I am currently staying at the hotel with my family. A great place without any drawbacks. I liked the location of the hotel near the green mountain, new, clean and beautiful rooms, varied food and good drinks of 5 stars. I would like to mention the reception staff and managers separately. They are polite, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any requests. We stayed at this hotel several times before the renovation and returned to assess the changes. I liked everything very much. Considering the beginning of the season, the hotel is not yet 100% operational, but the range of services is being added every day. Thank you, Saint star, and we wish you prosperity and good guests.

We only returned a couple of days ago, I was on vacation with a friend.
The hotel is good, the price and quality match. The rooms are small, the cleaning is good.
There is not much choice in nutrition, but everything is very tasty, there is PP nutrition, and this is the most important thing)
The area is clean and cozy, the beach is large, we liked it.
The animation is for 4k, but the season has just begun.
We will definitely come back here again)
I took off the star only for the transfer. The beach is far enough away, it won't be possible to walk for 30-40 minutes in the heat.
And minibuses don't travel that often, only 4 times a day. There have been a lot of people in the hotel in recent days, minibuses were packed, why it was impossible to let them in more often is unclear.
But maybe, at least in the summer, they'll sort it all out somehow.

A good hotel for your money, confident 4 stars. Fresh rooms, not bad food, helpful staff, interesting evening programs. The hotel's contingent is mainly CIS.
Compared to the same Viking hotel, it is actually higher in level. If you look for disadvantages, you can always find them, room cleaning does not always meet expectations, something was not reported or forgot to wipe. Some food items, in my opinion, are not particularly tasty. But during the rest it is not critical for me personally.
I will return to the hotel if I am in Kemer. Thank you for a great vacation!

We visited in September 2024. There is nothing to eat, very little choice and not to say that it is delicious. No omelets for breakfast, just scrambled eggs at best. Desserts are few and tasteless. In short, we were hungry, and out of 7 days we went to buy crayfish for dinner, so as not to starve at all. The tea was only brewed black, and there weren't even any tea bags to choose from. Coffee from the machine, appropriate. Alcohol is local. Depending on the bartender, they could give no more than 2 glasses in one hand. Unlimited water (in plastic cups), can be taken in refrigerators near the pool, in the dining room. Parties are held every day, but the start at 9 is at 10:30 at best. Half an hour or an hour everything is OK, then the music is heavily muted, hinting that it's time to pack up and go to the club, of course, for a fee. There are 3 swimming pools on site. It's big, there's always music playing, a lot of people playing water polo. There's also yoga, if you get people who want to, the animators are sooo inactive. There is a darts place next to the pool. The second pool is located in a quiet place, there is no music, for lovers of relaxation. There are few people there, as well as sun beds. But the water there smells very strongly of bleach and the pool itself is small. The third pool is located at the entrance to the far building. We've never been there, because it's the most uncomfortable place to swim. The rooms look nice if you don't look closely at the little things. They clean mediocre. We lived in the last building on the last floor. The balcony is small, you can't sit there, the view of the windows and the pool of the neighboring hotel, by the way, there were cool parties in the neighboring hotel, not for half an hour. Those who go to bed early will get in the way of music, because you can hear it very well. I took a bus to the beach, which goes 1 time per hour, of course, the schedule is not exactly accurate, but plus or minus it coincided. It's a long drive, about 15 minutes for sure. The hotel is located near the center of Kemer, and the beach is located on the outskirts of the hotel. You still need to walk 3-4 minutes from the bus stop to the beach. There are a lot of sun beds. There is a bar on the beach, where you can also have a snack. I remembered that the most delicious ice cream there was, especially caramel. And in the hotel itself, from 14 to 16, waffles were served, drizzled with cream and chocolate sauce, with fruits and berries, and ice cream was added to it if desired. That was the only delicious thing in this hotel)) in general, the hotel feels very budget-friendly, probably for the first time during a vacation, thoughts of returning home as soon as possible, just to eat)

(We looked at the beaches of other hotels nearby, they are very narrow, the sun beds are close) but our sun beds are free, they are new, stylish, the beach is wide, there are a lot of places, and there are no children!!!! the approach is very comfortable, the sand and small pebbles, the sea is clean, the view of the mountains is gorgeous. There are always free sun beds, no need to occupy them in advance, tables, umbrellas, everything is there!

