I stayed at the hotel for 1 week. I really liked it!
Positive:
1. Clean and tidy
2. Cozy. It is clear that the designer has worked on the interiors. Both in the rooms and in the common areas, everything is done with taste. Photos of old Almaty in the corridors are just super!
3. The restaurant deserves a separate review. Everything I've tried in a week is just great. At the same time, the prices are 100% adequate.
4. Sauna access is included in the room rate. The sauna is also very clean and cozy
5. Very comfortable mattress and pillows (of different softness). I slept great.
6. The staff is very responsive
From what can be improved (this is if you find fault too much):
1. It would be healthy if breakfast was served before 11 (at least on weekends, when you want to sleep so much). I came in a little after 10 a.m. on Saturday, barely waking up, but they fed me anyway and even brought breakfast to my room. Thanks a lot for that!
2. It would be good to add seals on the doors to the rooms. In the morning, when early guests start to leave the rooms, the knocking of the doors is unfortunately very audible to those who are still asleep
3. Replenish soap and shower gel in dispensers in the sauna.
Thank you so much for your work!
Overall, it's a very nice hotel. There is an early check-in for a fee. Very tasty, great breakfasts. The room is clean, it doesn't look like it's been killed, everything is working. The only negative is that there is only one towel in the room for two guests, they asked to bring a second one, but no one did anything. The information may be out of sync with the hotel administration. At 12 a.m., a hotel representative came into our room using his card and scared us to death.
I liked everything. The bed is comfortable, clean, and the bed linen is of high quality. The water is hot. They give you a bathrobe and a dental check. The hair dryer dries well. The room is quite spacious. There is tea and a kettle. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The Wi-Fi is working, but it weakens from time to time. Books and magazines are laid out everywhere, you can always read.
