The food is delicious. A fictitious metro station. But the service leaves much to be desired. The regular seller not only refused to reheat the pizza at 8 pm, they say, working until 11, they had already turned off both the oven and the microwave (it was, attention, 8! pm), but also began to snap and resent the question why they did not have napkins. Terrible, just terrible service from this guy. Not only is he in a foreign country, he is also rude. Please pay attention to the thin black guy of the cashier at the head. Otherwise, a check will come next time.
Shame on such employees.
I once left a not very good review. The main complaint was against the boorish guy, but apparently the owners listened and replaced him with a friendly man. Or it has stopped working on the issue. In any case, it's a plus. Now it's nice to come in, the food is delicious, often right out of the oven. As a student, it is especially pleasant for me to run in and eat pork mass with chicken, for example, than a muffin bun.
I wanted to take an Ossetian pie. The man who was preparing the dough with gloves took paper money with the same gloves and gave the change without removing the gloves, after which he continued cooking the dough. I highly recommend not taking risks if you don't want to get poisoned. Terrible unsanitary conditions. Now I won't even buy anything here when I'm hungry.
Perhaps such unsanitary conditions are normal somewhere. But I recommend that the store owner take his employees to a sanitation lecture, if this has not already been done.