I had a rest in the 2024 season.
The food was better than in some budget fives, I had enough of everything and according to my preferences, almost everything was delicious. Decent snacks in the form of waffles, pizza (very tasty) and burgers. Quite a good ice cream.
There were no crowds or queues for food.
Good evening animation from guest artists.
There is a shuttle service to the beach, 7-10 minutes on the way. Towels are provided without a deposit. There is a bar, WC, changing cabins on the beach.
There were enough places for everyone.
When the sea is stormy and the wind is blowing, a lot of small debris floated, in calm the water is clear as crystal.
The room has a TV, kettle,free safe, air conditioning. There were 10 hangers. In the shower there is a hair dryer, shampoo, balm, gel, soap.
The hotel is renovated, they try to keep it clean everywhere.
There is one feature: the absence of a balcony (there is a crossbar) or the presence of a small balcony, you can only dry the swimsuit.
The people from the staff are not bad, but there are peculiar ones, the main thing is not to focus on this.
In general, I do not regret choosing this hotel.

It's not the season. Off-season, the hotel is fully operational. Upon arrival, they put me in the most lame room, no view from the window, no amenities in the room - a room with a roof, a ceiling on my head, Papa Carlo's cubicle. The number was changed, they warned that it would be noisy until 23:00. As a result, even before that time, the DJs did not finalize it.
Food is a separate topic. Because it's not the season, the restaurant is working hard. Snacks are served in portions, pastries-sweets-fruits are not from the word at all. They begged for sweets to drink coffee/tea. There is only one kind of soup, there is no choice. There are only nuts in the bar, there are no additional snack bars. No snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner.
By the pool, as in the tour operators' commercials) there is nothing but sun beds and umbrellas. There is no animation, there is no entertainment. The hotel's beach is located far from the hotel, at the other end of the city. On our dates, the beach is just getting ready, there is no bar, the beach is not cleaned, the return shuttle was waiting for 25 minutes in the heat.
In general, there is nothing to do in this hotel during the off-season.

A wonderful hotel, excellent rooms, gorgeous views, everything is within walking distance, but one thing was not pleasant that the hostels at the reception wanted to sell us a standard room for which we already paid!!!

We stayed at this hotel for the first and last time , the food is so - so ( of the same type ) , there is zero variety . I liked the animation , I don't recommend going with a female company very scary , because the hotel owner and his son harass the girls , enter the room without asking, open the doors with their keys and rape the girls , so it's better to close the door with the lower key while we went for a walk , everything was upside down in our room.
All I liked about this area and the hotel
itself were Ginza Travel excursions, very friendly guys, one of them Yusuf (Yura) helped my daughter and me choose a tour at a very good price and made a discount, if you stay there, then you will definitely come in and you will not regret it!

We arrived on October 1st, we just got to the disco, it was very noisy and fun. But since we were very tired, we decided that tomorrow we would definitely dance, but that was not the case. People are running out of vacation time and a lot of people have left in the next 2 days. That was the end of all the fun, there were no more discos, no daytime entertainment either, respectively, during the day the sea and after six the boredom is mortal. In general, there were a maximum of 15 people left in the hotel, and then we were told that the hotel was closing on October 10th. And those who arrived later than us had to move to another hotel. It's good that we had a departure on October 10th. The food is normal, the transfer also ran on time and carried 2.3 people to the last one. In general, the rest was not a success, we went there hoping to break away as the hotel is for adults, but in the end we went like pensioners) this is the first time we got there. We're not going there anymore.

The hotel has a cool concept, a youth hotel for couples and friends (companies). Animators are cool girls! Only music in the form of Asti sometimes gets boring. Delicious cocktails, the food is not bad (there is not much choice), but you will definitely not stay hungry. The grill bar always has snacks (pizza, snacks). Very diverse alcohol, high-quality whiskey and delicious beer (draught). The staff is doing their best, the guys are great. The beach is very clean (there is Internet if you approach an employee and ask). Many people speak Russian, which is convenient. Great evening parties and after that you can continue your vacation in the famous clubs of Kemer. The clubs are great! Admission for girls is free, I recommend inferno and aura. Everything is within walking distance. Great value for money.

