I liked the sanatorium. I took off one star for the fact that there are no disposable diapers during the procedures. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food could be varied for breakfast, add cheese, egg, and remove pastries from breakfast. Little fruit.

On the plus side: the staff is polite (except for one who followed me around like a maniac and spread her hands), the room has comfortable beds and there is a conder. Of the minuses: all procedures that involve treatment are paid, cleaning is done for the sake of appearance, they do not clean at all on weekends, the portions in the dining room are large, but it would be better to give more fruits and vegetables ... it's funny that in the south they gave only one peach or one plum per day per person. Shame ... there were doubts that the doctors were qualified, especially one of the therapists, I won't paint for a long time, but the bottom line is that the person I accompanied had a pace of about 40 and Wild indigestion, presumably from one of the procedures, the doctor didn't care at all, had to Google himself and go to the pharmacy for medicines . They didn't even give a thermometer to measure the temperature ... they asked for an electric kettle or boiling water at least to drink tea with honey (in the room), but they told us - "come for dinner, there will be tea" There were still a lot of shortcomings and considering that I paid about 200,000 tenge for a ticket and the "treatment" is a complete trash… If you still choose a trip to this sanatorium, take your passport with you, go on an excursion to Tashkent, at least you will get such positive emotions. The state pays for the disabled for 14 days of accommodation, meals, procedures, not only that Aigul A. attributes all 14 to everyone who lives for 7 days, but also complete chaos there... queues for procedures from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m... you don't rest, but you sit in queues all day, strange inhalations with chamomile that do not change all day, an ultrasound machine 100 years old (for a moment, an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity is done for 2 minutes and 5 thousand are charged for it, and of course they write the same thing to everyone). Saryagash district provides the whole of Kazakhstan with vegetables and fruits, but they practically did not give us fruits. Every other day they feed it with barley, then buckwheat. If you write everything in detail, there are a lot of disadvantages! It is necessary to send the inspection bodies there. So that they double-check each vacationer how many days they actually visited there and how much they attributed to them. If necessary, you can check your travel tickets. Is there nothing to profit from budget money at the expense of the disabled?!
