I usually like this cafe. But only the one in the Gallery.
Yesterday I went to the one in Arena City - it was terrible: a very dissatisfied fat boy, chatted on the phone and persistently did not accept my order for a very long time and tried to ignore it, showing that he was very busy. Then he said sadly that I would have to wait sooooo long, hinting that I would not hope. Of course, I left, it was generally not pleasant to communicate with him.

Delicious food, but terrible service.
We ordered delivery 2 times and did not deliver 1 dish 2 times. As a result, each time one person was left without food and waited another hour for it to be cooked and delivered.

Then there is no one at the checkout and they are not going to approach, then they do not accept orders, then the cash register does not work, then there is no ravioli.
