet. They asked for a clean sheet, begged for 10 minutes, and had to prove that they really needed it. we lived on the 6th of the 8 paid days, she said they would change tomorrow???!!!how??? The sheets are completely torn!!! they were given out with a disgruntled face. My friends have not changed in 8 days, not once!

We rested in San Laura from July 6 to July 10, I do not want to tell you what happened because of natural phenomena, I want to thank the hotel administration in the person of Nona Mikhailovna, she offered refunds to all vacationers due to natural phenomena, which did not work out, in other hotels not that they offered, but they were rudely refused. We had a rest in the second half of August 2022.
Upon check-in, they were given to sign a "set of rules" such as not to use kettles, their household appliances in the rooms, not to move furniture, not to change TV settings, for all monetary fines.
The rooms are decent, clean enough.
Cons - problems with the pump or something else, sometimes there was no water on the 3rd floor for half a day, even if there is already water on the 1st. Electra. The air conditioning line was also constantly cut off, I think there is not enough power for the entire hotel - because the light was on at that time.
It's not really possible to cook in the kitchen, although we didn't plan to - one day we had to warm the child's Food in the microwave - I waited 5 minutes, no miracle happened. All this time, a woman's fried eggs were fried in front of me - the protein did not turn white in 5 minutes, it's easier to fry on the rocks on the beach.
I have repeatedly heard from the owners - do not make noise to children running in the yard - at the same time, drilling began on the 5th day of rest in the evening - installation of the awning on the ground floor, repair work at the height of the season.
The rooms are poorly cleaned, there is no soap and shampoos. To change the towels, you have to throw them on the floor, that's what they said when they complained that they didn't change them.
I caught Wi-Fi only on the balcony and at the window, in the kitchen, it worked poorly.
TV - 10 channels, no children's channels.
Good beaches 1 - pine, 10 minutes walk, very busy, rocks, a lot of people. A 2 - minute 20-minute walk to the right of the hotel, where the captain black cafe, small pebbles, shells, sand, there are not many people, we liked it there. The bay, the water was clear.

Nice rooms, good cleaning are among the advantages. But the owners are so rude to customers that I would not advise anyone to be there and I will never return there myself. They tried to kick out of the hotel because the child spilled compote on the sheet, forced her to buy it for 1,500, insulted and threatened by the police for what, it was all in front of the children, the children were shocked, in general, the last gopota, the rest was spoiled, even the opinion about Abkhazia deteriorated, thanks to such "hospitality". I definitely do not recommend this place!!
By the way, it is located next to a swamp, frogs croak in the evening, so the invasion of mosquitoes is such that it is impossible to sleep, 30 of them were killed in the evening

Great hotel. The hosts tried to make the most of everything that conditions in the country and place of stay allow.
The rooms are very nice and quiet. The finish is in the same style - purple, very nice. There is a taste in everything. The air conditioner works perfectly. There is a refrigerator. The TV is working well, but we haven't watched it much.

There is not even soap in the rooms. We settled in and had nothing to wash our hands with from the road, we had to run to the store, bought it for 30 rubles. At a room rate of 3800 per day, you can put 1 soap.
The kitchen is beautiful, but small for such a number of people, 2 kettles, 3 plates of 2 pancakes (in fact 6 pancakes, but you can use 3, since you can not put 2 pots / pans on the stove at the same time), and 4 tables for 18 rooms!!! Therefore, even cooking porridge or fried eggs is still a quest. Small spoons are basically absent as a species. The kitchen is also the "reception", where the owners are almost always located.
There is no kettle, cups, or glasses in the rooms. For example, to drink tea on the balcony in the evening, you need to go to the kitchen, then climb the stairs with cups of boiling water... it would not hurt to buy small kettles in the rooms, and there would be fewer people in the kitchen.
The rooms are nice, spacious, the balconies are good, there is a dryer.
On the territory of the hotel, there is a swing and a small slide, a trampoline.
You can do laundry at the hotel - 200 rubles per wash, powder is included ;)
The sea is across the street, 3 minutes to walk, the beach in our opinion is the best near the hotel, there were both on the central and on Captain Black.
There is a dining room on the beach, pancakes and cheesecakes were taken for breakfast - you can eat, in the evening we took khachapuri-a boat - very tasty, I did not like the barbecue.
A good supermarket is only in Pitsundra, in Lidzavod and at the fish factory only the CHIPOK format.
We took 5 buses to Gagra, 60 rubles, the bus schedule is available in Yandex.transport, they run clearly according to the schedule, minibuses for 150 - go spontaneously.

