Excellent location, comfortable rooms with everything you need, towels, hairdryer, kitchen, each room has its own corner for relaxation! Very hospitable hosts! There is a sense of caring for the guests! They try to make your vacation as comfortable as possible! Very Clean rooms! I want to come back again and again

We stayed in a two-room suite with children in October. Convenient location, the distance between the New and the Old is the same. 4-5 minutes walk to the sea. The room is new, comfortable and very clean. The owners try to provide for every little thing! Very nice and cozy! We definitely recommend it!

We just returned from vacation.
I liked everything very much, we rented 3 rooms, absolutely everyone is delighted.
All rooms are renovated, everything is super clean, cozy and comfortable like at home. The sea is very close, and most importantly, the beach is almost empty.
There are several shops on the way from the beach where you can buy everything.
Many thanks to Vadim and Francoise for your hospitality and excellent impressions of Abkhazia.

The guest house is just wonderful!!! Excellent location, sea 5min.with a calm step. There are many canteens and cafes nearby. I would especially like to thank the hosts Vadim and Francoise for their hospitality! Excellent living conditions, everything is new, clean, the order is scrupulously monitored by Francoise, a very nice, sociable and responsive hostess!!! Vadim is very attentive, responsive, any problems are solved instantly!!! Thank you very much from my daughter and me, you dear ones have made our vacation unforgettable!!! We dream of coming back and only to you!!!! Francoise gave my daughter a gift, magnets with Abkhazia, very nice)) See you soon, our dear ones 🩷🩷🩷

A great guest house. The room has everything you need. Hair dryer, shower, toilet, very comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning. There is a shared kitchen in the courtyard, which has a refrigerator, a stove, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine. Everything is clean and cozy. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The beach is 5 minutes away

Guest house, five rooms, good location. But the dead furniture, the bed in the double room is such that it is not possible to sleep. They asked the owner to put tools and screws in order to repair them themselves, and put them to look for stones or bricks to put under the bed. In October, it's cool at night, there are no blankets, only a thin blanket. Cold. There are no towels in the rooms. During our stay, the rooms and grounds were not cleaned. But on the day of departure, we were literally kicked out of our rooms at 10 o'clock. Having said that the rooms need to be prepared for new vacationers. It was very unpleasant. My family and I occupied 4 rooms out of 5 and informed the owner in advance that we were leaving at 12.
