It is a good hotel, conveniently located on the outskirts of the old town, fifty meters from the monument to Khoja Nassredin.
We had a family vacation in January 2025, we took triple and double rooms.
There were no difficulties with early check-in - the rooms were free and we were simply given the keys without having to pay for it (which is not usually practiced in Uzbek hotels).
The rooms are clean, cozy, and warm. Beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, some local flavor.
Our rooms were on the minus ground floor, the windows (glass walls) overlooked the courtyard. The only negative is that the sewer pipes loudly announce that someone from the upper floors has visited the bathroom or toilet.
The food for breakfast was quite tolerable, you could even choose something from the dishes offered (scrambled eggs or porridge). Tea or coffee. The second portion of coffee is already paid.
The staff is friendly, they try to resolve issues if they arise.
Overall, a solid four.

A very cool hotel, with a convenient location. The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful. They respond quickly to all minor requests. Breakfast is for 4, only because the second cup of coffee is already paid.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2024
The hotel is well located, the main attractions are very close. We walked a lot of places. And most importantly, the Labi Hovus complex is just a stone's throw from the hotel.
A very friendly girl, the administrator of Rukhsora, met us
and treated us to wonderful tea with sweets. Since we arrived very early, she allowed us to leave our things at the hotel before check-in and we went for a walk in the still sparsely populated Bukhara. Later, walking along the streets of the city among the crowds of the same tourists, we remembered with emotion the almost deserted Bukhara at 7 o'clock in the morning)))
The hotel consists of two buildings, we were accommodated in the second building, which is located in an alley, on a quiet pedestrian street. The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, there is a tea corner, bottled water, the beds are comfortable.
We liked everything, we could approach Rukhsor on any issue and she will always help. We also saw that she very closely monitors the work of all hotel services, gives the necessary instructions to the staff so that all hotel guests feel comfortable.
It's good that the hotel has such a professional receptionist as Rukhsora!

The location is convenient. The rooms are clean, there is an electric kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. The prices are inexpensive. The interior is interesting and historical. The staff is friendly. The view from my window was great...the neighbor's wall) there is no carpet in the rooms, the floor is bare. There is no brush and toothpaste for teeth.

A great hotel! Respect to the staff - we arrived at night, took a picture of the documents in 5 seconds and let them go to sleep.
Breakfast is excellent, a lot, satisfying, delicious. There is a courtyard with a table for smoking / drinking beer (in the second building).
The staff is wonderful.

Great hotel, near the old town. A delicious and hearty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, in a national style (like the whole hotel). There is no heating, only air conditioning, you can turn on the heating. Although maybe when I was there, they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Well, it's not critical for me.

This is one of the boutique hotels in Bukhara, the same standard, the same size, and the same level of service. The rooms are not that big, there is no management, it is run by a family business. The location is convenient near the city center, and a taxi stop.

There is no parking, but it's not scary. There is an empty, cheap, guarded, paid parking across the street. We left the car for two days, there were no problems.

There's just a sign hanging from the street, and when you go inside, you get into the Georgian courtyard, it's a masterpiece. Beautiful rooms, everything is there except the kettle. The breakfasts are hearty. I definitely recommend it!

24-hour front desk. The room is clean and quiet - 1st floor (the Windows looked out onto the courtyard from which you can watch the restaurant where dinners are held through the glass (-1 floor). The breakfast is delicious, made from fresh products. The staff is courteous. Among the disadvantages, for some reason the UnionPay (Gazprombank) card did not pass, although in general there are no problems with this card either in Turkey, Italy, or Uzbekistan in other places:(

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Quietly. The windows overlook the courtyard by the type of well. There is a local light in the room (lamps on the bedside table) - this is a plus, but there is no kettle - this is a minus. But you can ask for tea in the room for a small fee.
