Polite staff . There have been some changes there. One day I wrote to them asking them to add some interesting dishes (sweet is meant). They really read reviews and make new treats whenever possible. Kushbegi has nice prices. Different choices. By the way, in addition to sweets, they have dishes with meat (soames, etc.) I do not remember the names, but there are a lot of goodies, those who were not there I advise you to go in. And who knows how delicious it is there! Sofia is a whole world of goodies around the city, they have many branches and have their own website. I advise you to come in and surprise yourself!

The tables are often dirty.
By the evening, the workers themselves are sitting at these tables, they don't even get up when a visitor comes. In general, the employees are friendly, but the service culture needs to be improved.
The table by the window was removed, the most pleasant place. They put a refrigerator in there, which only has water and a couple of sandwiches, why is that?
If you order a pie in a cafe, they give it on plates, can you come up with some kind of tray?
