The best restaurant we’ve been to in Georgia - and one of the best I’ve been to in the world. We highly recommend the beans and the eggplant.

Those who like to taste the classics of the capital's Georgian cuisine inexpensively, quickly (service), come here. 30 minutes from Tbilisi (there are traffic jams, but who can be surprised by them?) along the road there is a whole complex of cafes both in detached houses for 6-8 people and in the hall.
Roasting pies with meat, potatoes, lobio in clay pots, khinkali, kababs, wine, beer…
Everything is prepared very quickly, but there is no feeling of fast food. The main menu is in Russian. The staff is polite, however, those who have been to Georgia will not be surprised by this fact. For khinkalifils, I immediately convert the price into rubles: about 50 rubles/piece.
I've been there 5-6 times. The result is always delicious!

This is the most amazing place. Maybe not the most romantic 😄 But the lobio here is the best in all of Georgia))) We tried everything - everything was delicious. Especially the wine, which you can take with you. It's some kind of divine nectar) At first, everyone doubts, but as soon as they try, the wine ends right in the decanter.

It's a beautiful place. They cook quickly, but the shish kebab needs to wait a bit. Lobio is above all praise. In the plate with the greens, despite the late autumn, there was tsitsmati, a Georgian watercress salad, spicy and delicious. I often visit Georgia, and after Mtskheta we always stop by this cafe. The portions are large and delicious. The portions are also large. But now the wine has become different, last year we stopped by and took wine with us to take away, now we just sit in a cafe for a drink. The taste has changed, not for the better. We stopped by after reading the positive reviews on the way back from Mtskheta.
I didn't like the place, the strange ordering system, meat and khinkali need to be ordered in one place, and khachapuri, lobio and pies in another. There's a queue in both places. It took a long time to wait for the order, we lost a portion of the shish kebab altogether, and only after a few questions about it did they bring the shish kebab.
It would have been possible to turn a blind eye to these shortcomings and color features if the food had been excellent ... but of all that we tried, only khachapuri and lavash did not raise any questions.
The chicken kebab is salty and dry, the lula is over-salted, the vegetable salad is without any dressing at all, even the oil was spared, the khinkali was also not enthusiastic.
In general, a lot of time was spent, but the impressions were so-so. I don't recommend it

There is no choice of khinkali, only with meat and this is pork and rice.

Perhaps the most delicious khinkali we ate here. They cook very quickly, apparently due to the fact that there is a large flow. The place turns out to be very old, it seems to be from 1967 or something like that. The interior is of course so-so when we entered, we thought that this was some kind of dining room. I don't know who admires what here.…There is no service from the word at all. We had to clean the table ourselves. At the same time, 3 waitresses are just sitting. Lobio and a bun were brought without a bun. They probably forgot to put spices in the cormorants with spices. They are absolutely bland. Khachapuri has Ajarian-style raw dough, cheese like plain cottage cheese. Instead of Turkish coffee, they brought the sediment from the coffee.

Atmosphere: The establishment at first glance is a simple eatery, but inside... interesting! It resembles a hunting lodge with wooden walls, very cozy. I traveled around the halls a bit before finding a toilet. For beginners, it's an adventure.
Reference Khinkali and Khachipuri: Discovery! This place is a Georgian food lover's dream. So fragrant, so delicious - they just melt in your mouth. After them, any other Khinkali is just a pale likeness.
Overall Impression: A real taste of Georgia! It is well suited for group gatherings. Khachapuri and khinkali are a must-try here. A great place to immerse yourself in Georgian culture and cuisine.
P.S. The cafe is just huge, two-storey, with a large veranda and cozy gazebos. A great place for large companies and a secluded holiday.

When ordering, you name the number of the table where you will be waiting for your order. Here, the waiters only bring when ready, and you place an order at the checkout. The left hall is khinkali, lula and everything with meat, the right hall is khachapuri and all flour. The ticket offices in the halls are different, so you need to run to both if you want variety))))
And so the food is very tasty and satisfying, the average check is for 2 30-35 GEL. Enjoy your meal!

We have been visiting this institution for 35 years, several generations have grown up here! Always before or after Mtskheta...as a tradition! Lobio with mchadi, khinkali... Yes, everything was delicious, and what a more colorful place- branded! And this year is just terrible. Lobio was brought half a pot... The price tag, like everywhere else, has grown, but the mchads have raised the price terribly (((The chicken kebab was not ready even after three reminders (in Georgian). And when they made an order, the man was swearing terribly at the window (the place where the meat dishes are now ordered was slightly redone). The end of an era! Not another foot!

The serving is long, the food is not tasty, the attendants, as in the Soviet years, do not make a single warm gesture, silently throw plates on the table. By the way, to make an order for a separate quest, khinkali in one queue, salad in another queue, staff shouting all around, you have to ask again. Indeed, all the guidebooks say like a mantra that the best Khinkali are here - everyone is going, and I'm hardly the only one who said to himself that he would never come here again!

If there is an option to drive past (to another place), go ahead. The score of 5 is unclear how it exists. Everything is designed for a walk-through. More than one dish didn't catch on. And the delivery time is very slow.

I really regretted that I visited this "restaurant", only unpleasant impressions remained:
- there are some gloomy people everywhere in the institution, no one greets or smiles;
- there are a lot of visitors, it was difficult to find a free table;
- you need to order food and drinks at the checkout at the bottom and call the table number for food delivery;
- bank cards are not accepted, only cash;
- the place is dirty everywhere, the tables are dirty (if you wipe it with a napkin, you can immediately see everything);
- of the dishes brought, only khachapuri and lemonade were more or less decent in taste, the rest (kebabs, salads, eggplant, sauces) completely sucks;
- instead of a veal kebab, they rather served pieces of beef that had passed away on their own👎

The place is cool! We returned here twice during our trip. The place is huge! For several hundred people, and in the evening the landing can be very dense. There are many locals, many Russians. I was impressed by the battery of bursting barbecues, whose pipes stick out from behind the fence, the door to the slightly open locker room for staff - the scale is like in a gym.
The menu is short and capacious: lobio, cucumbers, tomatoes, khachapuri, khinkali, pickles, various kebabs. They cook relatively quickly, even taking into account the large number of visitors.
You look for the table yourself, remember the number, order at the checkout, then they bring everything to you. As far as I understand, the system with different cash registers has been eliminated. Everything can be ordered on one. Russian Russian is spoken at the checkout, and there is a menu in Russian.
Great khinkali, great kebabs, and don't expect more! :) Delicious and very inexpensive!

It's not the first time we come to this place for lunch. There are always a lot of people, queues are long, waiting for dishes is long. But before, at least everything was justified by delicious food at adequate prices. Today we arrived for lunch, ordered beans and eggplant. Everything was brought quickly enough, BUT there was an insect in the bun brought with beans!!!!! from shock, they did not think to take a picture, but immediately gave it to the waiter. We thought maybe they would return the money for the dish or AT LEAST apologize. As a result, they just brought a new bun, but the desire to eat food disappeared completely!
In the future, we will think carefully about whether it is worth coming here again and recommending this institution to friends!