But also champagne, whiskey, gin, vodka, tequila, all sorts of liqueurs. Everyone poured us a lot and if they asked for no ice, then they didn't put ice on it. And about the fact that after 23 00 they didn't even pour a coke. So read the concept. Everything is included until 23. It doesn't matter what you ask. The animation worked both day and evening. Who needed it, everyone had fun. They didn't need her, but they didn't mind either. During the day, water aerobics, darts, water polo. There were also foam contests in the evenings. And the Turks with zumba arrived for a week, they were so tired of everyone on the third day. So everything is OK with entertainment. Yes, a big plus is that the hotel is without children. Disco up to 12. Who is not enough, there are clubs. And next to the hotel there are residential buildings and people are not to blame that some comrades do not have enough ora until 24 00. You also need to turn on your head, and not just your own wishes. To summarize: worthy 4, I have known this hotel since 2008 and I will say that the changes are global and for the better. I definitely recommend it. And someone is happy, a 5 valkam for the price is twice as expensive. I doubt they'll lick you better there, but maybe you'll get lucky.

The views in Kemer are simply amazing, because of the views alone you need to visit there, high mountains, islands in the sea, beauty! We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., a Russian receptionist met us at the reception, said that at about 12 o'clock they would be able to check us in. They have a special room for suitcases so that they don't stand in the lobby. We immediately connected Wi-Fi, which catches perfectly throughout the territory and in the rooms. Bracelets were also put on for us right away, we went to eat quietly. While we were eating, we were informed that they could even check in earlier, we literally sat for another 20 minutes and were given numbers and cards for towels.
Our room was on the 4th floor under the roof, a room with a nice balcony, the rooms below had French balconies, on which you can only smoke. In other buildings with rooms of a different category, the balconies are also large. The room has everything at once: shampoos, shower gel, body cream, cotton pads, cotton swabs, shower caps, washcloths. (in general, there should still be toothbrushes with paste and needles with thread, but we did not have) The safe in the room is free, the hotel also has a common air conditioning system, the temperature did not change, it was always 24 degrees. We were also lucky, we had a double bed, some of the same room category had two single beds pushed together. I also want to mention the noise insulation in our building from the minuses. Music was playing in our hotel until 01:30, and music from another hotel was playing in front of our front door until 12 at night. If you are going to lie down at this time, you will hear the cacophony of discos. In general, the room for 5 is because of the noise insulation, but stylish, new. The hotel itself is also beautiful, instagrammable, the people mostly vacationed Russians 85%, Turks 10%, Europeans 5%.
The food was delicious, varied, despite the fact that the buffet is not very big (we always got to large sizes). There was a snack bar on the street next to the restaurant, where they made scrambled eggs, tortillas, pancakes, grilled vegetables for lunch and dinner, beef and chicken meat, burgers and pizza were always served in between lunch. The restaurant has always had potatoes of various types, pasta, rice, as well as vegetable dishes, meat. Of the unusual dishes were shrimp, squid, octopus, she always had red or white fish for lunch and dinner. As usual, the Turkish pastry, there were not many fruits: melons, watermelons, apples, nectarines. Delicious Viennese waffles with chocolate and strawberry topping, sweet strawberries and bananas were made with fruits in a pastry shop by the pool from 14-18h. Ice cream was also served there. As for the rolls and tacos, they were not in a separate bar, but in the main restaurant for dinner, the usual rolls with cucumber and leek, tasted disgusting, porridge with undercooked rice, tacos we never found, the guys we met there said they were also about nothing, dry chicken in a dry flatbread. In the kitchen, I would still put 5, because you won't stay hungry there with any food preferences.
For drinks at the hotel, only local alcohol is free, beer on tap 2.5 degrees, in the lobby bar 4.5, local white and red wine, gin, whiskey, champagne, baileys are all local. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are made at the pool bar. Sometimes they do it well, sometimes they just mix syrups with vodka. There is something to drink. Free alcohol ended at 23 o'clock, soft drinks around the clock. For alcohol, I would put 4.
