I ordered the vase online and chose the pick-up time for the next day. I arrived at the appointed time to pick up the order. I couldn't find the entrance, so I called the phone number listed on the website to find out how to get in. In response, I heard that the vase was not available. How's that?...Why couldn't you have called and told me about it in advance?

We ordered the Bora Bora florarium, initially we wanted another florarium with kalanchoe, but because it was not available, we were offered the most approximate option, they also offered to add a white statice completely free of charge. The manager is very polite, explained everything in detail. The florarium turned out to be very beautiful! Thanks!
