It is impossible to breathe in the space next to the "game room" and in the "game room" itself. It's very hot, sweat is pouring down like a river.
The "game room" is not a very large corner with a dirty rubber mat and a soft maze. The 1.3 g child was quite interesting there, because everything is interesting to her, but it is dangerous, because big children, of course, have fun and do not pay attention to such babies.
The food was not very tasty. Fried carp is tasteless, we have also been waiting for it for a hundred years, we already wanted to leave without it. Schnitzel is not schnitzel. Dumplings have also been waiting for a long time.
There are buttons on the tables to call the waiter, but either they do not work, or they are ignored, or there are few waiters for the number of guests. We clicked 5 times to place an order.
There are no hand wipes in the toilet, and the child was afraid of drying. They wiped their hands with toilet paper.
The entrance is by stairs without a ramp. My husband was dragging a stroller.

Noisy, tasteless, inhospitable.
There are no disposable bibs for children, there is no container to carry the soup that the child could not handle, olivier with shrimps-in fact two shrimps on top, pasta carbonara-just pasta with sauce and huge pieces of ham, zama soup was delicious, but in general the catering and canteen, it is interesting for children, it is better for adults to eat at home.

I ordered tom yam, pancakes with salmon and fruit salad.
Tom Yam: shrimp with tails in soup (what could be more exciting than catching shrimp and removing the tail with the other hand)
Pancakes with salmon: fish with skin and scales, pancakes are weathered, there is very, very little curd cheese. In total, a dry dish with scales in the teeth
Fruit salad: just slicing fruit, not even mixed. No sauce on top

The place is beautiful, cozy, delicious, BUT the staff is disgusting!!. We sat down, ate, and invited the waiter to order coffee and tea.A girl came up, took our order and began to carry away the trays: she took two trays at once, took 2 steps and dropped the glass-it broke! I threw these 2 trays with a bang on the next table-I broke the second glass, left everything like that and left for 15 minutes no one cleaned the glass, the waiter was already taking orders in the second part of the restaurant.We waited for 25 minutes, called another waiter.Again, the girl took the order from us, again we did not wait for the order..After 40 minutes, I got up and asked for a book of complaints, they didn't give it, I asked to call the administrator and I didn't see him.. They persistently put me at the table that they would immediately bring the order, well, they brought it + after another 5 minutes, as a result, we waited for exactly 45 minutes for only one tea and Americano coffee..What is this attitude to work??Why should the waiter's problems affect the customers??I hated my favorite and frequently visited restaurant..Tell me why even in a restaurant we have to eat through force and swearing?!!
