I visited the Chilanzar branch more than once. There are both pros and cons.
One of the advantages:
pleasant atmosphere in the hall;
a good assortment;
the introduction of various bonus programs and promotions;
when you approach the showcase, one of the staff immediately comes up with a question about how they can help.
Cons:
frequent mistakes at the checkout that relate to the bonuses offered, I advise you to check the receipts.;
The staff is rather poorly versed in both the catalog and which pastries are sold with bonuses and which are not.;
there was no one who could provide explanations about the operation of the application.
I contacted the Call Center about the quality of the cash register service. We figured it out pretty quickly the first time. But the second time cost me a lot of time and a certain amount of pressure. However, in the end the situation was resolved positively for me.
