For incredibly professional and attentive work! We turned to the salon at the stage of interior design of the apartment, with a combined kitchen and living room. The salon took on not just the task of selecting curtains, but became a full-fledged partner in creating comfort and harmony in our home.
From the first days of work, it became clear that we had high-level specialists in front of us, who listened carefully to our wishes, took into account the style of each room, the layout and lighting features. Together, we analyzed many samples of fabrics, selected not just beautiful options, but ideally suited in color, texture and purpose.
In the living room - kitchen area, we have ceiling cornices, we wanted to emphasize the height of the ceiling, to emphasize the curtains. We were offered light fabrics with a delicate pink color and we immediately liked them! A very interesting fabric design, with a horizontal stripe, the top is darker, the bottom is lighter, and everything is in the same key! Thicker fabrics were chosen in the bedrooms, in warm, calm shades — the atmosphere turned out to be truly relaxing and cozy.
We were particularly pleased with the result in the children's room — we were looking for an option that would combine softness, safety and a bright, but not flashy accent.
But, our pink curtains in the kitchen - living room have become a real decoration of the apartment. Their delicate shade perfectly harmonizes with furniture, does not overload the interior. We decorated one side window with a Roman curtain, it looks modern and concise. During the day, our curtains gently diffuse the light, and in the evening they create a warm, intimate feeling.
In the kitchen, we had a special task — to combine functionality, ease of care and aesthetics, to add color! I think everything worked out.
Later, we also ordered textiles for the table.
We were offered moisture-proof fabrics for the kitchen and decorative textiles in the dining table area. We ordered a set for the table in the same color scheme — everything is made in the same style, which added completeness and comfort to the interior. The materials are practical, easy to care for, washable, and at the same time look very decent.
The team's work deserves special praise!!! Several difficult technical tasks were solved when installing cornices in a niche. However, the installation was done perfectly.: carefully, reliably and according to our wishes. Controlling the curtains is now a pleasure, especially the easy sliding of the fabric over the curtain rod, which is incredibly convenient.
Throughout the entire cooperation, communication with the salon team was extremely pleasant: polite, prompt, professional. The staff is always in touch, ready to answer questions, suggest alternatives, and think through details that we didn't even know about. The installation was done on time, neatly, without unnecessary fuss and fuss.
Curtain Salon, thank you for putting your soul into our apartment! Thanks to you, every corner has started playing in a new way! Now our renovation is complete, and the house is beautiful and cozy! You were able not only to decorate the windows, but to create an atmosphere. We wish you prosperity, creative inspiration and grateful customers.
I want to share my experience of contacting this curtain salon. It all started very well: I came personally, the staff helped with the choice of fabric, told me everything in detail and showed me — thanks for that. However, when I was asked to provide detailed estimates (prices per meter of fabric, number of meters, cost of work, etc.), I was refused — they say they do not provide such layouts. This is the first disturbing moment.
Next, we tried to coordinate the arrival of a master for the selection of wooden blinds — and then complete chaos began.
The first visit was scheduled for a weekday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. I got off work, arrived, and waited for the master for an hour. During this time, I wrote to Viber, called the salon — no one answered. I left at 4:10 p.m. 15 minutes after that, they called me and asked: "Where are you? The master has arrived." It was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful.
We decided to reschedule the meeting for next week. I was offered time and asked if it suited me. I didn't give my consent, but I asked a clarifying question, and I didn't get an answer. And then the call came again: "Where are you? The master is in place." When I asked why no one had confirmed the time, I was told that "it was the weekend" and they couldn't answer. At the same time, I was accused, they say, "the master came in vain," "it's inconvenient for him," etc.
Earlier, I asked for direct contact from the master to avoid such situations, but I was refused — all communication via Viber with the manager, who responds with a long delay.
Bottom line: the salon itself is not bad, the choice of fabrics is large, and everything is fine with the design. But the organization of work, especially the timing and communication with the client, is just a disaster. It's especially disappointing that in the end I was made to blame for my own mistakes. I ask the management to pay attention to this issue and reconsider the approach to customer interaction.
