We have been vacationing at this base for many years and almost every year we come for a few days. Very clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained territory. Swimming pools, sauna. The rooms are comfortable. We visited last year in June, Lena was a wonderful cook, she fed us heartily. Ira the administrator (the owner's representative) is always friendly and happy to help. The staff is hardworking.
The beach and gazebos are cleaned daily, but I must be honest, after our vacationers there is a pigsty and a mess every evening. The people have no concept of cultural recreation. It would be great if the beach was fenced and there was no access for visitors for the day.

The best vacation spot on Kapchagai. We have been going there for the 7th year. With pleasure)) Friendly, nice staff. Cozy, gentrified territory, beautiful Christmas trees, manicured lawn, flowers. All this is against the background of log cabin cottage rooms. Wonderful administrator Irina. There is always a sense of caring for the guests.

We had a rest at the Azya Club recreation center (the new base of the Samyrsyn hosts) from July 7 to July 15 and were very satisfied. A large landscaped area with front gardens, new cottages with rooms, a large and clean swimming pool for adults and a separate pool for kids, a spacious sauna in the pool area, which is very useful. The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaned every 2-3 days, but it's better to come up and ask for it yourself. Bath towels were given to us upon request, there were not enough towels or a foot mat in the bathroom. And so in the cottage, in addition to the rooms, there are recreation areas with comfortable armchairs and tables, which is very useful in the evenings. Everywhere, including common areas, there were working air conditioners, which helped out in the heat. The staff is polite and friendly, thank them for our pleasant stay! From the wishes:It would be great if they put another table tennis table and billiards on the street. I would especially like to mention Elena, a wonderful cook from Samyrsyn. She cooks very well, spoiled us with all sorts of delicious presents and is just a sincere person, for which I thank her very much! We will remember your delicious dishes and you for a very long time, especially when we cook something at home according to your recipes. In general, here you are for a wonderful vacation!

For many years in a row we go to rest only in this area, this year there was disappointment (it is not possible to sleep on a bed, all springs are felt, the room costs 55,000 tenge per day not 3 kopecks, I want basic comfort. The toilet should also be changed , far from the first freshness , to put it mildly . as it was 5 years ago, so it is now, things are also out of order and they need to be changed from time to time. It is a pity that such a good recreation area turns into a second-rate base.
