建议两个及以上的人一起用餐，因为份量有点大，对一个人来说吃完两三个菜有点困难，但是可以打包。

I enjoyed the place. Tasty food. Reasonably good service. Cozy atmosphere. I had lagman and pilaf. Also wanted samsa, but the waiter warned me that it would take an hour to cook. Didn't wait. There is no internet in the restaurant. And add 10% to menu prices for service.

After the New Year holidays, we reached the Saksaul restaurant of national cuisine in Astana. Very pleasant atmosphere, cozy at home. The staff was very friendly, and when the room was fully seated, the dishes were served quickly and everything was at the right temperature. One small disadvantage, well, to be honest, we missed it ourselves. First we ordered one dish, then we changed our minds and ordered another, and when the waiter reread our order, we somehow flew away in anticipation of delicious food ;)) They didn't notice the catch. Well, to be honest, we didn't regret it, since such meat belongs in the stomach. Very tasty. We ordered the soup "Horse meat Nyryn" 3880t, "Cheese" Lamb in cream 5990t, Shish kebab from young lamb" 4280t. The price is as of 02.01.2025. We advise you to take a look and not skimp and taste the dishes of National Kazakh cuisine.

The center of Astana! Keruen shopping center is nearby. There are many foreigners and just guests of the capital! The food is delicious. I recommend you try the pilaf. Not bad. Be sure to take baursaks. The staff is polite and helpful. The price tag is above the national average. Perhaps because of the abundance of foreign tourists.

We got into this place by chance and didn't regret it. Halal. We had a foreign guest with us, and we liked everything. I tried all the ordered dishes and was satisfied. Given that it was lunchtime and almost full load, the waiters worked quickly and gave our guest a full description of the dishes on the menu. And we took into account all his wishes. Favorite restaurant in Astana! Conveniently located in the residential complex "Northern Lights" in the very center. Love from the first meeting in 2022 to the present day. The recipe has not changed for years, you get delicious local cuisine from the chef. We especially like meat dishes - bishbarmak, kebab, manti, but the fish menu is also excellent. Foreigners often dine in the restaurant in the evening, negotiations take place. The atmosphere of comfort and at the same time a stylish interior, greenery. The waiters are wonderful, they will always tell you and joke🤗 Saying goodbye to Astana, we ate breakfast, we also really liked the breakfast from the chef. Update for April 2025.
We were at work in the evening, for some reason there was a crowd of people, and despite booking a table in the back of the room, we were eventually seated right at the doors, which were open all the time, it was scary. The staff coped with such an influx of guests on average, they forgot something or had to wait a long time.
At eight o'clock in the evening, there was no samsa with normal-sized meat, and that's exactly what we wanted, but we liked the set of mini samsa with potatoes and pumpkin, it was tasteless with cheese.
This time we went through the salads, the most delicious was the cucumber and radish salad. The horse meat dolma is very dry, I don't recommend it at all, as well as the root vegetable salad, which didn't have any dressing at all.
In general, I will most likely not come here anymore, I will look for other places with national cuisine, there is definitely a guideline for the guests of Astana.
We visited the restaurant twice a year apart. Everything is still at a high level. The cuisine is very tasty, with national dishes to choose from. The interior is modern with national elements, you can even try on a Kazakh national robe and hat;)) there are dishes on the grill, pilaf. We really liked everything. The price tag is closer to the Moscow average.

I recently visited the Saksaul restaurant, and I was impressed! Cozy atmosphere, stylish interior and, of course, incredible cuisine. Each dish is a real find! The impressions are only positive. The service, the taste of the food, the atmosphere are at the highest level. I am a person who has tried many different samsa dishes, and perhaps it is one of the best and tastiest in this establishment. The waiters are very polite, especially the waiter (unfortunately we do not remember the name) who served. We're just crazy about him, he knows his stuff by 1000000%. The hostess, named Tahir, is just great. We will return to this institution more than once, and we also want to clarify the waiter's name. The waiters' service is fast. All the staff working there deserve 5 Michelin stars!
A very decent establishment, being in this restaurant, you feel surrounded by care and attention. Bravo!

In general, it is beyond praise. The restaurant itself is in the city center. Despite the surrounding construction site, the territory is fenced and creates the effect of a separate cozy oasis. Both the outdoor tables are beautifully decorated, and the interior is atmospheric. There is a corner in the hall for photo shoots in national clothes. Come here and you won't regret it.

The best restaurant with national cuisine in the city, of which, by the way, there are not so many here. Our waiter Sultan is on top: friendly, open, sociable, Oriental with dignity, treated us and told us about the food and the restaurant to our delight.
The food is excellent – of course we tried Besbarmak, 4 different types of meat, horse meat soup, and much more. The manager (I don't know the name) and the Sultan came out to see us off after dinner, which is very pleasant and it actually speaks of real hospitality.
