Good evening, a girl comes home in tears. There were beige shoes, bought last winter. I decided to replace the sole as the original one has worn off in some places. As a result, a black sole was installed without approval, the locks were turned out, it is not clear how and in general the shoes were ruined, it only remained to throw it out. I demand to return the money in full and at least some part of the cost of the shoes.