Transfer to the sea and back every hour (except lunch from 12-14 break), the current schedule at the reception, not on the bus. We were driven by a minibus, it takes about 7 minutes to get to the sea. In the heat of 38 degrees, we did not dare to walk, but those who walked said 40 minutes-1 hour to walk. There is also a bar on the sea with snacks (burgers, nuggets, onion rings, potato balls, mini sausages) from alcohol only beer, wine, used water, cola, fanta, sprite. The beach also has its own wifi for free. The beach is good, everyone constantly goes to clean cups, trash cans. Sun beds are always available. The sea and the view of the mountains are beautiful, but the sea is deep, literally 3 meters from the beach and already the feet do not reach the bottom. We also noticed a tendency that microplastics used to come in the afternoon, but in the morning it was no longer there. They also asked the animators, explaining that it was because of the storm. I also put 5 on the sea.
Of the disadvantages, I will say that the whole concept of the hotel is a beautiful picture. If someone goes to a party hotel to hang out, it's not about this hotel. A huge disadvantage for the animation team, who did almost nothing. According to the pool program, there has never been yoga, morning exercises, zumba, step aerobics. Only darts, water aerobics, water polo (and it wasn't every day).The main animator is a Turk, in general, he felt very imposing, he was not visible at all during the day, crawled out at 4 o'clock to swim, and then he was not visible again until the evening. The animation was supposed to start at 21 or 21:30, there was always an hour delay in the program, even if it was a themed disco. We understand that this is so that the disco at the hotel would be shorter and, accordingly, people would go to the club to continue. The DJ almost always has the same music, you can't order a song, because he plays it from a flash drive. At the nearby hotel, everyone always noticed that the music was better. In my understanding, in the evening animation, the team prepares first a show entertainment for the guests, then a disco. Of the guest shows, there were only women against men and the best couple of the hotel, with contests at the level of the 2000s, with a prize as a glass of champagne. Sluggish and uninteresting. The animator did not attract or turn people on in any way. Theme parties are also spectacular, but not interesting. They will put up decorations (which, as we later found out, are rented, and we watched them at the next hotel), the go-go girls will dance for 5 minutes and then a boring disco from a flash drive. We were from 11 to 17 September.
The hotel is aimed at adults, there is no children's animation, but there are quite “adult” discos and parties until one o'clock in the morning. Every night we took part in the amazing (in the truest sense of the word) rooms of our hotel - mostly performed by Verka-Serdyuchka)). In principle, this is the only point that can be attributed to the disadvantages of our vacation. Now to the pros.
Number: small, very clean and cozy, excellent shower, air conditioning is in its default mode (you can only remove the cold), TV with Russian channels, a small refrigerator (refilled with water), kettle, safe.
Staff: almost all speak Russian, are very polite and efficient.
Food: in addition to the buffet three times a day, there was a pastry shop, a grill bar and bars by the pool, at the reception and on the beach with unlimited food and alcohol. Pizza alternates with hamburgers, all polished with French fries and beer. Ice cream on the beach. We were treated to fried fish once, and steaks once too. Of course, I liked olives, greens, vegetables, matzoni and cheeses from the food. There was not a very large selection of fruits, but they were all fresh. Rice and beans were cooked awesome. Desserts from the buffet - the choice is large, a little specific. The Viennese waffles from the pastry shop are delicious.
Beach: 5 minutes to the sea by minibus, 20 minutes on foot. Small and medium pebbles, excellent entry. They give out their own deck chairs and towels.
Spa center: access to the hammam and sauna is free, other services are paid - various massages and spa treatments. We went to the sauna once.

The alcohol is local, but not bad, the cocktails are delicious, the beer is only draught. Different parties every day! It's a lot of fun and varied!!! Of the cons - there is no mini-bar, or rather it is, but only water. There is no Wi-Fi or music on the beach. And alcohol is available for free only until 22 o'clock, then only for money. Great hotel, I really liked it. We had a rest in June 2024, delicious food, clean rooms. We saw a healthy cockroach on the stairs on the last day, but not fatally. The transfer to the beach is a little inconvenient, you always need to adjust the time, you can not always leave because of the large number of people, it happened that they waited for a car from the beach for 30 minutes (they were late).