We have been vacationing in Abkhazia since 2014 and we met rudeness from the doorstep for the first time.
The San Laura Hotel is the most ordinary private sector. This is not a hotel or even an apartment. I read the reviews, what a good hotel and went.
We arrived at 21:00. No one met us. They started calling Fatima, then a woman came out, did not introduce herself in any way and started demanding money. And she will show the numbers only after full payment. And who is she?!? We have no idea. Fatima was talking to us all the time on the phone and by booking at the booking, and here a woman is sitting and demanding money in raised tones. She said in plain text, "let's pay up to the full cost, you two families share with each other and move in, I don't want to listen to anything, it's written from you (so much) and that's it, pay, and then I'll show you the numbers, you've seen the pictures of the rooms, that's fine." We have vacationed in Abkhazia many times and even in this village of Lidzava, but this was the first time I met such rudeness. To arrive at night, with a five-year-old child, to have an advance payment of 7000 rubles and we are not allowed on the threshold.
The difference between a double and a triple room 200₽ is also a strange arithmetic.
By the way, until the end of the vacation, this woman never greeted us and never introduced herself. Therefore, for us she is just a "boorish woman"
I had to pay for the rooms. I really wanted to check in and relax from the road when booking, they asked for the wishes of the floors, I wanted the first one, as a result, they settled on the second. This is how your room reservation is kept. 👍🏻Such rudeness spoiled the whole mood so much that the next day we wanted to move out of the "hotel", we were rudely refused a refund, which contradicts the rules of booking. We were told in plain text "write wherever you want, call whoever you want, do what you want, I won't return the money" it was already Fatima, apparently after settling in, you can not keep rudeness in yourself. The vacation is ruined by these two boors. And we had to live in this "hotel".
The rooms are ordinary. As in any self-respecting private sector. (I repeat, for me this is not a hotel at all). In my opinion, the price is too high. The hotel is three years old, if there is a hole in the wall, it is a hole, if there is no door in the shower, there is no door, and no one even gives a discount for such a room, if your curtain is torn, then it hangs like that, the circassians on the wall in the bathroom are also very strange. They don't change or do anything. There are rusty stains on the linen, the curtains are torn off the hooks. There is a balcony with furniture - thank you. In the shower, cold and hot water are mixed up. In the evening, instead of hot water, "summer" water flowed, maybe it was necessary to skip it for 20 minutes?! The toilet drain did not work, you need to quickly constantly lift the lid of the tank, pull and then the water filled. And this is after each use. The kitchen is shared on the street, the microwave does not work, there is one kettle for everyone, there is no kettle in the rooms. The stove barely warms, we heated pilaf (bought in a cafe) for 30 minutes, then we didn't buy anything to warm it! In the rains, I didn't want to sit outside and wait for it to warm up. The plates are plastic. By the way, we exchanged a few words with the vacationers in the kitchen, they also said that the woman was quite rude. The girl who cleans there is a great fellow, always knocks, smiles) everything is very clean.
It often rained on our arrival, so the tiled floors and stairs in the corridors were not even wiped, there was water, it was slippery, and this is life-threatening. So at least they put up a sign "careful the floor is wet" - it costs 500 rubles. So much for the service. The entrance to the hotel starts from the steps to the floors and it is also not illuminated, no one has screwed in the light bulb.
The location of the hotel on the booking is completely untrue. There is another hotel "Palma" on his mark. Because I was already there, I visually knew where we would live, what was my surprise to see that we did not live there, naturally we chose a hotel with maximum proximity to the sea. As a result, we lived in the middle between the two entrances to the beaches. 10 minutes to each beach. 2 days before departure, we found the entrance to the beach closer, but we had to go through the gate of the hotel under construction.
We read about rolling power outages across the country in reviews, but not from the owners. We had it clearly from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m.
They wrote about Wi-Fi when booking that it is excellent and takes everywhere. Nonsense. He takes it only on the balcony or in the room by the balcony door. Stay there if you want the Internet.
There are no complaints about food, I chose for myself where and what to eat. The market is only in Pitsunda. Payment is only in cash or by card online.
I love the village of Ldzaa very much. The purest sea. Relict pines. There is a pebble beach and sand. But such boors met for the first time.
I'm writing a review for the first time, so I decided not to be silent. The village is big - go to other hotels. There are already a lot of them there with pools and meals. I will never recommend this shortcoming to anyone. The "HOTEL" was built, but there is zero service.

