Very cozy, clean, simple. Good staff. Without any show-offs. Everything is organized and accessible. A barbecue area, a cauldron, a samovar-everything is available for a good rest and good mood. There is a disco in the evening. Geographically, the location is very good, as the beach is nearby, the mountains and all the surrounding shops and cafes. I've stayed here more than once. And I want to come back again and again!!!

I really liked both the hotel and the rest. Although we were early in May, but I was swimming I would like to visit this place. Cons there is no place for a cauldron. But we cooked a cauldron on the grill .

The location is great. Around the mountain. The beach and restaurants are nearby. That's probably all of the advantages.
We took a junior suite for 1 night. The floors are dirty, it's better not to go without shoes. You won't wash your feet.
The tiles in the bathroom are all stained with something. The door on the window is immediately missing. Fortunately, it is small, thieves will not get in.
The barbecue is one for 2 houses. To sit and wait for several hours while the neighbors roast a barbecue and cook something in a cauldron over a campfire is a so-so pleasure. We asked for an additional barbecue. Previously, they tried to offer us bricks as an alternative)
In the evening, we faced the fact that the door does not close from the inside. We called the administrator, she sent a guy assistant. Yes, he says, they broke the latch here a long time ago. Let me lock you outside)) that is, if something happens, you won't get out of the house) Well, then, he says, sleep with the door open) 👍 And what, we've already spent the night like this, everything's fine)) we asked to call someone with whom we can discuss the issue. We waited for about 20 minutes, then went by ourselves. Where's the guy? And the guy is sleeping, they tell us, he's tired) What did you want? Again, we explain in a new way, again we are offered to close or sleep with the door open. Naturally, both options do not suit us. Finally they come to us to look at the door, they try in vain for half an hour to pick up the key to the lock. We are already falling off our feet at this time, everyone wants to sleep. As a result, a bolt is drilled into us at night. Thanks for that.
Early morning. There are a million plans for the morning. Everyone takes turns washing up and going to the toilet. And that's the problem, the toilet does not flush. Another walk through the torments. After I'm in the 4th!!! Once I went to the administrative building with a request to do at least something, they heard us. A man came to fix the toilet. Meanwhile, we keep everything to ourselves. And that would be all right, we all understand that there are overlays. I've been in the hotel business for 8 years myself. I understand that this is not all inclusive, but just a database.But! No one apologized. Moreover, a lady from the administrative building came and hugged us for the fact that other visiting guests became unwitting witnesses to our problems. Service!
