Definitely a great hotel!! Very clean!! and I was pleased that such a small hotel has an elevator!! the rooms have large comfortable beds, clean, cozy, but since we arrived in November, the rooms were damp, the air conditioner did not have time to dry the room. When you leave the room, you take out the key card, the light in the room goes out and, accordingly, the air conditioners turn off.. dampness is the only negative.
A huge PLUS for me is the daily cleaning!! a huge thank you for this!)
The rooms have small refrigerators, hair dryer, TV, air conditioner, folding dryer, large wardrobe with hangers, slippers, bathrobes can also be requested)
There is an ATM in the lobby and a large refrigerator with drinks for sale.
Very attentive staff, made contact with a smile, listened to all our wishes and requirements!) and there were a lot of us 43 people)
Personally, we lived on the 3rd floor and our wonderful little balcony had a view of the sea)))
There are shops on both sides of the hotel, and a fruit stand. It takes literally 4-5 minutes to walk to the sea, to the embankment and the square.
We did not eat at the hotel itself, as the cafe in the hotel closes during the cold seasons. But it wasn't a problem for us. The waterfront is full of great cafes)
Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo... I'll have to come visit again!😉

A great place to relax. Close to the sea. The room was standard, cleaned every day. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the room. All the plumbing was working.. The staff is very friendly and has already booked a room for me for a new period from 14.07. On my first trip, I booked a room with them very easily, I wrote on WhatsApp and they answered me immediately. I recommend.

The hotel itself and the rooms are nice, everything is clean inside. But they certainly need to work with the client's service. We stayed for 1 night, we were passing through there. We had a night check-in, at one o'clock in the morning, when booking, I indicated that we would arrive at night. At first, there were some misunderstandings with the reservation, but then everything was resolved quickly, we drove into the territory by car, parked, but for some reason this did not suit the administrator, she asked to park the car in front of the front, I do not understand how the reverse parking prevented them, the driver was tired and the only thing he wanted was to go to bed and not to park again. Okay, we didn't say anything, we parked the car, they gave us the key and we went to bed. At 8 a.m., we were simply woken up by a knock on the door, allegedly they did not take the scans of our passports! Of course, I understand everything, but firstly, this is not our joint, and secondly, we could have taken scans when we handed over the key in the morning, in any case, our car was parked on their territory, we would not have gone anywhere. But for some reason they decided to knock on the door, knowing that we were staying one night, arrived late and then we had to hit the road. Personally, I absolutely do not understand this attitude towards customers, I regretted that I chose this hotel.

A magnificent hotel almost on the beach.
You will be pleasantly surprised by the courteous staff and frequent room cleaning. Impeccable service and delicious food in the hotel's own cafe. We rested with my wife for ten days and were very surprised by this level. Perhaps the best hotel in the city. We will definitely come back again. Special thanks to the hotel manager for the timely resolution of any issues. It is an ideal option for people traveling by car. The hotel has a spacious secured parking lot.

We rested at the Samson Hotel from August 4 to August 11, 2024. I liked everything very much. A wonderful hotel from a cozy room to snow-white linen and towels. The room is very clean, cleaning every day, everything is new, everything is in excellent condition. The staff is friendly, attentive, solves all issues quickly. Special thanks to the hotel manager, who is attentive to all vacationers. He will always advise and help in solving any issues. I really liked the cafe on site. A varied menu, they cook very tasty, just delicious. The portions are large and the prices are very affordable. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel. Near the beach, a 5-minute walk away. There is a grocery store nearby, vegetables and fruits are within walking distance. The center is easily accessible on foot. We recommend this hotel to all visitors to Sukhum.

We had a rest at Samson last year with a young man. We liked everything. Location in the Center, nice, spacious room with snow-white linen, room cleaning on time. The room has all the amenities, the air conditioner saved. Friendly receptionist. The only thing is that there is no pool and a cafe on the territory of the hotel, unfortunately, I did not like it at all.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in mid-October. Very comfortable room, clean, everything you need is there, the air conditioner was working properly. I felt comfortable in it. Cleaning was carried out regularly on demand and very quickly. The administrators were friendly, provided the necessary information, and helped to book excursions. Only the cafe in the hotel was not working.
Kettles are not allowed in the rooms, but there is a cooler with hot water in the lobby.
Towels are changed every three days, bed linen is changed every five days. Cleaning - daily if required.
A small disadvantage was that the room (103) was located at the very entrance, and therefore negotiations of other guests were often heard. And the pressure in the soul is weak, but for me personally it was not very important.
In general, there was an extremely good impression of living here. I can recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel in its category, rooms, furniture, everything is in order. The friendly girls at the reception are always ready to help. The hotel has its own well and generator, so when there were power and water outages in the city, we didn't even notice it. There is a good cafe on site.
The hotel is located on the outskirts, but the center can be reached quickly, or a 20-minute walk along the embankment.