We had a rest here at the end of September with two families. We were very unlucky with the weather, we were frozen!
Visually, the rooms correspond to the photos, for Abkhazia this is probably an acceptable option for those who love comfort
I didn't like it:
1. We were met by a boorish woman who refused to show the rooms until we made 100% payment. Tired from the road, we paid for everything to check in as soon as possible. The next day we wanted to move out, but we were refused a refund, although, according to the terms of the booking, only 30% is withheld upon cancellation.
2. The location of the hotel does not correspond to the mark on the Booking. In fact, it is located next to Lucette Guest House, i.e. the hotel does not have direct access to the beach - and this was important for us. In the middle of our vacation, we found a passage to the beach through the gate of the hotel under construction opposite.
3. There was no kettle in the room, you could only use what was in the shared kitchen. On our vacation days it was very cold and it often rained. There was no desire to use the open kitchen. The microwave was broken under the table, and it was impossible to heat something on the stove, it warmed for a very long time. It is also indicated that the kitchen is not designed for some kind of global cooking (cooking soup, etc.).
4. The air conditioner worked as it pleased, did not turn on when it was cold outside. There were 2 blankets for three in the room. A few days later, they asked for another one.
4. We have already written about the power outage in the village, it was not stable with us from 3 to 5 in the morning.
5. The shower door was broken in the room, a curtain was pinned in its place. The drain is clogged, there was water in the bathroom.
6. Wi–Fi does not work well on the 3rd floor, when booking, I clarified that it was fundamentally needed for work - they assured me that everything was OK. In fact, it could only be used on the balcony.
7. And about the village itself – except for the beautiful beach and pine grove, there is nothing good here. There is complete devastation and a lack of places with normal food. We ate only at the Amshin hotels on Agrba and Argo streets on the shore, walking about 1 km from San Laura. They accept cash and transfer to a savings account, but they did not meet card payments anywhere. If you're driving, it's fine.
8. I also agree about soap))) I am very surprised at his absence for such a room rate! I had to buy it.
We will definitely not return to this hotel anymore.

A wonderful hotel. A clean room with a private entrance, a balcony (if 2 or 3 floors) and a pleasant interior. The room was cleaned every day. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV and wifi. Attached to the building is a very neat modern summer kitchen with a terrace and a barbecue for common use. There are places for cars on the territory. A great place to stay in the village of Lzdaa. The helpful and hospitable hotel receptionist helped us with any question. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. There is a grocery store and a cafe nearby.
The bathroom was missing at least some kind of shelf for a cosmetic bag and the door handle was completely broken.
wifi is very low speed.

The plates are low-power, it will take 30 minutes to heat the water, provided that there is less than half of the water in the pan. The microwave oven does not work at all, it stands for beauty. It is impossible for a child to warm up to eat, he has to go to other guest houses every morning, where there are canteens. There are no plants on the territory. Marigolds and roses are planted near the steps just for beauty. There are iron benches with an arch on which potted flowers hang. To sit on the bench, you have to bend almost to the knees, otherwise the pot will hit you. The tsaets are specially broadcasting on the rope so that it breaks off. If you do something with flowers, you will be fined 5,000 rubles. The yard is not equipped in any way. A lot of families with children come, there is nothing for children, not even the simplest sandbox or swing. There is a huge, undeveloped area. You walk past other hotels, guest houses, there are so many greenery everywhere (pomegranates, lemons, oleanders...). When you checked in, they said not to adjust the channels on the TV, otherwise they would take the remote control. It works with 6 channels and all with interference. The only channel that is free of interference is the "CAROUSEL". We took a room with a pull-out sofa so that a small child could sleep and not fall. They forbade us to move the sofa apart, saying: "That we booked a three-bed room, and if you want to move the sofa apart, then pay for a 4-bed room." There are no curtains in the rooms, only tulle. When it starts to dawn, it's a horror. To open the balcony door, you need to prop it up with something. There is no sound insulation and hood in the toilet. If you're in the bathroom, everyone can hear what you're doing there. And you will also hear who is doing what there. When someone flushes the water, it's hell. It seems that something broke in our room. There is one plastic chair on the balcony, there is no table. If you leave the room, you have to turn off the air conditioner, otherwise the remote control will be taken away from you. There is a dressing table in the room, to which a chair is not attached. If the lights are turned off, then there is no light in the hotel either! If you position yourself as a hotel, then you must have a generator. The lights are turned off every day! If you move a bedside table or other furniture, you will be charged 2000 rubles. I am not providing any blankets! Even a plaid! Instead of a blanket, a waffle towel to cover yourself with. The Internet in the hotel is almost not working. The Internet speed is not calculated for a large number of visitors. If you leave the hotel before the departure date on your own or for another drastic reason, then the money will not be refunded a penny. The room is cleaned every day, but the bed linen and towels are not changed. I turned to a woman twice (who collects money from tourists) she answered with an angry face, so unwillingly. I didn't address her anymore. There is no infrastructure nearby. It is not very convenient to walk for 20 minutes to cafes (canteens) with a small child. There are almost no sidewalks. You have to walk along the road where the racers are racing in cars. Whether I will return to this hotel again, NO. I would recommend it to my friends and relatives - NO. I don't understand people who write positive reviews about this hotel!!! I fell for the good reviews and now I regret it. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen.
