A wonderful small mid-level hotel. Without any special frills, not quite in the center, but if you have an inexpensive taxi in Samarkand, you don't pay attention to it.
It is warm in winter. it is very important.
The shower-toilet has a heated floor, hot water is always present in sufficient quantity.
It's a great place for a tourist who spends all day sightseeing and tasting. Prices are reasonable.
It's a small disadvantage if you leave early before breakfast. It is necessary to discuss with the administration what you need to pack for the road. Otherwise, almost nothing will be put in.
Good location. It's not that far on foot to the main attractions in the center, and everything is nearby by taxi :) It was important for our program. The hotel is no frills, there are small ants. Three floors. The Windows overlook the courtyard where there are stairs and a circular passage to the rooms. The level of 3 stars in terms of content. An undoubted plus is the very friendly staff who helps 24/7. They will tell you everything, prompt you, orient you. There are rooms with three separate beds (!), which is very important for family travel and is often rare. Everything you need is provided + bottled water. The wonderful outdoor terrace at the very top is very wonderful to have breakfast on it. The food is modest, but high-quality and tasty. The hotel is in demand, including among European tourists. Overall, we were comfortable and we don't regret staying in this place for two days. We recommend it. Just be prepared that it's not a Radisson.
The hotel is great for your money.
Pros:
Location - you can walk to all the main attractions on foot
The hotel is new, everything is pleasant to the eye and to the touch
There is a water cooler on the ground floor, the water is always cold and hot
Breakfasts are very tasty and varied for a budget hotel, I would like to note separately delicious pancakes and the fact that this is a buffet, everything can be taken in the right amount. There are seasonal fruits. The coffee is really only instant.
Responsive staff.
Minuses:
The rooms are cramped, there is nowhere to put things.
There is no natural ventilation in the rooms and therefore, in particular, the shower room is poorly ventilated.
The mattress didn't seem the most comfortable to me.
Yes, there are always disadvantages, but the combination of advantages for your money is more than 5 points for the hotel.
P.S. Be careful there is a Milly Taomlar cafe nearby - there I faced an obvious deception, the deception scheme is quite long, at the right moment the waiter stops understanding and it is not possible to prove anything - the result is a check twice as expensive as the average.
