There is no complaint against the waiter, he is very responsive, offers an assortment of boys, they did not remember his name. We were sitting in the karaoke lounge.
This is not the first time we have been in the institution, the DJ has changed, so for the first time I decided to leave a negative review.
BOTH microphones are not charged!!!
At the moment of singing, the microphones had to be changed, which interrupted the singing and added a microphone, to which there were 0 reactions, even the neighboring tables agreed with the request to put the songs on again.
The batteries were "allegedly" replaced, but on lap 2 this problem was repeated.
I go to karaoke just to enjoy singing, the evening was ruined!
As a service provider, I ask you to deal with the DJ of this institution.

I'm really sorry that we went to this place! We were unlucky with the choice of locations. There is nothing to eat on the menu, there are some rules like the establishment, they could brazenly come up to the table and disturb us. They forced us to sit on the deposit when we wanted to leave at first, they said they wouldn't refund the deposit, and we didn't even want to figure it out. Let's leave everything on their conscience. I'm sorry that such establishments suck. Spoiled mood! and the fact that we seemed to get dirty. Ugh, it's straight.
