Everything is sooo delicious, if you want to eat, no doubt, you can come here.
There was time before the train, we decided to come to Gagripsh and have a meal. We went to a restaurant in which not only the prices are cosmic, the deposit per person is 2000, but also the girl, clenching her teeth, with a grin at the request to put us better, offered a place in the well ... of the world, subject to availability of tables.
We went down below and chose this place, focusing on the reviews, and did not regret it. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food at reasonable prices. We sat down to the sounds of waves and non-annoying music, and took some of the dishes with us on the train, because the portions are voluminous, we just ate too much for two.
The waiter Anna served well, special thanks to her. Now we know where to go back if we are in Gagra.

We visited the restaurant 3 times, 2 of them were successful, a good waiter (black hair) and delicious food. We came for the 3rd time before leaving today and there was horror, just darkness. There was one bright waitress with a brick face, the feeling that they were doing you a favor when they came to take an order
To begin with, there was a full boarding at the time of arrival, but many of the guests had already eaten and just drank drinks.
They didn't come up to us for 10 minutes, hallelujah, after my request they came up, my husband and I made an order-I ordered a migrel steak (like it's called that) with mashed broccoli, husband Thai salad and trout. After about 25 minutes, the salad was taken out, then the fish was taken out (the fish was heated on the grill)
I haven't eaten anything, I'm already starting to get angry about this situation. For a second, no one even warned that there would be a long wait, otherwise I would not have ordered this dish.
I go up to the waitress to clarify when the order will be ready, to which I get the answer - "well, how do I know?", oh yes, it was also said that we are not alone. (The landing was already incomplete). To say that I was shocked by such an answer is to say nothing. Then I was already bombed and I began to swear, the waitress's face sent me into three funny letters. Eeeee... the cherry on the cake-they take out the long-awaited dish to me after 45 minutes and take out the WRONG THING!!!! Fish and rice are brought. I say, "Are you kidding me? I ordered with broccoli!" the waiter replied: "well, then it wasn't and was replaced with rice." The fact that in such cases it is necessary to warn is probably not known here, the CURTAIN!!!!
Later, I realized that the waitress had just incorrectly accepted the order and brought me salmon with rice.
I refused the dish on principle, even though I was wildly hungry. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, and then also for the incorrectly accepted order, the service staff communicates with you like with shit like - "I don't like it, well, get out of here." It's just a trash cafe, I don't recommend it to anyone, and such waiters who are angry at their work should be driven with a broom so as not to spoil the image of the institution!
It's too bad that there are no managers or owners in place, although since such employees are there, I don't think that the management there is any better. I would also like to remind you that you exist solely at the expense of tourists and our money, such a boorish attitude is not acceptable if you work with people! And I wish the white waitress and the same white barmaid that you were fired, you don't belong in a cafe, clean the toilets at most with your dissatisfied face and boorish attitude towards guests!!!

We sat down at a table in the back of the hall, but they refused to serve us, because, it turns out, we sat at an elite table (the table was ordinary, there were no warnings on it) and in order to have dinner there, you need to make an order for at least 5 thousand rubles. Because everywhere there is a problem with food and service. our expectations were not fulfilled. we ordered a liter of homemade wine (disgusting, do not take it). They couldn't get a drink. The lemonade is stupid, they didn't finish it either. the youngest daughter was ordered potatoes with ketchup. ketchup is over as a result!I replaced the waiter with barbecue sauce at my discretion. We didn't need it. the potatoes were brought cold, after the remark they were taken away somewhere, warmed (badly) and brought back. we also took mushroom spaghetti (for 4), creamy ratatouille with pork (generally not bad), my husband wanted to order a barbecue, there was none. they said that they had just put it on to pickle (we were at about 8.30 am, the rush hour). as a result, he ordered a frying pan with beef, he did not like the sauce, he said (for 4). we also took salad, grilled vegetable salad. in general, they are normal, but for some reason their vegetables are everywhere (here in rpz cafes) very mature and the skin is hard, plus the pepper in the salad was with a green head, it was not cut out, it is strange to me for a salad. and they also took chicken sticks to the children, there were three of them (for 4). It's strange when they ask, did you order this? there is no service. as a result, we still have lemonade, wine, potatoes with sauce, and a chicken stick, which we paid for. We left 3400 there, zero satisfaction. the toilet there is also stupid, smelly, in the floor. it is necessary to tear off the paper from the outside, it extends to 2 booths. I'm not a fan, but we've been eating in Gagra for several days now. And damn, the food is not good. come to Kazan, enjoy the food, service and sights.

We came to have a snack, ordered a "beer set". The menu says: cheese sticks, fries, pigtail, sausages and wings.
It costs 800 rubles.
They brought 4 small wings, a lot of potatoes, 2 nuggets and a little sprinkled with a pigtail, that is, there are no sausages, no cheese sticks, but just a mountain of potatoes.
As a result, the waitress comes, we ask where else our food is. And she tells us in the most rude form that they put 2 wings instead of sausages, and 2 nuggets instead of cheese sticks. Cool, that is, a giant default set has 0.5 kg of potatoes and 2 wings. Thanks for the potatoes. And in the end, they didn't even apologize and didn't let me pay with a card. The day is ruined, thanks again.
