A wonderful hotel, friendly staff, all cheerful and positive! A large swimming pool, a beautiful territory, a cozy restaurant, excellent food, animation - everything is on top! The ocean is fresh milk. We lived in a bungalow on the beach, great room, daily cleaning, air conditioning, all amenities. I would love to go back there again!

We were with my husband in July 2018. At that moment, the neighboring hotel was under renovation, so there were few people in the territory and in the hotel, which is very good. The hotel is small, everything is clean, the territory is regularly cleaned of garbage. The food is quite varied and delicious. The view from the room is amazing, we did not regret at all that we paid extra for a room with an ocean view. The ebb tide twice a day, the sea went far enough, but there were advantages in this, it was possible to reach the spit, where there were sea races. However, it was like walking through a minefield) hedgehogs everywhere) there were few algae, it was not the season, as I understand it.
Karim and I went to the Jozani forest, to the island of Prizon, we liked the excursions, everything is very well organized. Karim also gave us a tour of his village. Very informative. Only the Stone Town survey was taken from the operator.
They bought alcohol in the city and asked Karim to stop by the store. The hotel also served, but it was more expensive. It was also possible to buy at a cafe about half a kilometer from the hotel, but the bottles were asked to be returned.

A decent hotel. Friendly staff. Good cuisine. There's a lot of exoticism around... The Maasai guards are really children of nature, there is an authentic village nearby, several baobabs... The tides are annoying, but you can go to the beaches of Nungwi and Kendwa, you can always swim there and starfish several pieces per square meter.

The hotel does not have a beach, the shore is covered with algae a meter thick, the smell is appropriate. In the morning, a tractor drives by the water and tries to clear the shore at least a little. You can only swim in the pools. I don't know who can come here voluntarily.
