I chose the salon based on the distance from work - 5 minutes on foot. I signed up for 13:00, I wanted to get a manicure in an hour and a half instead of lunch. They asked me to come early. When I arrived, it turned out that they had an "overlay" and the master was delayed for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, it turned out that the master was just starting to paint the nails of the previous client. everyone has overlays, but why couldn't they have called to warn that the procedure was postponed for at least half an hour?
