We had a rest in wooden houses by the sea and were very satisfied! The nature here is simply magnificent, the fresh air and beautiful landscapes create a unique atmosphere. The cabins are cozy and comfortable, there is everything you need to relax. The sights of Staraya Gagra are located nearby. A great place for a relaxing and relaxing holiday by the sea! Affectionate cats are a huge plus

New cozy wooden houses with a closed area with everything you need for an amazing vacation. The houses are small but spacious, refrigerator, kettle, mugs, TV, mattress is not soft - what you need for your back, towels, including beach towels, shampoo gels in the shower, hair dryer, clothes dryer, in the summer kitchen all the necessary utensils for cooking (pots, pans, plates, appliances, napkins), a large refrigerator, a gas stove with 4 burners, a washing machine, Wi-Fi catches well. Convenient location of the houses (stops, small shops, cafes nearby), along the embankment within walking distance of the Seaside Park, the greenery of the Gagripsh gorge and very close to the sea (first line). We fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the sea! The houses are located between two sanatoriums, peacocks walk on the territory of one. Sitting at a table in the shared kitchen, we admired the view of the mountains. Sofia is always in touch, promptly answers all questions.
I consider negative reviews unjustified! Who comes for what… Someone comes to watch TV and fight over pots, and someone enjoys, walks and takes a break from the negativity. Yes, there were 2 cute kittens on the territory, playing, cajoling, basking in the sun. Close the doors, curious kittens won't come in.

I really liked it, the location is close to the sea in less than a minute, sun beds and umbrellas are all included.
The rooms are zero, everything is clean, everything you need is there, the bed linen is boiling white, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils in abundance, you drink coffee and look at the mountains, the air is wonderful and not noisy.
A huge plus is that no one has picked up rotovirus since these are old gagras.
Well, in the end: Thank you very much to Sofia and her assistants for such a good attitude, for such frequency and beauty, although the weather did not spoil us much, it was very pleasant to be in the yard and in the houses. We will come again.

This September 2024 was friendly not only for the weather, but also for new meetings and acquaintances. The houses are cozy and comfortable to live in. In them and in the surrounding area, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Starting from a full set of towels, including beach towels, to a beach equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and changing rooms with showers. The location of this small holiday home is very convenient. The beach is within walking distance. There is a beautiful promenade, shops, cafes and transport nearby. A magnificent, fabulous place at the foot of the Gagrypsh gorge, although the sea is just around the corner (first line)
Completely wooden,cozy, new houses, but with all the amenities of earthly civilization😊
But the territory is closed, it is very convenient when vacationing with children.
Friendly, hospitable hosts, with their Caucasian flavor, will take into account any request and wish👍
Transport and cafes, all within walking distance.
I highly recommend this heavenly place to relax!!!

We rested with our family for a little more than a week. Conditions for 5+ . The houses are new, clean, the bed is soft, the shower and bathroom are clean, odorless and mildew-free. Everything for living is available: air conditioner,TV,refrigerator,kettle, towel, dryer. The shared kitchen has a lot of new dishes, an excellent gas panel, large tables, comfortable chairs. The territory is closed and strangers do not go. The sea is beyond the gate! Really 2 steps! There are free sun beds on the beach for residents.The hosts are very pleasant and hospitable. In short, if we go any further, then only here!

We rested from 17.09.24 to 24.09.24. The service is on top. Even better than in some hotels. Everything was in the houses and in the communal kitchen. The whole area is closed under surveillance. With small children, that's what you need. The beach and transport are nearby, there are 2 good canteens nearby. The beach has its own sun beds and umbrellas. From the communal kitchen, the view of the mountains was slowly obscured by clouds. Thank you for the warm welcome.

In hot pursuit of a truthful review!We arrived at these houses, their only plus is their sun beds with mattresses and 2 minutes to the sea, we paid 5 thousand rubles, I'm sorry, the TV via the Internet was not stable, there is no territory, there is no common kitchen, a small queue for pots you leave the house in our case and immediately in front of the kitchen, i.e. everyone is staring at you
The houses are cold as soon as it gets colder, cats are everywhere and on the table and in the room they run and pee wherever they want in front of me right into people's shoes.
We told the owner about our claims and the TV and about the pots and about the sconces
He said that the TV would be repaired. We come in the evening. The TV does not work for 2 days of rains. There is nothing to do in this territory and like an anthill of people.
So in the evening the owner comes running to you saying that you are not satisfied until 12 departure look for a place to live people there do not hold on to their customers well, without hesitation we moved to the hotel at 15 min.from these houses it is gorgeous with a view of the sea as well as 2 minutes and with its own beach and 1000 rubles. everything is cheaper, all conditions are there and everything is fine.
I do not recommend this place to anyone, people do not perceive criticism, they are rude, etc. further, we have rested a lot of places, but we have not seen such an attitude and have never met just in shock from what we saw.
Another plus is the territory of the houses, although small, but beautiful, the beds are comfortable with water, there were no problems with light, as there were interruptions everywhere.
There is a kettle and a hairdryer in the house.