Good morning. I'm leaving the Samson Hotel today. I really liked the hotel, cozy, comfortable, clean. There's just nothing to find fault with. Everything worked fine and the air conditioner and the wifi and the refrigerator. Cleaning and linen change is in three days. There is water in the cooler on the floor, no need to carry it from the store. There is a cafe on site, the prices are reasonable, quite to yourself, the sea is nearby. The sea is gorgeous, sun beds are paid.200 rubles for the whole day.There are also two cafes nearby on the beach, cheaper than in the center. I definitely recommend the hotel and will come again...see you!!!

Everything worked fine: air conditioning, refrigerator, wifi. On the territory of the cafe, they cook delicious (I never managed to drink hot tea, but these are small things). I really liked it. The room is small, but everything is very practical, thought out to the smallest detail, technically sound. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a neat courtyard with tables under a canopy, a cafe. By the way, there is no commission when withdrawing cash from an alfa bank card at an ATM in the lobby. I haven't tried any other cards. There is a safe in the room, but there are no batteries.

Great hotel!
The three of us had a rest and took two rooms #306, #307.
Next time we'll stay in the same place.
I liked that it was clean, a large room, white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, a balcony with sea views,air conditioning, expensive plumbing in the shower, everything is new.
The hotel is new and built in a modern style.
The staff is very friendly and caring, like visiting friends, and not in a hotel))
Close to the sea in 5 minutes and already the Sukhum embankment.
Of the cons, everything is not so organized around, old houses and a wasteland.
But it is very close to the center along the embankment on foot or by car, so this minus did not prevent us from having fun.
After the price was announced by the administrator, we haggled and we were pleased to concede.

The hotel is absolutely not worth the money. The rooms are clean, but you can see that everything is tired enough. There was a constant smell of sewage in the toilet, and the same smell was coming into the room. It has a very unpleasant smell. They couldn't even provide a one-time "paste + brush" kit, which should be a matter of course for every hotel.
The overall rating is 3 out of 5. Purely to stop by for one night, but not to rest.

Overall, I liked the hotel, it was clean and cozy. The room has everything you need. Slippers, soap and shampoo are also provided. Wet cleaning every day, towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen every 5. There is a dining room in the courtyard, the prices are expensive. You can also just sit at the wine tables in the evening. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea (the beach is pebbly, you can take a sunbed 200-300r), 20-30 minutes to the center, it is very far to the Mocha beach.
But! There is a neighbor's toilet under 209,210 (and above) rooms. The balcony door cannot be opened, the smell is like this, it is impossible to breathe.
The staff is polite and friendly. You can also use the 400p laundry service. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Payment at the hotel for everything is in cash only, in the dining room it is possible by transfer.

We rested at this hotel in the second half of July 2024. Its location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and 3 minutes from the sea.
There were no problems with the check-in.
The hotel has an elevator and a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor.
Our room was on the second floor with an overview of the courtyard of the nearest buildings. The balcony was adjacent to the next room, separated by waist-high metal posts. The room has a dryer, cup, saucer, spoon, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, heater, towels, shower curtain, soap, shampoo, balm and toilet paper. The plumbing was working properly, there was no smell of sewage.
I will separately allocate an additional place in the form of a cot with a mattress. The cot definitely needs to be changed. When you lie down on it, you "sink into it like into a hammock."
The key is electronic.
The sound insulation is excellent, you can only hear what is happening in the common corridor outside the door.
In the courtyard of the hotel there is a cafe with a small assortment of dishes (different from the menu).
The staff is responsive, any questions were solved.
In general, I recommend the hotel, I can't say anything bad about it.
P/s: Please do not smoke on the balcony. (cigarette smoke goes into the neighboring rooms)

I had a rest on 27.04 - 30.05. The hotel corresponds to its classification. The rooms are clean. I was in No. 211, but I looked at others :) The staff is hospitable and friendly. The hotel itself is cozy and is located 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the market. The bed is snow-white, cleaning is daily. The bathroom is very clean. There were no problems with the water. Special thanks to the staff for the delicious coffee and friendliness.

