For now I will write a review, and if possible I will stop by to put an autograph in the complaint book and it would be good for the management to give recommendations either to pay more or not to hire incompetent "specialists", this also applies to the cair-auto service station and the store, After the capital of the cylinder head at this service station, they got to replace the engine without even passing the warranty period, themselves I wonder why this oil stopped coming into the block, we capitalized the head, eventually turned the crankshaft inserts, and at this service station they answered us, and what claims we did not climb into the block..For sellers, in general, a separate conversation is not enough that they are incompetent or do not want to advise anything, so after consulting in other places, you write in Russian the name and tolerances of the desired product and the wines of the car, no, they are trying to sell something of their own, and not by selling and not at all bring the goods the buyer needs, I really want to talk with the owners and even show them screenshots of correspondence with their "wonderful" sellers, where they just type them!I put a cross on their HUNDRED a long time ago, and now they won't order anything else in the store with such an attitude towards customers!!!!!

In my opinion, the best service in the region! Excellent, competent craftsmen. They are very competent in all car brands. The presence of a spare parts store, also excellent, with competent sellers and normal prices, allows craftsmen to order the necessary spare parts themselves, in agreement with the customer. They provide a guarantee for both work and spare parts. The service and the store can definitely be safely entrusted with the repair of your favorite car! I have been repairing my car in this service, with the purchase of spare parts in the Cair-auto store for several years, and never had any problems, we solved all questions about the car, even when others were not taken..
One wish, a stand for checking the camber- convergence of the wheels..

After reading a lot of positive reviews about this store, where everything is so good and excellent and most importantly cheap, I ask myself the question? and do these reviews correspond to reality? maybe they were written at the request? And read on, we are doing well and excellent. After all, it is far from a secret, and everyone knows it, that almost all spare parts are analogues, not originals, of very poor quality. Most of the buyers are not rich people and are forced to buy these analogues. Question: why does this CAIR-AUTO store issue a receipt for the sale of these spare parts? You will not be able to replace a low-quality spare part, and even more so, you will not be able to return the money. I can not take myself into account, but there are many examples of people with whom I had a chance to communicate, who bought spare parts for CAIR CARS and alas. Non-quality spare parts sold are not accepted for verification, motivating them to be installed at a service station. Regardless of what data replacement is, I want to emphasize that these spare parts do not require the intervention of a specialist from a service station in any way. Here is my review: these are deceivers, to be more precise, not sellers, but the CAIR - AUTO MANAGEMENT, the seller clearly sees that a specialist with a service station is not required, especially since there is no electrician at their CAIR-AUTO service station, but performs the assigned tasks of the MANAGEMENT, making the buyer the culprit of the malfunction of a non-quality spare part, and does not accept this spare part for verification. You bought a spare part, you didn't break it, there was no fly on it from the word, with a receipt and a clean package, you won't return it back. Is this a good store? If you are trying to maintain and repair your car yourself, then I do not recommend buying auto parts in the CAIR-AUTO store, based not only on your opinion, this is just advice, and everyone is free to make a decision on their own. There are shops in Polotsk and Novopolotsk and more than one, I will not do advertising where there is no deception with replacement or refund as on CAIR-AUTO. This is an honest conclusion and not only mine.

I do not recommend it! After the repair, the craftsmen do not check their work. They told me to pick up the car after repair, but the car did not even leave the Cair-auto garage. The store sold parts that were not suitable for replacement, but the miracle craftsmen fixed these parts (the tips of the steering rods are not the right size)!!! It is not clear if you have your own store, why not clarify and replace the parts, even with an additional fee, but install everything correctly.

I didn't like anything. I didn't do anything with them. I stopped by to refuel the air conditioner: they immediately said the volume of the refrigerant is 750ml, although it is 550ml, they immediately said the cost is SPACE (even without a hint that there may be a remainder), as soon as I said about the payment by bank transfer, the price immediately increased by 30% without explanation. Before that, I stopped by for another problem, after passing the diagnosis, they promised to disassemble the floor of the car, and left. The problem for another organization resulted in 15 minutes of time and almost for free. I do not recommend it, there are no masters or managers.

I also want to share my experience of communicating with Cair-Auto.
This applies to their tire repair in Polotsk, Ekiman village.
To say that the service is unobtrusive is generally to say nothing.
I drove up to them on November 9, 2019. to change the seasonal tires. I ordered the service in full, with the removal of wheels, with rebooting, ballancing, in general, "all minced meat". I.e., everything is included, I paid and rest: if you want to eat ice cream (if you brought it with you), if you want to play badminton somewhere on the lawn (again, if you brought it) well, etc.
I will not hide it, I also thought that everything was a rest, a babble :) Enjoy the surrounding autumn landscapes and drizzling rain.
But no!!! That was not the case!!!
A calmly resting, but brave tire repair worker, from the breed of "don't hit the lying one" or "give money and make money", whom the master kicked out to change my wheels, came up with his insidious trick. With a look of "why did you come?!" he took them off and along the way "offered" that I would bring the wheels somewhere there to him, in his tire-fitting couloirs. I will not hide it, it bothered me a little and even slightly angered me. Thoughts began to flash, "What will happen next?!! I'm not going to be "asked" to stand at the boarding machine and board, board, *lie down to board ..."
In short, we had to abandon the further performance of their "services". I went to the master. It was not possible to find him immediately. Apparently, he had already sensed something was wrong and tried to retreat, or rather dump into a neighboring building. It really didn't work out for him. But he was of little use. He categorically refused to give either his last name or the phone number of his boss. There were no apologies or suggestions on how to resolve the issue from him either.
Who knows, maybe this is how it should be, maybe this is a feature of the Cair-Auto service.
