Excellent craftsman. It was necessary to "tie" the second key for the B6 Passat. He did this in about 10 minutes. And this despite the fact that before that, the VW dealer had tried for 2 hours and nothing came of it.

Sharpening in 5 minutes is the only plus. The price of sharpening 1 knife is 3 rubles - too expensive. When asked to sharpen the knife the way I need it and whether it is possible, they replied, "I will not do it! You have cheap knives from a fixed price list!" I asked if you give any guarantee for your work, they replied, "how can I give you a guarantee, suddenly you will go to cut them on the asphalt, and come back and ask to re-sharpen?" It turns out that this is not the only way they communicate with me, not the first case. I ask the management to pay attention to the service, customer service. I will not apply for services anymore!
