I had probably the worst samsung experience. This store does not reflect the quality or care of any other store. I entered with the intention of buying a TV and a refrigerator, I gave up the TV, and I bought the refrigerator from another brand on the Internet. 3 People in the store didn't even look at us from sitting idly chatting. We called the support to ask questions, they came with 1001 faces, wrong answers, no solutions, it was a ridiculous experience. It felt like they officially wanted to get out and let's go as soon as possible. This store is a disgrace to the Samsung chain. It's a shame and a pity.