We lived there from 02.09 to 06 09.2024. The only advantage is the close proximity to the sea.
And the presence of a store next to the hotel, which in fact does not work according to the stated schedule, but from 11-12 o'clock in the afternoon. (the claims are not against the hotel, in this case).
We got a double room without a balcony. Wet cleaning is done every day, but it would be better not to do it. The smell of a faded, unwashed rag is such a pleasure in a poorly ventilated room.
The bathroom sometimes had the smell of a skeptic.
The kitchen is open from 8:00. But, it is hardly possible to order what the client wants from the menu. Sometimes it's not there anymore, then it hasn't been prepared yet. The portions are normal, yes. But the prices are not the cheapest. Cards are not accepted. Only cash.
The owner did not remember who lives with him for 4 days. Not the fifth day I asked, "are you sure you were staying with us?")))) It became a whole problem to take a blunt dining knife to the room, since the owner told me that I might not return it. After that, they were afraid to ask for even a glass.
important! Upon check-in, 3 towels per person are provided. And there were cases that after the next cleaning or their replacement, 1 disappeared (not with us). And the client had to pay 1,500 for an average towel. So keep an eye on the towels.
For the average cost, there is no special service, no pool, or the availability of everything that is indicated in the menu of a local cafe. I do not recommend this hotel for check-in.

My favorite hotel in Sukhumi. The quality far exceeds the price of a night. When we arrive, we only check in here. The furniture is good, the mattresses are super, the Underfloor heating, cleaning every day, even if you check in for a couple of nights (this is rare for hotels in this price category). There is an internal parking, elevators, high-quality laundry, from where things are brought crystal clear and delicious-smelling. The reception even has an ATM now, it's just wow!

The hotel is located on the first line, 200 m from the sea, closer to the outskirts of the city, but it's even good, it's not so crowded. To the center, along the Dioskurov embankment, a leisurely walk along the sea takes about 20 minutes. There is a good grocery store nearby, they accept payment by card, which is rare in most retail outlets, they require cash or transfer.

The hotel territory is fenced with a metal fence, there is Parking behind the hotel building, but I did not put the car there, but put it in front of the fence under the camera, it is clearly visible in the monitor at the reception.
It's bad that there is a dusty paved road in front of the hotel, some crazy drivers are rushing along it, the pedestrian crossing is poorly marked, sometimes even a traffic police patrol was on duty there

Pros : modern hotel, good mattress, comfortable to sleep, air conditioning.
Cons: Absolutely not friendly girls at the reception, they will not stand up, do not smile and look at me every time, as if I live with them for free. Next, cleaning, "wet cleaning" is for them to sweep the floors and dust off a little with a rag. Sometimes they couldn't even sweep properly, all the hair and small specks remained in their places (by the way, the floor is made of light tiles and everything is visible on it).
The towels were changed only after 5 days, along with the bedding ...
At the reception they just waved their heads and said they would take action, but did nothing... when leaving, there is also no waiting, no wishes for a good road ...
In general, even 1 star is a lot

A nice hotel located in a quiet area three minutes from the waterfront. I can't even believe that such a service can be in Abkhazia. In general, the hotel is fresh, the rooms are clean and equipped with everything necessary within reasonable limits. Parking is free, laundry is inexpensive, everything is standard. I didn't like the work of the administrator. On the first evening, the administrator indicated a higher price at check-in than in the service "daily.<url>" and other sites. In his presence, we booked a room, but still we were asked to pay extra for a room on the second floor. Allegedly audibility, etc. Little things, but it's not clear, with an empty hotel, why. Further, the administrator offered an individual tour for one amount, we agreed early in the morning - which was immediately announced to him. But, at ten o'clock in the evening, on the eve of departure for the tour, the price began to adjust up, unilaterally. The administrator was refused due to non-compliance with the terms of the transaction. What his "colleagues / driver" didn't like, who also received a reasoned refusal. As a result, we made the tour ourselves, and the guys ruined the reputation of good people because of the attempt to make money from above. Otherwise, an ordinary mini-hotel without frills. I recommend looking at other options.

There is a substitution of numbers. The paid deluxe is easily replaced with an economy room of 12 meters in the attic (although on all sites the deluxe room is 28 sq. m.) kind and responsive girls began to say that this room is positioned as a deluxe!!! Of course it's complete nonsense. But it's not pleasant. You can't even write a claim to the Biblio-globe due to the fact that when making a claim, you need an extract from the hotel that we actually lived in an economy room. And they won't give us one. Nowadays, 12 meters in Abkhazia is de luxe!!!!
